I basically live at this Walmart... As a former employee (12+ yrs ago) I know the store well. It is always clean and the employees are very pleasant. 4 of my 6 kids now work there so I feel like I'm there all the time!

This Walmart is big and serves as a one-stop destination for all your regular shopping needs. It offers ample parking and plenty of check-out lines, and the bathrooms are clean, like the rest of the store. The store employees, greeters, and cashiers could be a little more friendly though.

It's a Walmart. I did all the things I expected at Walmart to do. This store is in good condition and the aisles were well maintained and neat. The food and produce look to be in good condition. I ended up buying some pastries. The self checkout was well manned.

Since the remodel, this is now one of my favorite Walmarts to go to. It's really nice and they have more merchandise than the other walmarts I've been to. Apparel displays are nice!

What can I say about Walmart, it's probably the best corporation in the world, The most profitable organized, And they treat their employees pretty decent with the benefit packages. I always shop there, I don't listen to the stories about the sweatshops in China, I've been there and Walmart doesn't do that.

I like the change in the store its appealing. I don't enjoy being a cashier and checking myself out and then to have a person needing to see your recipe as if they don't trust you! Also why would you put food isle like candy down the same isle as toxic cleaning supplies definitely a fail on that decision!

I normally have a pleasant visit however this encounter today needs addressed. On self check out I accidentally scanned fries twice. I beckoned for assistance and Cheryl came to assist. After fixing the screen and suggesting the item be moved to prevent a rescan all was well. Cheryl then returns and tells me her scanner didn’t show the bread I already scanned. She then reached for the receipt (in the machine) and searched. I asked her if she seen it and she said these things always do that. The embarrassment is unacceptable! The scanner not working properly is unacceptable. Please fix this or train employees on how to understand the scanners…

HUNTINGTON COUNTY, PA walmart, first off thank you Bryan, (who works night shift). A gentleman by the name Bryan saw my husband pushing a large TV entertainment center. While I walked next to him with our 2yr old, trying to calm him. He stopped us as we were near check-out, and ask if we were heading to check-out. My husband told him yes. Bryan said I'm on my way to CLOCK-OUT, I'll meet you in the parking lot to help you load your items. After checking-out, Bryan stood outside waiting (it was raining and chilly), he laid his bags and what looked to be a lunch box and personal items by the handicap pole and proceeded to help my husband load this VERY heavy tv stand and items into our Explorer. THANK YOU!!! Your kindness was very much appreciated. To the older Ms that works in electronics, it's always a pleasure to encounter you, as you are always smiling and interact with my son, to where now when he sees you, he waves. There are also SEVERAL other employees that are familiar with "Romeo" and as a parent/mother, it feels great to hear the compliments of how he is dressed or cute he or his hair is:) Those who work the entrance, I acknowledge your ambition to keep the store safe and covid free. And feel bad for how people may treat you for simply offering a mask. There is one employee that works evening younger female who is pretty snotty; as I once ask for assistance and she said "what do you need I'm off the clock".

I was not happy to learn that walmart black shirt (phone techs) are not allowed to help with straight talk prepaid. The only place that sells straight talk phones. ??

Been to many Wal-Marts east of the Mississippi. Huntingdon's Wal-Mart is the Cleanest and most organized Wal-Mart I have seen. Staff are Professional and willing to help customers.

Nice Walmart but I wouldn't call it a supercenter because they were lacking a lot basic items. Customer service was very good both times that I visited this location.

If you like self check out, employees that don't care, and total incompetent employees at the auto center, then by all means, enjoy. I needed 2 tires. They said they couldn't do it that day, but made appointment for the next morning. I get there 20 minutes early, and the man pulls up my informed, walks away for a moment, comes back and said we don't have any tires for you. Apparently, they didn't even order any. Said it will be at least a week. So I went to a local tire business about a mile away. They scheduled me 2 hours later, paid less, and didn't have to wait

It's a hit or miss here. Sometimes I have a great experience and employees are great. Other shopping days, the deli girl is mad because I order too any things, the cashier is upset over my coupons (one time, she made me pull out everything from cart to prove I bought two). The store is clean, mostly stocked-that depends on outside factors too. I try to shop at a different walmart usually. Update: This review is still the same months later, but everything is WAY overpriced. Update a few months later: I can no longer afford Wal-Mart..

The store is wonderful. The Automotive is questionable. I’d gotten my oil changed 2x at this particular Walmart. The third time I went they informed me that my hood latch had rusted and they were unable to open it. I asked how I’d resolve this they said to take it to a local garage. So I drove the 360 miles home to get an oil change @ my regular mechanic. I informed them what the Walmart mechanic had said and my mechanic told me it was a little resistive but his little ol pointer finger got the latch opened. And he blasted it with PB blaster just because it’s about to be winter there isn’t any rust. Kudos to these seasoned mechanics @ Walmart

About a dozen check out lines and usually only 3 cashiers working. Self checkout is a pain with large items or medium cart load. No room to work at self checkout. Store generally clean. The new wave of on-line ordering and customers that remain in the car until things are delivered has caused a conflict with employees doing their shopping. No matter where you are in a grocery isle you fee as if you are in an employees way. Been kind of pushed around from workers in a hurry with negative attitudes.

The Huntingdon Walmart is the worst Walmart that I have ever stepped foot in! They have someone follow you at all times their attitude sucks! The employees don't listen to anything you say!! The Huntingdon Walmart just really really sucks!! I wish I could give negative stars!

Love the location and the store in general. They do well keeping the shelves stocked. However, one gentleman manager is horrific. He is rude, assumptive and dismissive. He made my friend and I feel like trash on more than one occasion. He threatened to call the police on my driver due to me being handicapped and her using hazard lights to drop me off near the entrance even though it was late and we were not inhibiting any other motorist or patrons from safely accessing the store. Even after apologizing and explaining the situation he still was rude and continued to call the police. I really needed my medication so I decided to still shop although I wanted to leave and felt embarrassed and uncomfortable and unwanted. He then decided to follow us through the area where medication is and did so until we paid and left as though we were causing a commotion but we were absolutely not. Needless to say I pay more for things I need now by buying local and staying away from there as much I can.
