Staff had excellent customer service skills. Everyone was very nice. I absolutely love the dog wash. For ten dollars you bring In Your dog, they offer shampoo/ conditioner, and you wash/ dry your furry friend. They have a super neat blow dryer for the fuzzy babies and treats. Very good deal!!

Love the place!! My puppy Milo likes taking a bath there and gets very happy with the special treats he gets from the staff for being a good puppy!!!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean, pleasant, and well lighted. You can also give your dog a bath in one of the small, medium, or large waist high bathing tubs for a great price.

The staff here is amazing! When I was fostering a rescue they let me bath my dog for free and when I rescued a puppy they had amazing deals and packages for getting a new dog. Never going to a different pet chain again!

This place...let me start by saying this, I have not gone to ANY OTHER PET STORES SINCE I FIRST WALKED INTO THIS PLACE! I was randomly around town and just thought I should check it out and walking in I immediately thought, “wow this is small, but there is so much stuff!”. I was welcomed so warmly. And though it’s small, it truly becomes so intimate. My first transaction was buying dog food, the cashier was so helpful that she even packed a bag of goodies and samples for my dogs. They also have a station where you can bring your dogs and you can wash them yourselves for only $10! They provide shampoos, conditioners, towels, and they even have a blow dryer set up next to you so you can dry your pup even quicker. This place is perfect for anyone who owns dogs or cats!

This store was a pleasant surprise. Clean, well run with knowledge staff. Told a relative & he took his 2 dogs there for a bath. We are now both in agreement that we will be going back to Pet Valu soon

Good selection of high quality dog and cat foods for reasonable pricing. The staff is very nice,friendly and helpful. Washing stations for dog washing. Also can bring your pooch along.

The best in pet food, fashion, treats, toys, holistic supplements and treatments. It's also an attractive store. Easy to navigate. Oh, and a self service bathing area. My favorite pet store.

As if they had a small bag of dog food and was told they didn't carry that brand. Had to let that employee know they did carry that brand because they had a bigger bag I was just asking if they had it in a smaller bag.
