Natasha took such good care of my little, scared, rescue dog. My dog needed a good bath and her nails trimmed. I was thrilled with the results and my dog did great!! I highly recommend this shop for your dog grooming needs.

So I took my two dogs here today and they kept them from 8:30am - 3pm and when I came to pick them up, only one of the dogs was washed ? The dogs were crying really loudly when we got there, and the salon called us early to come picking up without finishing because one of the dogs was having diarrhea (as one might expect under the stress of being locked in a very small space all day?). Not that that can’t be a hygenic or health concern but I’m not sure why it comes as a shock when they keep the dogs kenneled like that for 7 hours. When they came home they were also super thirsty, which makes me think they weren’t given water during that entire time either (probably so they wouldn’t have to pee). The place does a nice job with grooming but I’m not taking my dogs back here because of the awful conditions they keep them in.

My wife and I both grew up in Huntingdon Valley. We moved away for a while and, when we moved back, we had a goldendoodle puppy that we'd been grooming for a little over a year to the best of our ability. I never thought I'd love a dog enough to bathe, dry, and groom him over several days every couple months for over a year, but this dog is like a son to me, so I stuck it out until we just got too busy and we needed help. We tried a couple groomers that did about as good a job as we did, and he never seemed very happy going in or coming home... and then we found Krista.It is an understatement to say that Krista and her crew are outstanding. We've been taking our dog to them ever since we found them, and all it takes to keep us going is his happy trot walking in and his beaming face coming out. It's clear to us that he knows he's going to get pampered that he'll leave feeling clean, comfortable, and happy every time. They are kind and knowledgeable groomers and they clearly care for the dogs that are entrusted to them.The crew at Krista's are experts and consummate professionals. They're honest, kind, and caring. The least we've ever received from them is 5-star service. I will never be able to say enough kind things about them, and we'll be taking our dogs there as long as we can get a spot in their schedule.

Great groomer and well priced. My dog comes out of there so fluffy and clean, unlike other groomers used previously. The hardest part is making a reservation...the voicemail might be full. They are busy and you need to book well in advance! I now book at the end of each appt and have not had an issue.

Took my two pups here for the first time and had a fantastic experience. I was nervous having to find a new groomer after losing the groomer we had been using for years; however my pups came back absolutely gorgeous ❤. They are clearly very patient and are the first to get all of my husky's feet done as she's quite difficult in the grooming room.Also very appreciative of the easy scheduling and their ability to get a new client in before the holidays. We will definitely be back

I brought my frenchie to Krista’s today for the first time and had a great experience!! My dog usually gets bad anxiety when I take her to grooming appointments, but she was in great spirits when I picked her up. The appointment was quick, very reasonably priced, and my dog looks and smells great. I’ll definitely be coming back - thanks Krista!

Although there are many good things about Krista's furry tales such as the open environment for dogs and the quality of the groom, the service there has been very unreliable. Much of this is due to overbooking.In June of 2021, I dropped my toy poodle off to be groomed around 11:30. This was on a Tuesday or a Wednesday (a weekday). My dog was finished grooming at 5:00pm, which is not fair to my dog. She was starving and thirsty when i picked her up.This incident has just happened to me again today. My dog went in for a 10:00am appointment. It was 2:00pm, no phone call from Krista. I called at 2:00pm. When I asked when my dog was going to be done, the woman on the phone told me "I don't know" that leads me with the impression that my dog had not even been groomed yet. I told her that my dog has been in there since 10:00am, I am worried about her food and water situation, let alone her bathroom needs. The woman on the phone told me "well you can pick her up right now if you want but we have other dogs to groom". I told her that I scheduled my dog to be groomed today at 10:00am and I am not picking her up until she is groomed.I really did not like the rude response from the woman on the phone today. Very unprofessional. It is their job to groom my dog in a reasonable time frame, and if anything she should be apologetic for her poor time management and delegation skills.

I've been going to the same groomer for nail-clips for years, but they recently have been becoming more and more difficult to schedule with. I figured I would try somewhere new who could fit me in more easily. Krista's Furry Tails was SO easy to schedule with. Meredith and Tasha were super friendly and welcoming when I got there, and Meredith did a great job with my rescue dog who can be anxious in new situations. The other dogs who were there waiting to be picked up after their grooming all looked great and also seemed super happy and relaxed in their play-pens. Thanks for making this easy for both myself and my dog. :-)

I can see that you do indeed put time and effort into grooming the pets that show up at your door, seeing as to how our dog was nice and fluffy after being there for nearly 6 hours after we dropped her off.Your time management is horrendous. Do not have us come in at 10:00 in the morning if you have more appointments than you can handle. I understand that you are a business and need to do what you can, but it is entirely unacceptable to have someone's pet sitting there for SIX HOURS without care. We booked our appointment a month in advance only to arrive there less than an hour before closing and find that they had only just finished bathing our dog. To create a better visual of the absurdity that went on today:Our appointment was at 10:00 AM. Wednesday -- a weekday. We dropped our dog off a little bit early to give them adequate time to finish grooming her. It's 1:00 PM -- no updates. We give them a call to see how it's going, and they tell us there's one dog in front of her. Fine, three hours after her scheduled appointment time and there's one pet in front of her. We can deal with that, considering how many pets you had there. TWO MORE HOURS pass by and we still haven't heard anything. It's 3:30 and we've had enough waiting, so we go there only to find that they just finished bathing her. Were you going to wait until your gates shut down for closing to have us come pick her up?Again, I know that you are a business but you should be trying to offer the same quality service to every one of your customers. If that is the case and everyone else today was treated as we were... I shudder to think about it. Space out your appointments or flat out tell us that we should be coming in later if you know you're going to have more customers than you are capable of handling. I simply cannot fathom how you let this happen.

These guys were great. I can say my dog is trained and well behaved but when it comes to nail trimming not so much.Actually one of the worst.They did a great job and you can tell they really care about the dogs.I will be back in a few months.

Brought my pup to Krista's for his first grooming and it was an awesome experience! Krista's is clean and comfy for dogs and their humans. They did an awesome job and when I went to pick up my furry little guy, he was having a blast with some other dogs! He looks and smells fantastic and I definitely recommend taking your doggo to Krista's!

This is the BEST grooming salon. I have been taking my dogs there since they opened and would not take them any where else. Krista is very caring and gentle with my dogs. Kenzi has severe allergies and Krista knows exactly how to take care of her sensitive skin and coat. They always come home looking and smelling great! The shop is clean and inviting. I recommend Posh Pups to anyone looking for a great salon experience for their dogs. Thank you Krista for taking such great care of my babies!

I had a wonderful experience with Posh Pups from the beginning when I was talking with Krista (the owner) about how I wished my dog to be cut to when I picked up our dog Lexie (a sheltie with tons of hair) to see that she was perfectly groomed accordingly. The shop is clean and rather quaint. Most importantly Lexie was very relaxed when I picked her up showing that she was very well cared for. The price was right also. I've found a great place for my dog and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a better deal and experience for your pet. Just make sure you get detailed directions on how to find her shop because it lies back off of Huntingdon Pike (near Red Lion Rd).

Best grooming experience!! Krista did a wonderful job on my Chihuahua Maltese and my Shih Tzu Maltese! The chihuahua is an 11 yo shelter rescue and is very afraid and mean and Krista did an excellent job being patient with her without even a muzzle!! I was shocked how friendly the dogs were with her!! You can tell she really cares!! Would highly recommend!
