I have had more issues at many different Rite Aid stores recently. I purchased a reloadable Visa Debit card from Rite Aid, and they are no longer servicing those cards, but they are still selling them for purchase and can load a new card; just do not reload them once set up and registered. The employees always try, but when asking the manager why they are still selling a card they don't service, they don't seem to care, today, they told me "they were not told to take them off the shelf," so they continue to sell a product they no longer service.Update: after response. I had already called the customer service line and they are "putting a notification out", what needs to happen is that Rite Aid should not be selling a product that they can not service after the sale, such as the Serve Visa reloadable cards.

Went there for the covid vaccine. Everyone that was working there was so kind and courteous, especially Rebecca and Mary. They were each doing the work of 3 people. They never complained and had smiles, something you don't see too often! BTW, never felt a thing when Mary gave me my vaccine! She even explained to me why it was so important to get this booster since I acquired acute adrenal insufficiency from keytruda. Cashier in front of the store was nice too. I picked up a beautiful Christmas ornament for a friend. They have a beautiful Christmas section, already 50% off. I'm going to get my flu shot here too!

I don't know why the reviews are so bad, maybe they've changed but every time I have gone, my prescriptions were ready instantly, provided they were in stock (but that was a special case). All have been friendly. Just be aware of their lunchtime break hours. This is by far the fastest pharmacy I've been to.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 6 going on 7 years now and it has gone downhill. I don't know if there's a staffing shortage or what but every single time I go to pick up my prescriptions, they aren't ready. Even if my doctor sent it over 8 hours prior to me going to pick it up. This wouldn't annoy me as much if they actually ever answered their phones. No matter how many times you call it just rings and rings. So I have to wait in a 30 minute line either inside or in the drive thru just for them to tell me it isn't ready yet. I'm going to be switching to another pharmacy until they get it together.

Feel bad for the pharmacy techs. Head pharmacist was very rude to her when she asked an insurance question right in front of me and other customers. Incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful and made it clear she did not want to be bothered by her employees nor customers.

Going here for years but lately it is far less than even acceptable. The Dr puts in a refill for a medication but Rite aids has it never received the request. Ok, accidents happen. I call the Dr and the doctor says they have a date/time stamped receipt but sent it again. Again Rite aid doesn't have it. Then blames the Dr for sending it to the wrong pharmacy. Are you kidding me? Same pharmacy. Same meds. What happened to you guys? Still no med refills and it's 7 days into this blame game. Now they won't answer the phone! Just loops around to the front message, no way to leave a message. Tried for 15 minutes. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from a pharmacy.

Again today, pharmacy is closed. I phoned in my prescription refill yesterday and the recording said I have no refills. My prescription bottle says I still have 1 refill. No, the prescription is not expired. This is a maintenance rx that I need. Tried to call and now I'm allowed to leave a message. Well I guess that's better than them not answering the phone. But I'm now stuck without my meds. Do better, Rite aid! Not acceptable.

I absolutely love their app , it always keeps on track when my medications are due for refills. You get text reminders to open the app and order medications. Pick up is always done timely manner and I’ve never had a problem getting my medications, they are filled correctly.I also use this use Rite Aid for vaccinations, which is so convenient and their is hardly wait time, and they sanitize between customers, which is very good during this pandemic.Also, check out their weekly deals, they have great deals on holiday deals, and you can find almost everything in this Rite Aid you need, even some quick grocery products for dinner before leave. All at comparable price. They also do free shipping to your house.

Update 4 months later!! Pharmacy still sucks! Why is this store even still running!!?? Closed 6 pm last night then today Saturday pharmacy is completely closed! CCP NorwinOrder antibiotics for both of my son's at 830 am yesterday. By the time they let me know they were filled the place was closed!! I will definitely be pulling all my family scripts from rite aid completelyMy 9 year old has a fever 103.5. I have tried calling to see if his anti nausea med was ready no one answers the dang phone!!!! I called back to back just to be annoying enough for someone to answer. I'm trying to be patient I completely understand they are under staffed because COVID but come on people are sick! I was there earlier the line was back down the middle aisle but yet there were staff that could of done more than just stand around. On another note the younger female pharamist is so rude!

This is the worst rite aid/pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I work in West Mifflin and if I call this pharmacy when I leave work to get a prescription refilled I will spend my entire trip back to Irwin on hold because they will not answer the phone. I literally have to sit on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour just for them to answer the phone and take 15 seconds for me to tell them I need a refill. There is a very nonchalant attitude that the people who work in the pharmacy at this place have they move like snails they have little care and it really shows.

The posted pharmacy hours are NOT reliable. This store reduced pharmacy hours by 5 hours on a weekend when providers are not available without prior notification to even give their customers the opportunity to transfer meds to another pharmacy!The posted hours were 9-6 but they were only open from 9-1PM. I was not able to get prescriptions filled and no one could transfer my medications.

The Pharmacy dept is Horrid! They can not even answer a phone. Their excuse is they are really busy. You have to drive there to see if your item is ready, then they are not even courteous enough to try to help you figure out where the mess up is, so you just continue playing phone tag with them and your Dr. Management needs changed, and the individuals working there need to learn to multi-task!

I have recently switched my retail pharmacy and I see I’ve most like made a mistake. I need meds because I’m ill 3 hours after I called to verify that they received the Rx’s still not ready and after I tried to get the pharmacy on the phone I finally had to resort to getting someone in the retail store to please connect me to the pharmacy. Finally I get someone, still not ready but they get them right away. Come get them in about 1/2 an hour! Should have stayed where I was.

Terrible pharmacy. Dropped a prescription off and one week heard nothing. When I asked in person they related they called and needed a refill. They said they were "too busy to call me back". Poor customer service. Excuses given when asked. Find another. Save yourself the trouble.

Huge problem getting someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone and found out why when I went there. Only 2 people working there. The pharmacist and one girl. Pharmacist was filling meds and girl was running trying to help the pharmacist, work the drive thru and the in store register. They have sign up for job applications but have not had any luck finding help.

Every time my wife and I came to this particular Rite Aid, the workers have been rude. There have been multiple times were they acted like they were being bothered in the pharmacy. I also ran into issues where they wouldn’t check their voicemail for called in doctor scripts, and instead, tried turning me away and calling the doctor or checking another pharmacy.

Pharmacist named brenda told me she would fill my prescription when she felt like it, waited a total of 45mins and she came over with a huge smile and told me they were out of my medicine and sent me to another rite that said they had it, went there and turned out she never called nor did they have it. Called the head pharmacist and they did nothing about it. Avoid this rite aid if you want to be treated with respect.

Tried to reach them on the phone all day and they never answer. Never in my life have I seen a store run so poorly. My son uses this for my granddaughters medication, I will be changing to Walgreens or Giant Eagle.

Hours posted are a lie , they do not close at 9 pm .. they close whenever they feel like it .. I really needed medicine for my daughter .. went at 8 pm(that was soonest I could get there ) and a sign on window saying they closed at 5 pm .. after this will not be going to this pharmacy bc this was the only reason I had it filled there bc hours said open until 9 pm.

Always a HUGE wait at the pharmacy. Doesn’t matter if you go inside or through the drive through. I don’t understand what the issue is, but it’s every single time. I think it’s time to switch pharmacies.

Slowly saw black or African American hair products dissipate from most shelves. These were popular black products. They weren't rite aids top ten sellers but surely they should have products representative of people of color in the area.

This is the most understaffed store. One person waiting on the drive thru AND inside customers at the same time. They never answer their phone either. Going inside isn't any better, either. I'd rate them 0 if I could!
