We will be sticking with Royers!This was my husbands first time picking a local flower shop and our experience was terrible. My husband chose the Premium option for flowers and what we got looked basic and dreadful. The flowers arrived on our porch UNWRAPPED and the display was downright pitiful. The flowers were cut too short that they, and the fillers, could not reach the water and had already began dying! When my husband called with a complaint, he was told that the reason the flowers did not look like the photo was because the stargazers had not opened yet. My husband and been buying me stargazers and roses 3 times a year for over 10 years. We know what a bouquet should look like! My husband was not offered an apology for false advertisement nor given an option to make it right. It is a shame to rely on such good reviews to make a hopeful purchase only to be let down so painfully. I only pray to save someone else their time, money, and effort.

The owner went out of her way to help and the new director of customer satisfaction (her Burmese mountain dog) kept me busy while she put together a wonderful basket for a sick friend!

I received flowers on Monday. They were so beautiful!! Today is Friday and they still look as beautiful as the day they were delivered! Next time I need flowers I will be going to Hummelstown Flower Shop! First pic is Monday and 2nd pic is today, Friday. No wilted flowers yet!

My wife and I drove down the Main Street in Hummelstown today and decided since we were new in the area we would stop in to visit Hummelstown Flower Shop. The staff were very friendly and polite, and helped show me through their surprisingly wide section of cut flowers for a small bouquet to celebrate my mother’s birthday.After only a minute or two I had a wonderful bouquet of flowers and greens that will certainly look beautiful as a present for my mother.I will most certainly plan to return to get my wife flowers for Valentine’s Day, and will be back in the future for other bouquets and potted plants.

I called from out of town. Owner was very helpful and patient. Because I wanted same day delivery some flowers were not available. She suggested a mixed bouquet. It was my cousins 65 birthday! She sent me a picture. The bouquet was beautiful and she was elated. I will definitely use this florist in the future.

I used teleflora and the flowers I ordered came from here. They were beautiful and lasted quite some time. They were delivered to our hotel room and my fiancee the birthday girl was thrilled! I've ordered flowers before but these were exactly as shown online. Highly recommended!

Called in from out of town for a same day delivery bouquet.The website did not have the option available due to time constraints,But upon calling the store to double check Linda was more than sweet to accommodate passed the order dead line time.

Worst customer service, delivery driver is very aggressive towards customers! I had to spend MORE money and buy flowers somewhere else because she wouldn’t listen to what I wanted!!

I never bought flowers before and don't know much about them either and the lady helped me out and recommended things that would be good. I can't say much on pricing because I don't know what good prices are on flowers. All I've been told is that Royers is expensive so I'd rather go spend on a small business anyways

Linda the florist/owner is a Sweetheart. She is very kind, creative and personable. She will help you put together just the right thing for someone special or a special event. I definitely recommend this flower shop.
