This Pharmacy has been my pharmacy for years and they were always efficient and so friendly. Over the past few months my prescriptions that I get on a monthly basis and even prescriptions that suddenly come up are never ready when promised even when I get a text saying they are ready. And in most cases they aren't ready until a day after they promised. I understand that businesses are having major problems hiring but that does not excuse the fact that the employees they have now and over the past few months are the MOST rude people that I have ever dealt with. In fact today I was told I can always go somewhere else. I've been a customer for 15 yrs and I just transferred all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. So disappointed in them.

The 5 stars is only for the employees because they are all super nice and awesome people. Not sure on management because they can't seem to keep enough people in the pharmacy. Some days I never get the pharmacy to answer the phone. Also to customers, if your call takes an hour you are hogging everyone else's time. Please know what you need and have the steps already taken to ensure a speedy service.

I understand employees need to take lunches but for an entire pharmacy to close in the middle of the day for everyone to take a lunch is ridiculous. What made it even better was as I pulled up to the window there was an employee standing by the counter inside just staring at me. It should not be this difficult to get medicine.

I do not like to give negative reviews but I have to say the pharmacy is the absolute worst. I understand being short-handed but when you go there and there are four people behind the counter people behind the counter and they are all so rude and feel like you are bothering them when you need to get a prescription filled. I really don't know what happened to this place but it has gotten terrible

This pharmacy is a DISASTER. In the past several weeks I have had MULTIPLE prescriptions get called in and are still not ready 6 days later!! I understand being short staffed but this is unacceptable. If someone needs life saving medicine they could literally die because of this service. Oh yeah and one of the pharmacists wasn’t wearing gloves and was picking her nose. I guess that’s why she’s so busy...Save yourself a headache and go somewhere, ANYWHERE else.

i don’t know what’s going on with this pharmacy but it is absolutely one of the worst i’ve ever used. Cannot call & actually speak with someone..i’ve called for hours on multiple occasions & the phone just rings & eventually then goes thru the automated message. i’ve walked in & they’re just standing behind the counter talking as the phone is ringing nonstop. prescriptions take 5-7 days to be filled. absolute disaster.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with ! You can not get a hold of ANYONE on the phone ! They don’t fill prescriptions within a reasonable time frame.. and they close whenever they want.. just make their own hours.. this will be the last time I ever have a script called in here.

Today was my last time ever to this location, and I typically stopped here 2-3 times per week. Terrible!! Short-staffed at the pharmacy and rude! No call that your meds are not being filled because they don’t have pharmacy staff. Unbelievable.

My son had an appointment today 11. When we got there the pharmacy had a note in the drive thru window that they weren't opening until 2pm. A phone call would have been nice or a notification that we couldn't go at 11 for his appointment.

I thought I had a online appointment to get a covid booster and when I went back to the pharmacy I stood there for awhile (they were not busy) before someone came over to me and in a unfriendly manner asked “can I help you?” . I told her why I was there and she said “well it’s going to be an hour unless you have an appointment” I told her I did and she looked it up and my name was not in there so I must have had some missing info and it didn’t go through. There was no “that’s ok things happen” or “let me see what I can do” I said well can I just do it here?and she said “I can’t help you, you have to go online and fill out an application”. There is a sign outside that says Walk-in Vaccinations welcomed. She clearly did nothing to make me feel welcomed. I said never mind and walked away. I also told her to try being more friendly. I gave this place 3 stars because although she was unfriendly and not helpful at all, as I walked out the the front door a very nice lady at the counter said “ have a nice day” and smiled. I still don’t plan on going back to that store.

This is the most understaffed rite aid. The amount of effort to pick up meds here is insane. It closes randomly and they never have your medicine ready even hours or days in advance. The employees are clearly stretched way too thin to operate

What a shame how the Pharmacy went downhill st this location!I was released from hospital yesterday evening and really needed my scripts filled for my care. Stopped to pick up Rx's and found out they were closed. This happened to me a month earlier too, and my Rx was waiting at RiteAid's other store, so thinking this is the case now, I traveled to that store. Rx not there! So I went back to the Clay Pike Rite Aide this morning only to find Rx still not filled! So much for Rite Aide's proclamation of being a "Superior Pharmacy experience" as proclaimed on their website!...Totally untrue!

You can never get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy and then whenever they pick up the phone they hang up on you.. I understand being short staffed however if we had a choice in pharmacy I would never chose this one again. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

Funny how they say they won’t answer the phone from 1-2 for lunch when THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. no customer service what so ever. For MONTHS NOW they just choose not to answer the phone and I’m stuck not having my prescriptions on time. HORRIBLE PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO OTHER RITE AID HAS THESE ISSUES.

If you need a prescription with 24 hrs don't have it filled here.Script was sent in 3pm Sunday, tried to pick it up at 6pm Monday and was told it would be ready until Tuesday..

I stopped at rite aid last night to check my boyfriends blood pressure and it was very high 173/104. He didn't want to go to the hospital. I asked the three people at the pharmacy of they thought he should go and they all agreed that he should. I would like to thank those rite aid employees for having my back. Blood pressure was 184/108 when I got him to the hospital. Kept him for observation. I'm so glad you had that machine

The employees are always helpful and friendly here. The pharmacy is great too! They’ve helped me find items I was searching for, and answered questions I’ve had regarding prescriptions. I always enjoy the savings I get using my Wellness card.

If I could leave no stores I would. This is the worst Rite Aid pharmacy I have ever been in. They are rude they don’t acknowledge you and they just walk around. I talked to numerous customers in here this evening that have told me the same thing I am done with this place you should be ashamed of yourself

I picked up my husbands blood pressure medicine today. They gave me a bottle of what read on the lid opioids, when I addressed it they said...oops same name different address 🙄 be very careful and check your scripts before leaving the store.

What is going on in this country. There no workers. I just went to pick up my prescription and there seven days behind, cause they said they have no employees. I had to wait a week. Crazy. Go somewhere else unless you wanna wait a week.

Calling about 2 hrs now to get a few pain pills for post surgery for my son. First they can't find the script, now they can't find " his profile" . Now that they FINALLY found everything. 10 more minutes grrrr

They close at 5:30 on Sunday I was there at 5:15 while the women were still in the pharmacy ask them for a kids syringe they then set the alarm close the door and told me they were closed seems like they really care about sick children and I won't be back
