Don't bother making an appointment. I ended up leaving without getting the xFi Pod extender that I planned to purchase. The person who greeted me picked one up from the shelf then directed me to the back desk. After 10+ minutes I left as I didn't have time to wait. Don't think making an appointment will help in getting things done any faster than just walking in the door. I'm not sure why they provide the ability to make an appointment if it doesn't mean anything.

I’m not the type to normally leave reviews but my experience warrants it. Jake and Tyler are the epitome of customer service. Everyone should strive to be as educated and helpful in the business in which they work. Jake helped me pick my new phone by explaining all my options and Tyler was VERY helpful in helping me back up my old phone and saved me time in store. I will recommend anyone to this store because of these two young men. They made the whole process painless and efficient.

Unhelpful. The associate (he never said his name) did not give me the chance to fully explain the problem, kept interrupting me, and when I did tell him that I just wanted to see / find out more about a wireless TV box, he instead looked at my account and said I should upgrade to a faster internet plan. Not at all what I was there for. He also told me instead of contacting xfinity online tech support to just come to the store. He's no different than the online tech support - all are incredibly incompetent and don't take the time to listen to what my problem is and try to help me solve it.

Mr. Bardan was absolutely phenomenal. He made a normally highly stressful process both simple and straightforward. I had to make complicated plan changes and integrate new phones and make tv/internet/phone changes to 2 accounts. He was a lifesaver and my family is grateful for all of his patience, experience, and help. Mr.Bardan deserves a promotion and a raise. Thank you!!

My router/modem stopped working and after a little struggle with the phone support I headed to this xfinity location to trade for a new one. Was anticipating a wait or hassle but was pleasantly surprised when I was able to walk in and get a new router in less than 5 minutes. friendly and helpful service at this location when I visited - your experience may vary!!

I was told they would come install everything but when they got there I was told they no longer do instillation and they just drop off the items and check the lines. They also did not have with them the two flex boxes I ordered. Got them mailed to me and had to set them up myself. First one worked fine and since k was in the middle of moving I waited to set up the next one. Apparently that one was refurbished and did not have the proper power cable so it does not work. This is why I paid for instillation so stuff like this didn’t happen. Now I have to go to the store and hope they have the proper equipment to give to me.

Store does not follow up on what is discussed with agent when calling in to support. Support reads from a script and it is luck of the draw if they have a script that week fix the problem you are experiencing, make multiple calls, take the day off to get to someone that you can understand without background noise. Why no headsets in a phone bank, why do I have to listen to noise? Terrible experience. It truly is SELF install, don't expect help, it expect to speak to multiples to get to someone that may read something that helps.

This is probably the worst Customer service ever. First they will bait and switch. This still illegal. I usually don't give names on reviews unless they are good but this has to be. Tyler, Angela, and the other female associate, Should not be there. All though I will say this the other girl probably was trained by the first two. Congrats to Walmart you no longer are on the bottom for customer service. One star is way to much. From 5pm to 845 pm issue still not resolved.

Stay as far away from this store as you can. I recently lost my cell phone in this plaza and someone was nice enough to turn it into this store. When I was near the store someone came out and asked if I was looking for a phone. They had my cell phone in hand and they asked me to confirm my phone number which was on the lock screen of the phone. When they powered up my device they acted like they did not know what was happening to the phone. This is a high end Samsung smartphone and I am very tech savvy. They did a force factory data reset on my phone is what happened! I lost everything. I was able to recover some stuff due to some backups I had but everything was gone all my holiday pictures, important work and financial information I mean everything was gone. In what I believe might have been an attempt to get past the lock screen security. Fortunately I worked in this business for over 14 years and I know very well how this works. I had Samsung knox security enabled and even after the force factory reset it's impossible to get into the phone without that code which in turn makes it a paperweight. I am grateful to have my phone back however I felt it was necessary to let it be known that they tried to get by my security codes for whatever reason it may have been. This is dishonest and disrespectful. I wish I could say thank you to the person that turned this phone into the store and thank Samsung for providing good security for these devices. I will never step foot into this store again. Thank God I cancelled my Xfinity services over 10 years ago. Verizon all the way!

Went in to get a Pixcel 6 pro since my current phone's display is blank. They were out of stock but after creating an order, they informed me I had to change my phone number to get q google phone. I opted for a Samsung instead which was also out of stock so I had to wait while they cancelled the first order and created a new one. It was ordered and I was told 2 day delivery and no signature required. It's now been 4 days and I just received a text telling me it will be delivered on day 5 and that I need to be home for the required signature. It seems they can't be up front with their customers. Very disappointing. I was in the store for close to an hour. Should have just ordered one online.

I previously left a bad review and while I still am seriously cautious of Xfinity the in store customer service was fantastic. Shout out to Jake and Tyler for helping me get set up. You are the only redeeming quality of an otherwise despicable company.

The store near Hersheypark was excellent. I had received a faulty cable box and I brought it back the next day. I use a walker so it's hard getting around so the female associate with long blonde hair ( forgot name) brought the old one in and the new one out to me after checking to make sure the new one had power. Great job!

This store is terrible. They are an xfinity partner store. They will not help you and it would be better to go to Harrisburg. They were rude and useless
