Purchased a candle from Ben Franklin in Ironwood MI because I loved the sent. After the candle burning half way down the wick fell into the wax. I trimmed the wick as it burned and this candle still produced black sutt along with loosing the wick. Contacted the company, received a couple emails with I answered but the emails have gone unanswered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, cost to much for the quality and they don’t stand behind their product.

The best, long lasting scented candles I have ever bought. My package of Super Scented Pumpkin Pie is terrific. I bought a package and did not use them up. Stored them for a year, got them out and they are as strong and fragrant as brand new. Long lasting but with a clear clean scent. They are not my "go to" for melts and all scented candle products
