Thank you for your response.I will let the Manager at the sending location what you have relayed. The Items were handed to the agent, they processed and charged. Gave me a ship confirmation and tracking.Have you packages sent to CVSShipped 2 packages UPS from one UPS store to another. This location charged me $10 per package just to recieve and hand to me. Another Item I order from Amazon had it shipped to this same store charged me $15. At first told me not their choice. Later discovered it is the owners choice. Have paid $5 for Amazon orders at other stores but never $10 dollars for UPS to UPS. An envelope paid $10. Small box paid $10.00. You can have it sent to CVS 1 mile down road for Free. I will and suggest avoiding the store.

I called to speak with somebody because I had an issue at the union deposit store. I spoke with Rosie I thank her so much she had the best customer service I received in a long time. She is so nice and provided so much clarification for me. If you need to do any shipping or returns, go to the Hummelstown location, not the union deposit

I have gone to this UPS store several times and I can honestly say I’m never disappointed. They are extremely kind and helpful. Today I went to send a fax and was helped by Devon Reigle. He was very professional and offered to help me through the entire process. He gave me a cover sheet and just wanted to make sure everything went seamless. Thank you Devon and thank you staff at the UPS store in Hummelstown.

Went to this store for convenience because I had a return as well. Very expensive shipping my package,$32. Nice people. But with the cost and to top it off the cc card, ask me to donate. REALLY. I donate to various charities, I just don't want the guilt of not donating every time I buy something. I will go out of my way and go to my local FedEx or USPS stores, a lot cheaper and less guilt. Owners of this establishment, think about this. Other UPS stores don't do this.

The folks that work at this location are extremely efficient and helpful. They fixed a couple screw ups that the Union Deposit store caused. This will be the only UPS store we use in the area! :)

Omg love this store. Everytime I go into this store, everyone is very , very nice and explains everything in detail to me which is a good thing cause i'm older. I live closer to union deposit and jonestown road store, And I cannot believe the terrible customer service is in those store. Just know the owner, Manager and staff are impeccable At what they do.

They charge a “tape fee” for not taping the box. I get that there are expenses to be covered but they tell you after waiting in line and after they checked the box. They should post this at the front door before someone walks in.

Definitely will be coming back here with my future printing needs! Devon was amazing to work with! He is super detail oriented, and had my printing job (120 invitations) perfectly printed and cut even though I walked in with the project an hour before closing! I was not expecting to walk out with the finished product that night!Separate from their printing, I’ve always noticed the workers here are very kind and pleasant when I’ve made Amazon returns. Thankful for a great UPS in my area! :)

I drop a lot of express boxes off here in the self serve kiosk because I run a business.I never wait in line because half the time the new associates are not trained on how to process and scan a label to print a receipt. The teenagers who work here are not the best workers either their attitude is "I'm here for a check" kind of deal.This store needs some enthusiasm from it's franchise manager to keep people coming here.Prices at the UPS store for boxes are outrageous. If you don't have a box, take an Amazon box from someone's recycle garbage. UPS will ship anything in any kind of box. I worked inside the warehouse for 13+ years.

Charged me $1.60 for a piece of tape to close a box. Guy was on a major power trip because “tape is expensive”. Take your business somewhere else.

Normally great experience here. But frustrated that hours on your google profile not up to date with actual hours. Showing 10-3pm on Sunday so I took drive out to drop something off. Your door says closed on Sundays. Please update

I’ve been going here for years and I always have had wonderful experiences and things have only gotten better since new management/ownership took over in 1/22. UPS has always been a great company but this store exemplifies why.The staff is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and goes out of their way to assist. I would not go any other place because competently is a rare find in today’s world.Thanks to all at the UPS Hummelstown employees for making my day a little easier and to the new owner Devon - nice work brother!

Very disappointed by the advertised business hours being wrong on google and the ups website. Both said this store was open on Sundays and it is NOT. I had had an Amazon return the required it to be delivered to a ups store (not a access point or drop off location). All the stores ‘near’ me are a hour drive away. I made the mistake of coming to this one and was extremely frustrated to find it closed and the hours sign on the window advertising that it was closed Sundays (while it’s advertised online as open til 3pm).

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but when an employee talks over me after turning down shipping for me, which I disagreed with, but I was still willing to do business in buying a box, I don't appreciate it. Further I strongly suggest employees review company policies and the policies on the UPS website. I can't believe I have to say this, let me spend my money.

I called about needing a small cardboard box, I was told $15. I went to Staples and got a box for $2!!! I went to the store Saturday they were closed. Yet the sign said they were open until 4pm. I never had a problem with customer service which is why I am giving 3 stars.

I have been to this store two times in 3 months; and the same big white woman, with the 80s hair, has turned my business down. First, claimed that they don’t have Fax services; and yesterday claiming that Notary services are only available prior to 4pm. Needless to say, that was the last time I go in that store. Additionally, I have seen other reviews where the “owner” is apologizing for employees’ rude behavior. He can save his apology, as I am pretty sure that he was a witness to both incidents, as to the very disrespectful tone his employee had.

The owner is super nice and helpful. I shipped a guitar and it was broken on the way. the owner helped me with the process of get the cover for the guitar from UPS through 3 months. He keeped me updated and get me the coverage of the broken guitar, I can't thank him enough!

I was in Hershey visiting my mom and family homestead. There were several priceless items (an original priceless painting, a large antique glass Tiffany-style lamp that had been passed down through at least 2 generations, plus various other keepsakes) that my mom had promised to me. She suggested I take it to this UPS store for packing and shipping. I did, and the package arrived in Texas in perfect condition and on the day promised for delivery. Contents of the box were in perfect condition. I give this store my highest recommendations and my gratitude!

I usually love this store. Everytime I go there everyone is helpful and friendly. But this week I went in and Devon was the cashier. He was inattentive to me. He was having sidebar conversations while he was taking care of me. Never asked to verify the address or envelope. Handed me my receipt and never said thank you or here is your tracking number. just handed me the receipt leaving me to ask is that it ,basically asking are we done. Customer skills need to be addressed w this employee

Been there a few times for Amazon returns. Was told more than once that me being there is not really “business” for them, since they don’t get generate any revenue from Amazon returns. Not my fault that UPS has a deal with Amazon. I just go to USPS or UPS directly now and bypass this place.

$15 for 1 box to ship an Amazon return. We decided to go get a free box from literally any store (left over from their own orders). Please choose to do the same.People were nice though but it is crazy expensive for simple things.

Needed to have a place to ship items due to apartment living and delivery items being exposed for possible theft. I opened a UPS box, Ann was exceptional when getting this done, do to my disability; getting packages to my vehicle is difficult, Ann and others have carried packages to my vehicle, they are always ready to help. The workers in this store are always great to deal with, all professional, the store is neat and clean too, all I can say is THANKS to all for help and service
