Horrible company. Tried to tell me I was liable for another person's contract. Like I could have someone else sign a contract and tell unifirst they were liable for it. They also stole my clothes hanger holder when I canceled them. Not that it's a big deal, just typical of how scuzzy they are.

As a supervisor in the customer service industry it's fairly easy to recognize that Mike D takes pride in the service he provides. He has a smile on his face every week and a great personality. A team member of ours uses uni first and has the opposite experience with the driver. If not for Mike, the star rating would be much lower.

We have been using UniFirst for several years now, and have had quite a few different drivers. Kyle, our current driver, is AWESOME!!!! He shows up every week with everything. When he's off, inevitably something is always missing - usually rugs. I had a problem with paper towels, several weeks in a row, finally Kyle fixed the issue. Kyle is friendly and personable and easy to work with. Thank you, Kyle, for everything you do!

Mike D is such an amazing guy !! Whenever he comes to our establishment he always has such a great attitude! Always speaks , and asks if we need anything . One day he even helped me when I locked my keys in my car!! Overall he is a great person! This man needs a raise if possible !!

One of the worst companies I have dealt with in over 30 years of business in Pennsylvania. The worst customer service. They short items delivered a lot more than they should. The clothing comes wrinkled and looks slept in. I have talked to people there dozens of times. Now just got a 12% price increase. Paid almost double to get manager clothing dry cleaned so it looks presentable to the public. His clothes came back today not dry cleaned and wrinkled. Go somewhere else!

Our driver, Mike D. went above and beyond to help one of our broken down vehicles about a block from our office during his regular visit. He helped push our vehicle to safety when none of our staff was available to help. That was top notch customer service, that doesn't really exist anymore!! Nice work Mike D. and Unifirst!!!

Excellent Service. We are a food facility that needs special care taken with protective garments. Unifirst has provided us with exactly what we needed for our operation and serviced us for over three years. The staff is very supportive if any changes are needed or if there are any minor issues that need corrected. Our driver is fabulous, always takes the time to speak with us related to service and chit chat about life and work every now and again. Great work!

Our company switched our uniform service provider to UniFirst about 3 months ago and we have received excellent customer service ever since. They are quick to respond for new orders, have a very friendly staff, and are quick to correct any mishaps.We have also received many compliments from our customers on our new uniform style!

I hired Unifirst last year and they have done everything to exceed expectations since then. They have done emergency deliveries when i was running low on stock. They are very professional and on time with deliveries. And all the product has been great with many options to choose from. We don't use the uniform service, but the facility service is above any expectation i had. I would highly recommend them to any facility manager that needs a new supplier!
