Would not recommend! My 1 year old puppy now needs major surgery as a result of their lack of care.Brought my dog in as a puppy for routine checkups.Over multiple visits I asked about a suspicious looking tooth when she was approaching a year of age. Was told on multiple occasions that it was not of concern just a baby tooth.Out of frustration and concern I took her to another vet for a second opinion. It was it fact an adult tooth in need of immediate attention. After also consulting with a canine dental expert. It’s been determined that she needs a major dental procedure, most likely resulting in the loss of a major adult tooth. She now has to endure a painful procedure at only a year old.Simultaneously…Early on my puppy developed a rash. Over the course of multiple repeated visits over multiple months…They gave her numerous infections, pills, and topical medications. Also, accusing me of poor care. The rash was causing her to lose fur around those areas. After receiving a second opinion we learned that she was HIGHLY allergic to chicken. This was never mentioned as a possibility by Dr. Lisa. After an exclusion study and other tests the chicken allergy was confirmed by another veterinarian. 4 days after removing chicken from her diet the rash completely disappeared. However her fur didn’t grow back in certain areas.Before writing this review I brought my concerns to the attention of Countryside.Dr. Lisa would not address my concerns directly…she had an assistant call me to argue and deny any wrong doing on their part.

Open at 8:00 AM? Did not answer the phone until 8:30 AM. Rude and uncarring individual answered the phone.As evidenced by the fact as soon as I explained I was from out of town with an ill cat I was told they would not see my ill cat. Yet only one cusromer car in the parking lot.

By far, the MOST rude and incompassionate receptionist I have ever encountered at a vets office. I can’t speak for the vet and techs as I haven’t not been to this office in years, but Karen should NOT be allowed to treat people the way she does.

They took my cat in when he was very ill for a emergency appointment, a bit pricey but I have nothing to compare it too. Very nice and vet called and talked to me explaining everything which I liked. I just dropped him off and picked him later,was very easy. I'm so thankful they helped my cat, Tom😺

We absolutely love Dr. Lisa and Staff! We have been clients of Dr. Lisa for 22 years. The care we receive from Dr. Lisa is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and she always takes her time with us. Highly recommend!

Had a situation not completely an emergency but one where I was concerned, and wanted same day appointment for my senior dog. Called to explain the situation as we are new to this area. She cut me off stating no appointments for two weeks. I understand appointments may not be available but don’t cut me off and rudely turn me away, just let me talk, be concerned and help me. New to the area and will not ever take any of my pets here. Honestly surprised with all the great reviews.

We had been going to our vets for over 25 years, they had become a friend of our family. When they retired we thought we could never find a vet that measured up to them until we met Dr. Lisa and her team. They are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, dependable and very professional. They take time to answer all of my questions and are always patient. I think they are very reasonably priced for the exceptional care and support they provide. The support team is always so on top of everything. We are so happy with countryside vet.

Have been coming here for at least the past 25 yrs. The vet and staff has taken care of all my dogs and me like their own. Can’t be more helpful or caring. Even kept my sick dog in the office when we went on vacation as all their cages were full. Their hours are long and 6 days a wk. Wouldn't take my best friends anywhere else. Everyone is truly wonderful!

I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lisa and her staff!! One of my kittens miscalculated a jump which resulted in an unfortunate fracture in his paw. They were able to take him almost immediately after his accident, and got him patched up right away. Dr. Lisa was EXTREMELY compassionate and explained everything about his injury, as well as what to expect during his recovery. We had regular follow ups, as well as a few unexpected urgent visits, and every single time I left feeling better about his injury, and I was confident he was in good hands. The staff are VERY friendly, and their care for animals was immediately apparent. I observed this not just with my kittens, but with all animals that I've seen come and go while waiting. They treat all of them as if they were their own. I was truly amazed at my kitten's recovery, and I can't thank Dr. Lisa enough for the work she did with him. So knowledgeable, so kind, goes well above and beyond to help our pets! Thank you all so much! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We recently had to switch vets after buying our home and being too far away from our original vet who we’d been going to for close to 20 years. So to say we had high expectations is an understatement! My husband had taken our 5 year old dog last year to update his shots and we recently scheduled an appointment for our new puppy we adopted. They were able to get me in quickly and even were flexible when I wrote my appointment time down incorrectly! Dr Lisa was great and made sure all my questions were answered and helped with the parasite problem our new puppy was dealing with! All of the staff I interacted with was so friendly and helpful was more than happy to love on our sweet puppy! I am so thankful we found Countryside!

