Was surprised how busy it was on New Years Eve. Everyone was nice and the store was well lit as well as being stocked with really good deals. Was my first time seeing a maintenance robot cleaning the floors. Pretty cool!!😎👍🤘 Cashier and the dude bagging was friendly and very proficient. It was also my first visit to a Giant grocery store also. Was pleasantly surprised. I will be visiting more of this chain in hopes to find more EXCELLENT stores.Thank you from a Florida truck driver.

Monday morning. Cashier working hard! constantly!, but there is only 1! Seems to be plenty of 'grocery getters'.5 minute wait to even get to belt! 4 customers in front of me. PLEASE have more cashiers! Sadly your self checkout is not user friendly... (Maybe you should field trip to Target).I feel like Giant is punishing me for wanting to go through person at checkout.Otherwise, a good store for inventory, choice, and cleanliness

Nice store, but never have what you need.. still has some empty shelves, prices are ridiculously high. There are about 15 or so checkouts..however only 2 cashiers working to check you out. It's very frustrating. They are pushing self checkout silently. However, you can always count on one of the self checkout disabled or needs service. Again very frustrating. I can't afford the prices there.

Do you like donuts holes that are wet and slimy. Most even slippery to the point they are hard to hold with two fingers ?You have found the right place if so. They only have three varieties on the regular, blueberry (oozed berry) glazed (snotted) devils food (devils sweat) , unfortunately if you like powdered sugar I haven’t seen that in years because most people can’t handle that level of slimy slippery hole.

Low Prices. Friendly Helpful Staff. Only criticism is that they have a bad meat department. Boneless Chicken has bone spurs, and they often have tuck fat and skin on the underside, so I have to rebutcher them at home. All the pork seems to be "Thin Sliced," making it impossible to find a Pork Chop. Generally I go here for all my groceries, but run to Weis to get quality meat.

We like GIANT. Quality goods, very large store, with Deli, Bakery, Floral, and expansive produce aisles.Large selection of cold beers adjacent produce area. Beer must be purchased separately, Pennsylvania Law.Comparable pricing on gas at the GIANT station in the parking lot of the store.Large parking spots.We shop here to stock our airbnb when visiting the area.Very helpful friendly staff.Sign up for store discounts online. Instant gratification!

Prices are not posted correctly. Bonus card did not load and I had to enter my number 5 times. The manager was nice and gave a discount for the trouble.

The manager who was working last Sunday afternoon was by far the worst manager. Many of us in line felt bad for the cashiers that had to work with him...he was lazy. He asked a cashier if she needed him to bag and asked her with an attitude... she said she should be ok and he said right answer...all he wanted to do was stand around and talk. I am so glad the others working there had better work ethic. I was very shocked ... you could definitely tell he did not want to be working that day!

This Giant stepped up their game on their more environmentally friendly products. I love that I found plant-based fabric refresher and food storage containers that are made of 100% recycled plastic.

Store was very organized, easy to find what I was looking for. One item I had trouble locating (they were out-Distilled water) but a young man looked for me. He and others were pleasant and that means a lot. While doing the self checkout, I was offered a card to scan for discounts. That was very nice of her to do!

Don't usually shop here, but it was on my way from another errand. I had 2 gift cards to pay for my purchases. The gas pumps can't handle the cards, but the booth staff were happy to help me.Inside I found it convenient to be able to get some OTC medicines along with food items. The regular checkout was able to accept the gift card payment with no problem. Staff was helpful; store was clean; they had the products I needed.

We like this giant over most of the other ones. Big store and usually fully stocked. My biggest gripe with giant is the self checkouts. They are not user friendly

Pretty good supermarket. Better than average organic produce selection. Prices are average or better. It's always clean.However, they could use more checkout cashiers--if I have to do the work of checking myself out, I expect a discount, which they, of course, don't offer.

This place is great. It is like giant food on other states, however if you have Giant food loyalty card it's not going to work in this store so you need to apply for a new one. Employees were so nice to use the store card for me to get the discounts of my items I purchased as it was 10 minutes away before closing time

Great grocery store. Huge selection of organic and gluten free choices. Largest ice cream section I've ever seen. The olive bar is a nice addition too.

I'm gonna be honest, I never thought I'd be writing a review for a grocery store but the service we received tonight needs to be recognized! Manager Becky, and the sweet girl who checked us out went above and beyond for us! (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name but Becky will know if you're the store manager and you're reading this 😉 ). We had a complicated situation that took some time to resolve but not only were they extremely patient, they fixed the issue and were so super nice, smiling and chatting all the while. They were a joy to be around. Customer service like that goes a long way with us. We plan to shop exclusively at this store from now on. Ladies, thank you! And happy holidays!

Shelves are not stocked well and due to worker storage they usually only have 2 lines open. The store is clean and the staff is overworked but friendly and helpful. The 3 stars is mainly because of shortages due to staff shopping for people who are not coming in to the store but curb pick up. For those of us who like to pick out our own fruit, meat, and certain brands are losing out.

Things have been well stocked and I feel like the sales and gas points combine to a fair deal.That said, I almost never get all of my points without having to visit customer service. If points matter to you, be sure to double check your receipt.
