I haven't been into a Shop 'n Save in years, and going back was like returning to see an old friend. I used to work at the one in North Huntingdon, PA, and this one close to White Oak was a little different setup and seemed a smaller store. But, all shelves were stocked, clerks and cashiers not as friendly as I remember. The store was clean but crowded with tables everywhere and goods everywhere. Still nice to go into.

Prices are obviously on board with big bird, but higher than Aldi or Wally world, but clean location and good product. A better experience hands down, and I understand the value in that. This is my go to stop on way home from work for grocery for things I need.

This bakery is atrocious. This was the 3rd time I tried. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.For “baked goods” I’ve had better prepackaged goods from chain stores. And the overall pricing of other items is just terrible. I just moved out to this area a few months ago. I thought it would be close and convenient, to shop here. I will not again. I’ll drive to Giant Eagle, ALDIs & Walmart.‘Quality Control’ should be thoroughly examining this bakery. Breads entirely too soft and tasteless. And the pastries are like candy coated bricks.I’m done.

This was the 3rd time in 6 months something in my order was past its expiration date. Babybell cheeses in November that were a month old, chicken sausages last week that you could smell without opening the pack, and today I got a Naked juice that expired 2 weeks ago. Customer service is great about the exchanges but I can’t make a second trip to the store every other grocery order.

Talk about giant eagle in new Kensington price in accuracy, this shop n save had the wrong price of an item $4 more and I brought it to cashiers attention and manager they did nothing could careless, went to 2 other shop n saves they were priced correct called back to north huntington and manager said well it is what it is.

Employees were friendly and it wasn't crowded. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is because of the high prices on NON-SALE items.... I must be fair and say everything is higher these days but I found it to be a bit much ....

Wow compared to other Shop 'n Saves which are usually old, run down and dumpy this one is new and nice. It's clean, shelves were stocked and they had a decent variety. Parking is also convenient.

Went in about 100 pm. All check out were open including the four self check out lanes. It does say 20 items or less. I didn’t really count how many I had but anyway used the self check out. I had one item that did not scan so I asked for help. The older lady manager came over and helped me. She was polite but did say that next time to use the other lanes that the self check out was for express customers only. I thought I was pretty fast and no one even entered the other 3 self check outs and no one was behind me. I did look at my slip and it said 30 items. My bad but I feel like she was a Karen. She did not have to say that to me. Am I being unreasonable. If you have ever shopped here it is not the best grocery store and prices are very high. It upset me enough that I will not go back there. I will drive 5 min down the road to giant eagle.

Nice store however it is so cold inside you may need to bring a jacket and definitely a hat and gloves. I've asked the people that work there and they hate it too. Although if you're extremely overweight this store is for you because heavy people like cold stores.

Huge store with a very large selection in products. Very well stocked and clean. Easy to maneuver with large isles and layout is very simple. It's always a pleasant stop when I do stop here.

Tried to get in and went to self checkout after taking part of money comes up I need permission to buy a jar of cherries. Was told after waiting for several minutes it was because when you touch the scale this happens . Finally was fixed but as usual people are so rude. I admit I wasn't the nicest but I was standing in a essentially empty store and couldn't get help!!!

I stopped at the deli and the associate seemed agitated that she had to stop sweeping to help me. Then at check out, the miserable cashier got snippy over weighing my bananas. Not a friendly store at all.

Prices are way up over the past year or two. Selection is mediocre. Produce is handled poorly and often rots. People are rude to staff and others. Organics selection is non-existent. VERY rude cashiers.

This place has more ethnic food than giant eagle does and that's not saying much yall need to think about more than just old white people that want to eat but at least you have something sorry I'm from Florida and since we are all transplants we have a big variety of different culinary cuisines

I so rarely have any good experiences in this store. They must include "gives no shites" on the job listing or something. From deli clerks telling me my mask is useless to cashiers who would rather talk with each other than to help people.Installing self check outs is the best thing this store could do!!

Staff is not very friendly. The lady at the lottery window acted put out because tickets could be bought at the machine. The guy who who checked me out didn't greet me coming or going.

Very nice and clean store first time I was in here. They didn't have what I was looking for it seems to be out everywhere. This is the nicest Shop and Save I've been in long time have to make a couple trips not sure where everything is located. Beautiful layout everything is nice and clean

How can a store be in business if they don’t answer the phones whenever someone calls? Tried calling a few times and each time got the busy signal, I understand the store is busy but you can’t answer the phones why? Also, the cashier i had looked like he didn’t know what he was doing as he had to ask the customer in front of me what each one of his vegetables were and took a bit to ring them up, if you’re not going to give them proper training then why put them on register whenever it’s so busy like day before thanksgiving?

Went for an item on sale and spent $76 in groceries. They sell items I can't find elsewhere such as Campbell's chicken wonton soup. My bag broke in the parking lot and a jar of beef gravy was broken. I went inside so they could clean up the glass. They cleaned up the glass immediately and replaced the jar for me.

Like that this store, has more to offer since it seems larger than the stores nearby. They're lacking in store help as most companies are these days so, you'll have to find things on your own if you aren't familiar with the store like I am. Several other customers remarked about the same thing asking me if I knew where stuff was b/c they couldn't find anyone working there to ask on the floor. Prices are similar to other groceries which are mostly pricey since Covid but over all it's a descent store & their bakery section is nicer.
