Just wanted to say thank you to the staff for really helping our family out. I showed up 10 mins before closing needing an antibiotic for our toddler and the tech and pharmacist on duty made sure we got the medicine before they closed. A lot of what people complain about in the pharmacy is outside the staff’s hands but it was great to see that something that was within their control was handled with the utmost care!

There is a young pharmacy tech there who is very rude. She commented as me and another customer were at the counter that, “our hours must not be posted properly.” It was 10 mins before they closed. She then turned the lights off. I can’t believe a corporation like CVS allows their employees to close their pharmacies early. If you are going to stop helping people 10 mins early and turn your lights off, then your hours should say you close at 4:50. While I know it’s frustrating when customers come up right before close (sorry I didn’t cut my eye early enough in the day for her), it’s extremely unprofessional and rude to act the way she acted. They were still open. She could have rang several customers out before they closed. She also told me it takes 30 mins to an hour for scripts to come through the computer, which is hilarious and not true. This isnt 1999, we aren’t waiting on dial up or delivery by carrier pigeon. I went back to urgent care and had my order resent to Walmart and they had it in 2 mins. This cvs is always backed up which is bad enough, so this tech should really try being kind since they bring nothing else to the table. I hope she never gets injured or sick and needs any sort of empathy because she certainly won’t deserve it with the attitude she displays at work.

It’s pretty sad. I used to work in this pharmacy and yes I saw patients who were pretty upset but most were understanding. We did everything we could for our patients! Now being on the other side of things I can see why our patients got upset and it wasn’t all the staffs fault just some… us as patients don’t get treated with any thought of respect. Think about what the patient or patients parent is going through, that they just got off work and have to deal with. We parents of patients sometimes can’t even think straight and we call to check the status of a new prescription that just got called in and get attitude on the phone because the employee couldn’t understand an “M” from an “N”Now I feel pretty crumby not because of how I spoke but because of how I was spoke to… it’s not fun on this side…

to those entitled enough to complain about wait times or being placed on hold — i offer you a piece of advice: perhaps you are the problem. retail pharmacy is at a record breaking all time low for staffing with maybe three staff members handling 700 prescriptions and upwards of 50 shots daily, especially with the new vaccines coming out. on top of dealing with phones, insurance, filling, and typing, they’re running around trying to help customers. if you cannot wait an hour for a medication, i feel as though a lesson in planning ahead, patience, and empathy would do you well. i dropped off a prescription today and the technician was so sweet and it was done within 20 minutes. in and out no problem. you’re all finding issues within the inherent system and then putting the fault on the overworked staff. give them a break and write in a diary if you need to complain. i can promise nobody else wants to hear it.

Horrible. If our insurance wouldn’t make us go here, I’d literally go anywhere else. My toddler gets a 90 day supply of liquid Pepcid, but we can only get 30 days at a time. I pay for the prescription on the first refill, then don’t pay for the next 2. They won’t get it ready until I’m there, then argue with me once I’m there that they don’t have time to get it ready. The last time, they also argued with me that I needed to pay even though I was sure it was only second refill. Sure enough, when I got home, I checked and I shouldn’t have paid til the next refill. They’re so rude and fight with you even though they’re wrong.

This place sucks. If it wasn't in Target, I would never use them. I placed my order on their app at 8am so I could pick it up when I picked up my Target order. So, there's four of them, but they ALL take lunch at the same time and close down from 1 to 2. I get there at 2. They don't actually open until 2:05. By then, I'm fifth in a line of 8 or 9, but they have only one at the counter. I get to the counter at 2:10 and Abbey or Allie or whatever tells me my meds aren't ready, but "if you want to give us 20 minutes..." If I wanted to wait 20 minutes I wouldn't have pre-ordered. So, I leave and five minutes later, when I'm already back on the highway, I get the text that my meds are ready for pickup. They just suck. So now I have to drive back to pick up my meds...or maybe I'll go somewhere else even though my CVS prescription plan tries to force me to use CVS. It might be worth the extra money to never use these people again.

Honestly went way down hill.Long waits and rude on the phone.Always have to order in a medication for my migraines even when I call it in a week in advance. Wish I had another option but sadly insurance has us with only CVS.

(This isn’t the first time this has happened). CVS withheld my prescription that I’ve been taking for 3 years. I’ve been without my medication countless times because of them. They are slow, irritable, and unreliable. There was no issue getting a prescription sent to the pharmacy. The issue was getting it filled. Which they “couldn’t do” when I needed it. Thank god for Rite Aid. Never rely on CVS if you want either a pleasant experience or to have your prescription ready.

I've been coming here to get my prescriptions for a few years. Never had any issues till this year. I've seen them just screw things up saying your prescriptions will be filled and it don't get filled on time. I go to pick up my prescription and now the pharmacy is closed due to staffing issues and very limited hours. I'm going again without my maintenance medicine once again!! The lines are insane long. If I could go somewhere else I would if my insurance would cover somewhere else. They're horrible!!!!

The pharmacists are incompetent! They gave me a partial order of my prescription and said they would have to order the rest. Then when I return to get the remainder they tell me they can’t fill it for another 3 weeks. Now I have to go 3 weeks without maintenance medication! The pharm tech was nice and was even telling the pharmacist she did the first partial prescription. She confirmed that they were to order the remainder and I was to pick it up. The pharmacist didn’t care and couldn’t even bother to come to the counter to speak to me. He just stood where he was and yelled to the tech there was nothing he could do.

I never had problems until this year. Now, I never know when they will be open. I call in to order refills in advance, but it appears they do not fill them until I arrive to pick them up. I called at 3:30 PM today to check on prescription that needs filled within next 2 days and received a recorded message that the pharmacy is currently closed.

The poorest example of customer service today while trying to get information about availability of a medicine my normal pharm was out of, this woman would give me 0 info on phone said she needed to see a script first. After being to 3 pharms no one having this med last thing I wanna do walk thru another to get told they can't get it, thats the last time ill ever consider that pharmacy.

This pharmacy used to be pretty decent. Lately, they have been absolutely awful. It is horribly mismanaged. Medications aren’t being filled, are being filled incorrectly or medications aren’t being ordered at all. They promise you medications will be in and filled on specific days and they aren’t. All of that means you are without maintenance medications so you can survive, for weeks at a time. Absolutely awful and unacceptable.

Although there was only 1 pharmacist working, the people in line and the people getting vaccinated were all kind. The pharmacist on duty was professional and courteous and doing her job effectively. Short staffing is something that is happening everywhere, please be patient with everyone, especially the employees.

This pharmacy is awful. I get staffing is hard; I get they’re busy.. I work in healthcare and the way they spoke to me regarding a patient and handle customers on top of being behind is completely unacceptable for people and their necessary medications.0/5 stars.

This pharmacy has gone downhill. The staff is not friendly and they don’t fill prescriptions on time . Corporate needs to do something about this store.
