I'm liking the way that I have been treated. I transferred pharmacy scripts over from a competitor, and the pharmacy is doing a nice job. The store manager even helped to find me a coupon to get reward points to spend in store.

as many others have stated this location obviously can't answer the phone. its extremely frustrating and been going on for years. i have used this location off and on for 10 years plus and always have issues with them answering phones. they purposefully hang up on you if you cycle through a second time. i live a distance away but this is the closest location and i can rarely get through calling to find out before wasting a trip. no excuse either for they have more than 1 person behind counter and other pharmacies have only 1 person yet have zero issues with answering. they need to get their stuff together.

Pharmacy - always a process when picking up prescriptions. It's a popular pharmacy but like every other industry out there they seem to have staffing issues resulting in the same associate working the instore line as well as the drive thru line thereby not being efficient.

Love most of the staff. Place is always clean and neat. Great pharmacy.My only issue with this location lately is... there are at least 7 lights broken/flashing and you sell seizure medication. Please for the love of everyone send maintenance here to fix the lights.=]

Avoid this place like it's the plague! This place has the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. If I could rate it any lower than a 1 I most certainly would. All of the prescriptions I've dropped off here have never been available when I was told they would be and this last round was it for me. They partial filled the order and didn't tell me so I had to make an extra trip back to the store. Each time the pharmacist had a very rude demeanor and snarky remarks (it was a different pharmacist every time.) And don't even try to call the place because they never answer the phone. I will say that the older ladies that work the front registers are always nice, but that doesn't make up for the serious lack of compassion, concern or customer service from the people that are in the pharmacy. The things I witnessed and how customers were treated as I sat and waited were atrocious. Telling people they are 4, 8, 10 days behind on filling prescriptions!! If it's that bad why not tell your customers to go somewhere else because other pharmacies are still filling orders in the time they tell their customers. I know because my wife goes to another place and never has a problem. Customer service is seriously lacking in this and it's evident after reading all of the reviews here; I can't believe that no one has gotten involved to fix the problems in this store. It just shows the culture of Rite Aid as a whole I guess. Downright despicable. I will never use Rite Aid again and will purposely drive around one to get to a CVS, Walgreen's or any other pharmacy I can.

The people that work at this pharmacy are always helpful and friendly. BUT I have the absolute hardest time getting someone to answer the phone. It rings forever and sometimes it just cuts me off before it even rings. Last month I called repeatedly for 2.5 hours, then finally had to drive there to talk to someone. It's a 20 min drive for me. Unfortunately they're the closest pharmacy that takes my insurance and carries the medication I need.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! No one ever answers the phone. When my doctor can’t get through and leaves a message on their machine, the prescription isn’t ready for 2 to 3 days. There’s always a line at the counter and at the drive-through. If you send your prescription here it will take you at least a few days to get it. Horrible customer service. Everyone is apathetic.

This place has given me trouble the entire 10 plus years I've been coming here. You can never get through. I called 8 times this morning and had to drive all the way there to ask a question because I could not get through. Then when I got there the lady at the pick up window was very rude and dismissive. My daughter's doctor had increased the dosage on her medication and when my husband went to pick it up they told him we could not pick it up til a certain date. I came back today (after trying to call 8 times) and tried explaining repeatedly that this was not correct to the lady. An increased dosage means she will require more pills and run out before the fill date. This is when she got very snappy and dismissive, insisting that I need to call the doctor. It was only after I kept asking questions did she finally go ask someone about it only to come back and say someone put it in the computer wrong and they could fill it now. Everyone there needs to slow down and actually listen to the people they are dealing with instead of throwing something at them and walking away. I will more than likely be switching pharmacies after this.

Have placed refills for prescription multiple times and wait days for them to be refilled. Most times I have to call and request them again. On two occasions, I had refills come back with fewer pills than my refill was put in for and had to go back up and get the remaining pills. Another issue is their lack of answering calls in the pharmacy. I've yet to call to ask a question about or refill a prescription and actually get someone unless I call the front of the store. The only reason this place still has customers is because they're the only pharmacy in town and the amount of seniors is high in this town, in my opinion.

