I can't recommend Ameri Pride Fence enough. Their customer service is top notch. Something that is hard to find these days. They installed our fence originally - the price was right, we didn't have to wait for forever for them to start, and they finished on time.Some time later, they replaced our neighbors fence which included a piece between our properties. They took the time to reach out to us and ask if we wanted them to install a temporary fence on our side so that our dog would be safe and not need to be leashed. Which they did. We weren't even the customer at that point and they cared enough to do this. How amazing is that.Most recently we had a tree come down on a portion of our fence. It was not a big thing but they still took the time to respond quickly and fix it for us. If you are looking for a fence company, I highly recommend them.

High quality, reasonable price, professional, and reliable. We were very happy from the start through to the finished project!We had a fence installed because we got a dog and a pool. We had a challenging set up because we have a pretty steep hill and wanted to maximize our yard space but also meet the guidelines for the pool. We made sure to get a survey done in advance since our house is close to neighbors and we didn't want to run into any concerns after we got started (that is an obligation of the home owner, not an installer). Once we were ready to go, Frank consulted with us on where to place the fence to best meet our needs and helped brainstorm cost saving ideas.The team started our project exactly when they said they would. Every person we encountered was friendly and professional. There was one day where weather didn't cooperate so they were sure to communicate that they obviously couldn't work that day, but they returned the next day as they said they would. We had to leave a section off temporarily due to the pool installation that was happening a few weeks later, and they happily coordinated that with us and even put a nice temporary solution up for us so that we could keep it secure for our dog. There were no unexpected costs and everything turned even better than we hoped.Overall we love our new fence - it makes our yard look bigger, gives our pup room to run around freely, keeps our pool safe, and I know it is high quality and is an investment that will last us well into the future!Service: Aluminum fence installation

I could not be any happier with the service and work that was done. My wife and I moved into our new home and needed a fence for our dogs. We reached out to Ameri Pride Fence Co. and received a response immediately. My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time and it was unsafe for her to take the dogs out with a leash each time. The customer service was amazing. They ordered our materials and installed the fence within 2 weeks of the estimate. I recently referred them to a friend of mine and his experience was the same. TL;DR: I just had AmeriPride install an aluminum fence. The end result is passable. They put part of the fence where a neighbor told them to! The service was very unprofessional. I have to finish the job myself after spending many thousands of dollars and waiting almost a year for the install - only part of which was material delays due to Covid.Details: Frank's communication was awful; emails had to be sent repeatedly, questions were answered with questions or excuses, if ever. I couldn't get start, progress or finish dates because "things might come up". If I was given specifics, like he'd run a line around my stakes to be sure everything was right before starting, they didn't happen. I was not kept informed; posts were set before I knew anyone was on my property. Simple instructions like "Call before you get here so I can make sure the dog's not out" were ignored.The 3 big issues were a drive gate being moved to reinstall correctly: Frank said sloped or level - they put in stepped, which to be direct, looked stupid. 2nd issue: giant, child-proof, swimming pool gate latches. I have neither children nor swimming pool, so again, looks stupid and is impossible to open when carrying anything. So far 3 delivery people have texted asking how to get in, a 4th gave up and left packages outside the fence in the rain. My emails asking about latch options before install were ignored.The biggest issue:"So you know. The neighbor is making me move sections because it off your property line.I put it exactly where you told me.Can you please give me a call"Within 10 mins of the email arriving I called Frank and asked which neighbor, sections etc.. Answers were literally "I don't know, I'm not there" and 'Cody just said they had to move about 6 panels'. Still on the call, I looked out the window and they had already set 1 post and were pouring the next - WHERE THE NEIGHBOR TOLD THEM TO!A fence I paid over $8,000 for, had sent actual SURVEY images with measurements to Frank several times for, and that I had staked out the CORRECT & LEGAL PLACEMENT of, was moved because a random guy said so! When I told Frank posts were already in he repeated 'fence was off your property'. Even though it ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT, I disgustedly said to just get it done. His reply: "keep an eye on them" and call him if there was anything I wasn't happy with. Unlike the folks at AmeriPride, my job requires doing quality work when the person who is paying me requires it; I was too busy to manage Frank's crew so an hour later, I told him I wasn't happy.Because the fence was moved a foot+ at a NEIGHBOR'S direction, there wasn't room for the 90° turn to the house. Their solution was a panel leaning in and extending a few feet alongside the porch. It took 3 more emails, 2 more calls and nearly 2 weeks to get that fixed.Frank's estimated 2 week start-to-finish took 6 - after 8 months trying to get a start date. Now I'm spending more money and time building fillers since the fence doesn't enclose the yard and buying replacement latches - difficult since the gaps between gate panels are too wide for standard latches.I also had AP replace 2.5 wood panels and a gate in Nov.. That was done quickly, but despite saying I didn't want posts cemented in, they changed the swing of the gate, cemented in a post for it and left 4 big bolt holes in the side of my house because of it. There are also gaps at both ends. I guess $850 wasn't enough to cover an extra 15 mins work to cut 2 pickets to fit.I should have cancelled the aluminum fence then, but I'd paid the deposit and when I had to cancel 2 years ago, my deposit was eventually returned less $300 "admin fee".My time and money were grossly disrespected and to be wrongly blamed for the workers' ineptitude is unacceptable. "off your property" was Frank's go-to excuse for everything; he said it on every call - and got boisterously CORRECTED - even if the call was about gates 20' inside.I will not hire or recommend AmeriPride again.Services: Aluminum fence installation, Wood fence installation

Ameripride just finished our pool fence. They were great I work with. We had a bit of a delay due to covid, but they kept us informed about the delays. The finished product is beautiful. We have received many compliments on it.