Today was my first time going to Countryside. I recently adopted 2 Bengal kittens a male and a female. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated my Bengal kittens with care and respect. I truly and sincerely appreciate the kindness and care that me and my 2 Bengal kittens received today. This place went downhill after they moved. I'm not sure if it's to play for all the marble decor or what but before, they cared about your pet and pet parents. Now they care about trying to "upsell" at every visit and suggest useless tests that have nothing to do with why my pet is there. And every time my dog needed a refill, he needed seen by the vet. Why? It was a maintenance med. The final straw was when my dog partially tore his ACL and options were surgery or "don't let him run for 2weeks". How? No suggestions for supporting it, keeping an active dog non active, or anything else. I felt like they wanted me to go home, fail at trying to keep him from running around so it would tear all the way and be forced in to the $10k surgery. I changed vets, got support/suggestions, med refills with a phone call and a dog that can run again freely with no surgery. I used to be sad because Dr Lisa appeared to really care but her focus seems to have changed and we are all happier now elsewhere.

Started taking my puppy there as soon as I got him. They have been nothing but the best since day one. Love all of the staff. Very personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. Do not push you to do anything or do it their way. Let you decide based on professional options and advice given. Always put the health and well-being our your animal first. Highly recommend.

This is my dogs second time here. While the doctor is nice and knowledgeable, the vet tech who did my dogs nails was horrible. I could hear her being extremely aggressive and yelling at him in the back room to the point I almost went back there to get him. Then, as she takes him out the door she violently is pulling at his leash to get him into the room with the most evil look on her face.If this is how you act towards animals, you’re in the wrong business.I don’t feel I can trust my dog in the care of this place regardless of how good the doctors are. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love the care I receive from Dr. Lisa and Staff! Dr. Lisa is very knowledgeable and thorough. When I first started bringing my dog here he was a mess. Dr. Lisa got him up and running again. My dog is a little hard to handle and all of the techs do wonderful with him. Highly recommend!!!

In all of my dealings with this wonderful pet facility, I've never met with a more compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Kim and the lovely ladies who work with her are all most helpful in pets needs.I adopted my cats, Rocco and Bella from this place several years ago and my husband and I couldn't be happier with them. The care they gave them was amazing and my beautiful kitties have a wonderful home because of the kindness of this incredible team of professionals.I wold highly recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Lisa and staff are wonderful!!!! I would not take my pets anywhere else! I have been with her for almost 2 years and I couldn't be happier. They are very compassionate and attentive with my 2 dogs. My husband and I had a very close call with Jippy our Jack Russell and Dr. Lisa made him feel brand new! I’ve been going to this vet for approximately 8 years. I have two Brittany’s. I’ve always thought their prices were high but I’ve always paid them. My last yearly checkup the vet suggested to have their teeth cleaned. They said how would you feel if you never had your teeth cleaned. Later I agreed and made an appointment. As I was making the appointment I asked for an estimate. Later when I was driving my dogs to the appointment I realized they never gave me an estimate. When I arrived I asked again for an estimate they said they would call me with an estimate before they started any work. They did call and their estimate was $936. I’ve never had my dogs teeth cleaned as I mentioned earlier and they knew that since they have been our vet since they were puppies. They said they already started blood work on them (without approval of the costs with me) and I owed them close to $270. I handed them a credit card to pay for it then I thought wait they never told me any prices nor did I receive the actual “blood work” that they charged me for. The girl swiped my credit card even after I said wait this isn’t fair. I told her I would not sign the slip. She said it’s ok.They still charged my card even though I refused to sign the slip and I did not receive the blood work that they charged me for.I would say we were excellent customers/patients for 8 years. We never missed an appointment never complained about their high prices, we always came in for our yearly checkups, but they were completely wrong for not giving us an estimate as requested more than once. Perhaps if they would have given me a ballpark price I could’ve had an idea of the costs involved. They are completely unprofessional and wrong for charging me without disclosing the cost to complete this procedure.

Dr. Lisa and her staff are amazing. I've been taking my dog, Sherlock there for 7 years now. He has a lot of different problems, allergies, hip dysplasia, and just recently stomach issues. She has helped him tremendously. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
