From the moment my sister and I entered Fisher's Ace Hardware, which was our very first time, we were so impressed by the enormous amount of merchandise--they had everything!! We thought it would be just a small hardware store. We were greeted by two nice gentlemen who helped us find what we were looking for, in addition to a lovely lady who told us about some interesting information about the store. It was exceptionally clean, extremely organized with easy-to-read aisle signage. On the way to choose our merchandise, we kept stopping and stopping to look at different unusual items, which we did purchase. It truly was a fun time! We will be returning, especially with Christmas coming and all the unique things they carry that would make great gifts. Thank you, Marianne and Margaret. 12-1-23.

A while ago I walked into the store knowing somewhat what I needed, but not exactly. A knowledgable young woman (Mariah I believe) helped guide me to exactly the items I needed, and it was exactly the right items and everything fit. Very positive experience and great service, I'm certainly coming back when need be.

I think this may have been some of the best customer service I have ever experienced...My wife and I were looking for a specific smoker grill. We went to the home depot near our house to buy the grill, we ended up wasting a good hour and a half in the store talking with various employees and left after being told to just order it online, and come and pick it up when it gets in.After this we saw that the Fischer's Ace store was open for another half an hour. We booked it there and asked about buying the grill. The employee we spoke to filed out an order form for us, he then asked if we would like it assembled and delivered FOR FREE. Of course we said yes. He told us when it would be delivered. That day just came and now we have an assembled grill siting on our patio with no sweat off our back.This will be my new go to place for hardware and home improvement. 10/10 would recommendEdit: I went back and talked to the same extremely helpfull employe, his name is Doug. Give that man a raise.

Made a special trip here to buy a Glass drill bit from Dremel that cost $20. Got home tried to drill some sea glass and drill bit burned up without drilling 1 single hole. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY$20. DREMEL sells Glass drill bits , @$20. that won't drill Glass at All. And Ace won't refund items that are opened or Used. Complete Waste of $20. for new Drill bit That won't Drill a SINGLE Hole.

I called and asked if they had a particular paint. I received the answer, and when I arrived, the guy asked if we were the ones who called and got it ready for us in minutes. We also asked for other items we needed to do the paint job, and he knew exactly where everything was. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but I must say everyone was friendly and pleasant. I would definitely go back to this store!

The store had alot of household things and a decent variety of tools/hardware. They didn't have much as far as lumber and other general builder material. The help was basically useless, they don't know much about products that are pretty common at general hardware stores. Multiple times I heard employees call for help to understand what a customer was looking for, they did the same to me when I asked if they have poplar. Overall it's just ok

Wonderful people working there and they have 2 adorable cats there who stay in the store. The one cat let me walk around the store with the cat in my arms. The store is awesome can't wait to go back.

I just had the best experience at ace hardware today. There was one store associate in particular who was the cashier today who was a very nice gentleman. I asked him how he would go about chopping down a tree and he went over the process step by step with me. He was a very helpful employee. I wish I had gotten his name. If someone can tell me who this gentleman might be so that I can thank him the next time I go in, I would really appreciate that. Just wanted to say that this place has overall great customer service. I would highly recommend it!

Salesman would not call another store to check on the item that I needed. He said someone would call and get back to me no one got back to me. I think it was because of the color of my skin in my opinion. The store was empty.. I'll just go to home depot like I always do.

My roommate and I were in the store Tuesday night. I was looking for a replacement flapper. Mine was very small. The woman who was at the back help desk could not have been more helpful or friendly! She found one that looked about the exact size on the arms and it was just slightly bigger a plunger area. She said we could return if dry and package not damaged. We don't need to. It went right on and works perfectly. I even think it is flushing better.I want to thank her. We also enjoyed seeing and then talking about the two store kitties. Lol

Convenient neighborhood hardware store. They had the hardware I needed that the big box retailers didn't. Convenient location, good selection, well-lit isles, size and layout. It's nice to go into a hardware/home improvement store that has well-lit regular isles/shelves instead of poorly lit industrial pallet racks for a change. For basic household essentials and more, this location will save you a trip to the big box retailers. Dog Friendly Too!

update 9/ 2021. This place has slipped a little as far as customer service.Twice recently went in and was ignored but clerk behind paint counter. No hello, no can I help you, no, I'll be right with you. Just flat out ignored. I'll have to start looking for another place☹️ This remains a great place to get your home improvement supplies.Knowledgeable staff and friendly. Maybe a few cents more than the big box but definitely worth it.

Great local hardware store. Employees are friendly respectful, proactive, and knowledgeable. Try finding something in the store by yourself, I'll bet that you can't do it before they greet you and walk you right to it! While they can't always match the full inventory of a Home Depot or a Lowes, they still have almost everything I've needed. And I like to support local businesses as much as possible.

Has always been easy to shop here. Staff when not overwhelmed help whenever they can and their stock is usually well managed.one employee hunted all through a few aisles once just to help me find a thick 12 inch metal ruler(which was surprisingly hard to find). His help was greatly appreciated.

They had everything I was looking for. Found Miracle-Gro potting soil for cactus, palm and succulent plants. Also found the food too. I saw a nice collection of bird houses and a wide variety of bird food. Probably a little pricier than Lowes or Home Depot but it was a convenient stop and shop for my schedule that day.
