Nice store but I honestly don't think I've ever bought anything here despite stopping over the years. I usually look for media and oddities and it's always picked clean. I've been there and witnessed some fool with a watch band scanner that was scanning every media item to see if it was worth him buying to flip. The people should be banned. But they may have, I dunno. I would guess not though cuz I know this area and it's pretty confusing that the sections mentioned are always barren.

This location has the highest prices I've ever seen in a thrift store. A few things would have been cheaper new.In addition, non profit is a loophole as the ceo is filthy rich. Some of the special needs workers are making less than minimum wage as well. Also on a loophole.

Hands down, the most abysmally awful Goodwill in the tri-state area. Story: we visited one Sun afternoon with our 2 kids (3 & 7), who were enthralled with toys they found (Barbie & a Transformer) - until the purse-faced clerk told our boy she couldn't sell him a robot because it had no sticker. Not understanding her mean-spirited laziness, of course he cried. And she responded by telling our girl she couldn't have Barbie either, because - again - not stickered. This is after ringing-up a similar Barbie at 2.99. But no sticker, no sale, even if children are weeping. My husband even offered cash for a deal on the spot. Nope, sorry. We left sickened that we gave this location and its grim staff a cent. And we never will again. Not kid friendly. If you love your family, avoid this Goodwill!

Staff is incredibly rude to people dropping off donations. You can tell they don’t want to be doing their job as they make it so blatantly obvious. They get free donations to make a profit on and nit pick over what you give.Give your donations to local thrift stores that go to your local community as you’d be better off and they’d be more appreciative I’m sure. I’m disgusted with the location in North Huntingdon/Irwin.ORThe location in Delmont or North Versailles the employees are more receptive, customer service oriented, and respectful. This location not so much.

I had a traumatizing experience over the phone with this goodwill department. I was shouted at by an evil man named Kevin who was just rude and disrespectful and mean! Here’s my story. I called into this goodwill department store to ask if they had any Taylor swift marchendis currently for sale on their shelves and I talked to a very sweet woman whomst told me that they had the 1989 CD by Taylor Saift. I was so thrilled to hear this good news and I asked Mary, the lady, if she would be able to put this CD on hold for me for a few days until I could come in and purchase this. Mary was very easy and accommodating to my purpose, I was ever so great full. She told me that she could absolutely under all circumstances given to my situation that she could absolute out this on hold for me. She told me to rest assured knowing this CD would be at the ready for me to purchase when I arrived to this goodwill location department/commercial shop. I told Mary god bless you and then we exchanged personal numbers and I hung up. However even though this experience with Mary over the phone was nothing short of good, I had an awful experience a few days later over the phone with him, Kevin, the manager of this goodwill department marketplace. I was calling in to confirm that my pickup was ready for this, and I was shocked by the news. Kevin told me that they do not put CDS on hold and he even claimed that they do not put anything on hold, there was however a lack of evidence that this was even true or the case. He said they didn’t have 1989 CD on hold for me. I told him about my call with Mary, he tried to lie and tell me that there wasn’t even a person named Mary who works at this goodwill trading post, I was shocked at the gas being lit here. I argued with Kevin on the phone for about 20 minutes before he told me that he wasn’t going to “waste his time arguing with me”. If you consider solving customer issues WASTING your time, then maybe it’s time for you to consider a new career, Levin. Horrible foodwil

Was at the the store in Irwin and was asked to leave because I can't wear a mask, because of my health problems. The people running the place made me feel like a leaper. And should not be allowed any where.Maybe all the stores that have a mask mandate should consider the people who can't wear one ,put some hours in place for those people who are unable to wear them. Will never donate to them again!!!!! Thank you Goodwill

This is just one of my favorite places to go in, even if your just looking around. Completely redone not too long ago. Very updated and clean, and the employees are helpful.

You could just walk around, and not buy anything, and still feel like you've gained some good ideas for a project or present. When you do buy things, they're not usually great quality. However, when you buy something you like, the quality is in how much you love it. I love to buy sweaters here.

What can I say, I love buying from Goodwill. Most locations have a 99 cent Sunday deal - tags of a certain color are 99 cents no matter what the item. I've stocked almost my entire business casual wardrobe with clothes from 99 cent Sunday (as well as lamps, toys, home goods, furniture, etc). While if you do your research, you'll see that there are better organizations to donate your used items to, it's certainly one of the most cost effective to buy from.

Decent store, nice workers, and good prices. :)Edit: I am completely SHOCKED at how much their prices have increased !!! Won't be returning as frequently, that's for sure!

I love Goodwill. I do not care for this one.The major reason I dislike this Goodwill is that they overprice things. Items that are mall brands from 3-5 years ago still get marked up $2-$5 more than regular Goodwill prices. It's ridiculous. Pre-owned Hollister shorts are not worth $5.29 at Goodwill. It's no wonder stuff sits on the racks for weeks until the half off color tag come around.I'm not sure who is in charge of pricing, but it makes no sense to mark up an item and let it sit there for weeks. Sell it for regular price so you get a faster turnover of inventory! The employees are so/so. Some are kind and others will grab things off of the racks you are looking at without so much as an "excuse me". You're better off to go to the Greensburg Goodwill.

I always find good stuff at Goodwill but to sad truth is that it's an evil Corporation where everything is donated so it's nothing but profit and they don't contribute to anything Goodwill ish they don't help poor people they don't help homeless people they line their pockets with the money from donated items also they don't even keep that name brand things in the store anymore it goes to the online auction so that was the fun or thrifting and they took it away

Horrible experience at this store where they “lost” a piece of furniture that I had already purchased. The LARGE piece of furniture was apparently lost within 24 hours of paying for the item. Truly incompetence at its best. No compensation was offered when asked.

Like most thrift stores, this one is hit or miss. Reasonably clean and in order. They are marking up certain brands (loft, whbm, Underarmour) and I feel this is over done. Let us have the excitement of finding a new with tags item at regular price. It cracks me up that mall brands get a higher price than higher end items from Lululemon or Anthropologie...but...until the people that price know labels I'm happy. If you love Kohls brands this is the place for you. Children youth selection is small. Men's is OK. Hard goods doesn't usually have anything great. There are better Goodwill stores.

I have a fairly good selection in the prices are very reasonable and if you go there they usually have a weekly color special which gives you half off I think it is I highly recommend it if you're on a budget

Super organized for a Goodwill store!! Very low prices compared to salvation army stores. Tons of name brand items to choose from. We love stopping by when we are in North Huntington.

What can I say? It's Goodwill. Sometimes you find nothing but garbage. Other times you find some nice collectables. All depends on how good your eye is at spotting the things that can be resold for some decent money.

Getting better at organizing the store. The back shelves are not neat so it's difficult to see what they have. Prices are a little high

Lots of clothes but not very much selection of other items like household items or furniture. The parking lot is awkward and tucked away behind the strip of stores.
