Man. . Where do I start. . this was my favorite Sheetz until tonight. Got accused of stealing for putting scratch offs in my pocket. I'M IN THIS SHEETZ ALMOST EVERY NIGHT.I go in, redeem a $20.00 winning scratch off in the machine. Get 2 more. Leave the machine, and now I'm looking for a snack. I go to the little stand at the registers and look at the gobz. They're 2 for 3.00 something. I walk to the self check, put them on the counter, realize my Sheetz card is in the car and I have to scan that to get the deal on the gobz.So the Gobz are still on the counter, I look out to my car to decide if it's worth running out to get the card or just go cardless. Granted the gobz are still on the counter. As I'm about to run out and grab the card a miserable old lady working there asks if I'm going to pay for what I put in my pocket. I pull out my scratch offs and say you mean these? What I had to pay for before I would have acquired them... I guess Sheetz needs to train their employees better in the asset protection field. That just rubbed me the wrong way so I left the gobz on the counter and just left. She has the nerve to smile at me as I'm leaving lol.This is about 8:52 pm on 04/01/2024 give or take a minute or so. In case the manager wants to review tape and train this lady on how to police the store. Never seen this lady here before. The other night I returned an I phone I found near the drink fountains. . I'm sure as hell not stealing from any store, let alone one that I frequent as often as this one. Well I used to frequent. I'll run out of gas and push my car to getgo before I stop here again. I was talking to the gentleman who was behind the counter as I'm looking at the gobz to decide what I want. Yet he didn't say anything about me putting scratch offs in my pocket, Karen comes from left field and decides I put inventory in my hoodie pocket. .

well respected people and never had problems waiting for food people have to understand some people don't want to work be patient don't always rush take ur time be positive people there's one girl there that smiles all the time and she even stops what she's doing to help or awnser a question or show some one where stuff is 10/10 for her wish there were more like her

Gas pumps were fine; tire inflator hose is too short for anything larger than a Smart car unless you move the car.

so terrible had to wait for food for 20 minutes then another 20 for drinks. we had walked in whenever the store was completely empty and there was a rush about 10 minutes into us waiting and every person got their food and drinks before us. food was cold and disgusting after waiting so long for drinks. one kind guy who is always there at the register was helping in the kitchen and he was very nice and told us we could get fountain drinks for the wait, which i was thankful for. however this experience was terrible overall .

The staff are some the most friendly people I've met. Every interaction (which I hate to admit how often I eat Sheetz) is pleasant. The people working in the food area, and the young lady with the green hair are always very professional and polite.

My brother with mental disabilities applied for a job here and was interviewed, he was told he would recieve a call back he never did so we called them and were told the position was filled by someone with better qualifications. Called back a week later to see if jobs were available and was told 1 was. Night shift the same exact shift my brother had applied for. Clearly they won't hire anyone with disabilities considering they lied to us.

Slow service.......more then a few times I've ordered hot dogs as soon as I've went in there, walked to the back, picked out a drink, went up to the cashier and paid, and when I got to the 'pickup' area for the hot dogs, they either still weren't ready or they were sitting around, already made, but no one could be bothered to let me know. (EDIT Jan 2021) - It's been 8 years, and I've returned a few times since 2012, and had much better experiences. I'll raise my review to 4 stars (from 2)

There was a few times when my order was wrong (someone mislabeled the breakfast burritos), but the manager took care of everything and I haven't had an issue since. The staff are all very pleasant and the speed of the kitchen crew is usually pretty quick.

Putting up a "guests must wear masks" sign and giving them the out to say they have a medical condition is a joke. Guess what? 75% of your customers aren't wearing them and I even saw an employee without one. You are putting people's lives in danger. I will never patronize this or any other Sheetz location ever again. GetGo cares much more about customer safety.

Love SheetZ. Coffee, MTO, cold drinks and fresh fruit. I would give this on 5 stars but their sugar free hot chocolate NEVER works. When you ask an employee, they don't have time to look at it or "fix it" and then it runs clear again. This place needs the new machines!!!

I frequent this location often as we live near by. Every time I visit the cappuccino machine refuses to work right. Complaints to management go unnoticed, employees rarely seem to care, and corporate ignores concerns. I actually took to Twitter to raise the issue, got a response yet nothing has been done. Very disappointing.

We order here for work an number of times a week. Today, 4 people ordered and all 4 orders were very wrong.Update 5/25. Two out of three orders wrong. Low quality staff.
