We had a wonderful first grooming of our rescue dog. I am so glad I found a groomer that does not crate with caring and loving staff. My dog was a little shaky when we went in, since he's a bit shy at new places/ with new people. When I went to pick him up , he was as happy as can be and looked so handsome! He is a very happy boy! The nicest and most caring people. They went out of their way for my dog to get him looking great and working to fix and remove all the matting in his fur. There's decent parking in the driveway. They carry lots of great treats and accessories too. He loved the staff and they were so good to him. I've already made my next appointment.

Our Labradoodle always looks great when she comes home. I also appreciate that an appointment is an appointment here. Other groomers we tried would make an "appointment" and our dog could be there for hours because they would take in a bunch of dogs and get to Zephyr when they got to her. At Plush Pups Zephyr always gets the same person and it is her turn when we bring her in.

Plush Pups deserves 7 Stars for the seven great years they have been grooming Spunky. He is one of the family and I have felt safe with him in their hands from our first visit when he was just a puppy. All of the people at Plush understand their animal clients needs as well as understanding what we need to feel are precious companions are safe and in the best hands. They run a very personal ,efficient and classy business and my dog jumps when I mention our 3 week grooming visit is here! Thanks from both of us.

Let me just start this off by saying from the very beginning for me being a first timer here with my pup Logan the owners are amazing very informative you can tell they absolutely love what they do the shop is super clean I’m very big on making sure my pup is very well taken care of I finally found Logan a forever groomer please if you have read the reviews as I did looked threw the pictures as I did as well book a appointment I promise you will not regret it.

Got chemicals in my dogs eyes, scratched the corneas in both eyes to the point he could not open his eyes for days. Would not take any type of responsibility whatsoever! The time before that his nails were bleeding when he left. I do not recommend.

Plush Pups always takes great care of my baby boy Flynn. He is a rescue Schnoodle who has been through a lot in life so cages and people make him extremely anxious but this is the only place where he is happy and excited to be at without me being next to him. The owners are very nice and the setting is very professional.

If your dog is at all nervous about getting groomed STAY AWAY from this place! And DO NOT tell them if your dog has special needs and requires extra gentle care. They don't want to hear it. The owner takes no responsibility for the actions of his groomers. BEWARE.Response to Sevi's (owner) comment:I did NOT "continue" to report that Lilli was uncomfortable. I reported that only ONCE and I was IMMEDIATELY told Leann would no longer groom Lilli.Lilli will now have to get to know and become comfortable with a new groomer all over again. If you truly "love Lilli" as you claim you would NOT be putting her in that position.I NEVER said or implied that Leann was doing something to hurt Lilli. I was merely letting her know that Lilli's legs hurt her and grooming bothers her so just take extra care. My instructions were taken out of context and YOU let an over-sensetive groomer kick one of your good clients to the curb. YOU, SEVI, should have handled it in a professional manner and asked me about my instructions rather than assuming the worst!!! Why would I be negative towards Leann...Lilli loves her. It makes NO sense to think or believe that I was implying Lilli's pain was caused purposefully by Leann. I was very hurt and insulted by the entire situation.Carma always prevails in the end and one day you will be treated the way in which you treat your customers.

Very impressive pet grooming & Pet store. Definitely a small business worth supporting. Support local. They sell a lot of great quality products and the service is very personable. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable he really cares for all pets. I am very happy with the service and customer care. No need for the pet chain stores. I am definitely coming back. I highly recommend them.

The owner if Push Pups treats my pet as though it were his own. He cares about the dogs & does everything he can to make sure she is comfortable while she is there. The groomers are so gentle & caring. I have recommended Push Pups to all my friends with pets....Not just for grooming, but for supplies. Thank you Push Pups for taking grooming to the next level. I took my puppy here for the first time after being unhappy somewhere else and I have to say I am So Incredibly Happy! They were quick so my baby didn’t have to stay there long and get stressed out and she looked ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! When i saw her, I was THRILLED! I couldn’t be happier! Prices are affordable as well! But most importantly my baby left there completely happy- she was not shaking like she had all the other times at other groomer. She has been calm and happy. 🙌🏻 I highly recommend Plush Pups! 🐶💗🙌🏻

Wasted time trying to set up an appointment for my puppy because Plush Pups will not groom certain breeds. My puppy is a samoyed. Which isn’t noted anywhere on their website.It’s unnerving to use a company that prides itself on having its entire staff “professionally trained and certified” refuse certain breeds because they’re more difficult. Understandably, all breeds have their own challenges, which can call for an additional fee, or only specifically trained staff to handle. However, not having anyone capable of handling these challenging breeds. Makes me skeptical of the level of professionalism, training, and quality of work, they pride themselves so much on.

This place goes above and beyond for its clients and their fur babies. The owner does something I have never seen even when I worked at a petco. I just pull into the parking lot and he brings me out the dog food. The man works his butt off and has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. He is honest and has built a great business. I can’t give him and Plush Pups enough praise.

Terrible customer service! Owners are incredibly rude. I had an appointment for my dog in April during the pandemic. Only “ESSENTIAL” businesses should have been operating during this time. Owners were angry I did not feel comfortable coming in. It’s a shame they did not take the pandemic seriously at its peak. There’s NO reason to be disrespectful to your customers trying to reschedule. I’m sure your establishment is full of other OSHA violations. Best of luck to anyone coming here, It is clear That money is their only motive.

Plush Pups is absolutely fabulous! The owners are fantastic, always going out of their way to help with purchases or grooming appointments. I love that they spend time explaining details about food, treats and groomi ng so I know exactly what is best for my dog. You know it's a great place when the dogs arriving and leaving are wagging their tails and giving kisses to their groomers and the shop owners. As a breeder and exhibitor of Nationally ranked show dogs, I am extremely picky about where I do dog business. Plush Pups gets my highest recommendation. Always immaculate, always professional and always treat all of the dogs like their own!

The absolute best hands down. Or should I say paws down. I've had 3 different groomers and they were all good. Best of all they don't put the dogs in crates. I don't know about you butmine do not like that at all. Give Plush a try. You don't be disappointed.

Plush Pups is a Huntingdon Valley staple. I read a few of the bad reviews- there were two or three and they all seemed like spoofs- someone trying to put a kabash on an otherwise amazing community business. The dogs are well cared for. The owners are old school- down to earth, sweet, real people. It's not uncommon to see them standing in the back asking, "where are ya headin'," etc. I have taken my dog here for years. Highly recommend.

My dog looks great every time! They are also very client focused. I mixed up my appointment last time, and they made the effort to shuffle and fit in my Scottie on the same day. Speaking of my Scottie, this is the only groomer locally that has consistently gotten his cut right.
