I am so grateful for the help! I came looking for low sodium dog food my Chloe needs due to heart issues. Bryan really knows the products and spent all the time necessary to show me what I can or can’t, what I should or shouldn’t feed my dog. I didn’t get that much from my vet! Thank you again Bryan! And Aubrey (cashier) thank you for your kindness, too! Huge advantage to shopping a small business - knowledgeable staff. And great sales! Definitely where I’ll purchase pet supplies from now on!

I went in to look at the fish section. They had a sale going on and I left with four Julii Corydoras. Prices were good and the area looked clean! Tanks looked good and the fish were active! Thanks!

I absolutely love this store. Thought I was getting best price on my Purina Pro Choice at Tractor Supply. Ended up saving 10.00 here. Kind and courteous employees. They are independently owned and local. Please patronize. PS they send out amazing coupons.

A very clean, bright lit, friendly environment. We are so happy to have this location so close to home. Celebrated our dogs birthday by going in store, we were greeted with a birthday bandana. So thoughtful!

I get my 2 dogs groomed here every 8 weeks. The groomer Lyndsey is wonderful. She is so friendly and never seems bothered by my questions. My dogs always look so great afterwards. This past time I had the new groomer Ashlynn groom my dogs and she also did a great job. I have a doodle and a Portuguese water dog/bernese mt dog mix-so not easily groomed.I also started buying my dog food here and I find it to be reasonably priced and a huge selection. The store is always very clean and the staff are helpful.In between grooming a, I’ve used the self serve dog wash and that hidden gem is worth every penny. You just have to show up with your dog-everything else is provided (towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc). It’s so easy and convenient to use and I don’t have to worry about dog fur all over my tub at home.I would absolutely recommend shopping here for all your pet needs

Make sure if you are ordering to pick up in store that you carefully check your bags before you leave. I was given a swapped item & never contacted about whether I wanted the substitution. I do not have a pet supplies plus in my town & I drive to either this location or to Latrobe. I will never make the mistake of going to North Huntington again, & will only patronize the Latrobe store. I called the store and felt like I was talked down to and told I could bring it back when I’m in the area next time. With the price of gas and nowadays you should not have to go back to exchange an item. I ultimately purchased the item at another pet store.

This place is starting to become my favorite pet supply store. They always have a large selection of what I need , any time I call, the phone is answered promptly. You might notice the cashiers or workers are mostly of a younger age but they have been polite , even verbally welcomed me into the store each time. Whatever it is you are doing there, keep it up! Glad to have you in the area now!!!

Dog wash is very convenient and affordable.Have a golden retriever and he's too large to wash at home.One dryer was broken but I'm sure they have parts on order to fix.

Lindsey in grooming is incredible. I've tried a lot of groomers (at other shops) but Lindsey is by far the best! She is patient and you can tell she really cares about the dogs that she grooms. She is always happy to give suggestions and answer any questions. I highly recommend her to anyone!

I don't have pets but I took my 5 year old grandson here so he could see the fish, birds and reptiles, rodents. 😳 Not my favorite but he so enjoyed it and is fascinated with them all. We spent over an hour there. Very clean and pleasant employees.

We love our local pet store. Each time we visit all the staff is friendly and greet us at the door. If we ever need help finding a product , they are always a few steps away unlike most stores today. And the pups love the dog treat when they visit!

I love this store. It is my favorite of all the pet stores, including Chewy. They have such great deals and the employees are all so friendly and helpful.I love the do-it-yourself dog bath. I do wish they had bath brushes in the dog baths (like they do at the White OK PSP) so I don't have to try to scrub the soap into my 106 pound dog with my hands.I would also like if they kept Hill's Science Diet Perfect Digestion for cats 7 years or older. I've had to get the Perfect Digestion for cats 1-6, because that's all they have, but my cats are all older than 10.That being said, in general, the selection of foods able treats for cats and dogs is really great.
