I forgot to ask his name...but he was super helpful today. He really could have " seen me coming" with my pipe fitting, but he assured me that it was probably fixable without replacing parts. and he was right!!! Thank you for not trying to take advantage of my vulnerability.

Every time I go there the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Any time I had questions about getting tools and such, and I had questions, they answered them without talking down to me as well as gave me helpful advice. The prices are comparable for the area. Even though the store isn't that big, they have a great selection of items. The vegetable plants and flowers they have during the growing season did well for me in the 2020 growing season.

This is the second day in a row where we had bad customer service at this location. Yesterday I was on hold over 20 minutes until another customer service person came on the phone and asked what I needed. I said there is someone looking for my item already. Turns out the first person was "overwhelmed" and just ignored my request. Today my wife went for some parts and the tall, skinny guy supposed to be customer help was very rude and even commented why we didn't have our own hardware store in our town instead of coming to them! If you like grumpy people this is the store for you!

I recently shopped for a few different items in the hardware store. I knew nothing about my purchases. John was great. He was very good and explained everything thing to me. I am grateful to him for taking his time walking through what I had to do. I will go back when I need something. Thank you John.

This is a really nice store with a lot of products in a small space. It's really handy being right next to a supermarket and right along route 118.

The person who check me out was so rude. I waited 5mins while he was stocked the shelf. This isn't the first time he has done this but it will be the last. No thank you or come back.

Washer fluid was advertised for 1.49Cashier said I need a card to get the discount.i asked if I could get a card.he said they were out and would not give me the discount. I will never shop here again. I drive 14 miles to get here.no more.

Nicely stocked hardware store, I'm constantly surprised about what they have in stock. Shark bite fittings, pet adapters, conduit fittings, extensive nut bolt and hardware selection. You name it, I think they have it.