Tried to get my shingles shot there. Made an online appointment. Waited an hour to be finally told my insurance wouldn't pay for it which was false. My primary didn't cover it but my secondary did. They couldn't figure out how to bill my secondary. My insurance told me they always have trouble with Riteaid. All they have to do is call their main office if they don't know how to do something. They wouldn't do that. Instead they lost a customer. I'm switching my prescriptions back to Giant Eagle.As for calling them, I gave up doing that a few years ago. The employees at the drive thru are totally rude They don't even deserve one star.

I have been using this Rite Aid Pharmacy for two years as it is about one mile from my home and I am finally taking my business to Walgreens in Moon which is a 15-minute drive. They do not answer the phone. EVER. They ALWAYS give me another patient's prescription and have me read that patient's information off the bottle which is a HIPPA violation. When my doctor electronically sends in a prescription, I wait at least two days to pick it up and they NEVER have it; yet, once I leave, I receive a text stating my prescription is ready for pick up so that tells me they sit on the prescription until I show up for it. Also, I had a flu shot appointment for 7PM for which I arrived 15 minutes early. After 45 minutes, I inquired when I would receive my injection and I was told that the pharmacist did not have time. I was told to return at 930PM. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY AS YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Relating to the pharmacy specifically. They do not answer the phone, does not matter what time of day you call. Slow to fill prescriptions, and you can go quite a while with your prescription filled, but without being notified.Really wish I had another option.P.S.Perhaps this is problem with RiteAid as a company, as you cannot seem to reach anyone at the corporate number either. Will be doing my best to never spend money here, or any other RiteAid again.

The WORST pharmacy EVER. They don't answer the phone. They don't text you when your Rx is ready (Cause it NEVER is!!!). EVERY time I call, I always have to have them check their systems for my Rx refill. What do these ppl actually DO while they're "working"???????? And to boot, they're rude! I actually drive out of my way now to use a pharmacy that ACTUALLY does their job!!! Would give negative stars if I could....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I transferred all my prescriptions a while ago to Giant Eagle pharmacy. Rite Aid, how do I detest thee? Let me count the ways:1) When they told me a prescription will be ready in 2 hours(?!?), it never was, resulting in a wasted trip there and having to make another trip. (Anyone know any other pharmacy who needed more than 2 hours to fill a prescription?) This happened multiple times.2) Gave me prescriptions that were miscounted short 3 times in a 2 month span. How tough is it to count?3) The drive-thru should be called “Don’t drive thru”. Sit and wait. Sit and wait. Sit and wait. They took much too long to service each customer. One time, I sat while a car in front of me was at the window for longer than 20 minutes. I was fuming. I backed out, parked, went in, went to the pharmacy, and started hollering, “Is anybody working here?” The pharmacy manager replied, “We’re busy here!” Here’s a novel idea. When someone is going to take 20 minutes at the window, you ask that person to please pull away and come back in 20 minutes. Or is that rocket science?4) Speaking of drive-thru, one time when it was finally my turn at the window after all my muscles had atrophied from waiting so long, the associate actually stopped in the middle of preparing my order to go wait on someone who had just walked up to the counter inside (I could see the counter through the drive-thru window).5) Several times when dropping off a prescription inside at the pharmacy counter, I waited several minutes before anyone knew I was there.6) They once hung a sign in front of the pharmacy counter indicating that your prescription would take 30 minutes, or else it was free. I have no idea how many prescriptions they gave away for free, but that sign didn’t last too long. As I recall, I think it was less than 2 weeks. 30 minutes? At any other pharmacy, sure. But there? What a joke.7) Here’s the final straw that made me switch. I had submitted a couple prescriptions on a Friday. The following Monday (yes, 3 days later), I got a text message saying they were ready. Two days later on Wednesday, I went to the drive-thru to get them. The associate told me that they had put the prescriptions back on the shelf, because they do so if the prescriptions haven’t been picked up in 12 days. Had I gone through some kind of time warp? Worm hole? Parallel universe? Nooooo. I was simply at Rite Aid! No wonder! There were a couple of other prescriptions that were ready, but I told the associate to put those back on the shelf too. I didn’t want them or any other prescriptions ever from them. And I drove away for the last time.

I will be switching my scripts. This location is so overwhelmed…because they are so short staffed. Rite aid headquarters really need to do something to help this location hire more help in the pharmacy. Been sitting at the drivethru for 30 minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of me. Come on Rite Aid hqs do something about this!

Legitimately the worst pharmacy ever. Being short staffed leading to being behind on prescriptions for months is one thing (which they are). Being ignorant to health and safety protocols is another. I tested positive for covid, went to the drive through for mucinex and informed them about my status. They said they wouldn’t take my license through the drive through as id be transferring covid inside (via my license apparently 🤦‍♂️) and that i had to come in (because, you know going in to give then my license is much safer for their staff and patrons.) I went home btw…Pretty sure i know where i got it now as i was in there 5 days ago..Dont go to this place… The worst.

I went through the drive through to drop off one of my prescriptions and pick up another one and this girl named sarah had the audacity to be rude as hell because pick up was in another lane. I shouldn’t have to go in two different lanes, and still didnt have to be so disrespectful to a first time customer…. honestly pathetic will definitely switch back to cvs i dont deal with that and thats poor customer service! Just sad….worst rite aid yet! If you need a rite aid go to the coraopolis one they actually treat their customers with respect! The young pharmacist man was very nice though so atleast theres one decent person there.

The location is fantastic, however the service for the most part is hit or miss. Most of the time the staff themselves are lovley, however when it comes to the medication retrieval that is a completley different story.I've gone to this location for years, and only have a few problems each outing. In recent years it has been fighting tooth and nail with them to dispense not only my medication but any syringes. Out of 100 im given a flux number from 2-10 which if you have any injections, isnt enough.If you are in the area, and need a quick pharmacy this is it. Long term, maybe look into other options.

At times the pharmacy is a little backed up but each time I visit they do there best to get me in and out. All of the pharmacists are super friendly. The employee at the front of the store is THE NICEST lady! She is friendly and happy and more often than not she had a promotion or upcoming sale item she tells me about.

I rarely have a good experience. If you call with a question they are rude, checking you out they are short, you can stand in line at the pharmacy and watch people twirling their hair. While there are signs everywhere thanking people for their patience, they do not have any in return

Horrible service at Imperal Rite Aid 5 years ago and went to a different pharmacy . We switched back to Rite Aid due to our pharmacy closed. Rite aids service is still horrible. The very first scripts for my husband and I since we switched back they messed up. Saying our doctors office never sent in the orders. Lies, lies. Our old pharmacy never had a problem with our doctors office orders . We are going to go out of our way to a independent pharmacy in moon from now on.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I get 2 monthly prescriptions, which are allegedly set up to auto fill. They never do. Or one does and the other is never ready. Even when I’ve received emails advising that both are ready for pick up, they never are. Inefficiently run and backwards. Transferring somewhere else.

Any other pharmacy gives priority to those waiting in the store to pick up a script... not here. My least favorite place to go when I need a refill. Too bad for me they're the closest to home. Doesn't matter if you're the only one in the entire store ..they'll tell u it's a hour wait. Wallgreens can have a script ready in 5 minutes ...never ever have I waited longer than that. Don't waste your time here...or your money.

Not sure why the reviews are so negative. Picked this location because it was closest to home for a Covid booster. Technician (female) in pharmacy was very welcoming and the pharmacist (male) was also friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

Transferred to a different pharmacy because they are never able to look up my military insurance. I switched over and they were able to look up my insurance right away. So now I feel it's just because they didn't want to look it up. I even tried to assist them on what they did last time that seemed to work and they didn't want to listen to my answer. Poor service wouldn't recommend.

The pharmacy was given a script that was transferred from one writer to the other for a depot And when we got there it didn't have it they were out of stock and they sent us back to the original But the lady at the drive-through was super friendly and Very helpful

Absolutely terrible, will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Just started using this pharmacy from another location and will say that at least they were helpful. This location is absolutely horrific, I would not recommend one bit.
