Daniel the store manager was incredible as well! We picked up our couch and he put it right on truck for us! Thanks so much for an all around great experience!

By far one of the best Big Lots I have ever been to! Especially for the furniture display. The customer service was excellent and they don't mind if you bring your well-behaved dog with you!

Love this store, they alway's have our Italian coffee, we have one closer to our house, but Hershey's is so much better.

My wife and I were looking for a sectional. We found a beautiful one that we fell in love with and found out it was out of stock and no one had one. The manager Jahan was helping us and saw how much we wanted and found a way for us to purchase our dream sofa. I can't say enough good about this young man but he's definitely a credit to the company.

One of the newest and definitely one of the nicest Big Lots I’ve ever been in—unlike the usual tall aisles you’re greeted with as soon as you enter, this store places all their furniture in the center, showroom style, with the food aisles in the back. It makes the whole store feel big and inviting. The sales associates were very friendly and knowledgeable in the furniture department.

Visited this Big Lot's last week and was impressed with the size. The store was neat, no messes, and everything was in its place. The only downside was it seemed really empty. Lots of empty shelves but they could have been switching up for seasons. They had a great selection of furniture and they started to have a few aisles of seasonal items. I was looking for a few things but didn't find what I needed. I'll visit the store again in the future and update if it's different.

Big Lots had changed a lot since I last shopped there. We bought some very nice furniture with the generous discounts they offered us (for a variety of reasons). It's always a bit of a wait to find staff to help with questions, but when they arrive, they were very helpful.

The store has a good selection and great prices, but the employees are fantastic and really make this store stand out! Everyone was very helpful and attentive. Even when it was busy and myself and several others were waiting for help, they made sure we knew they were helping other people and would help us as soon as possible. Its a small thing, but most stores don't even bother with that small courtesy. It was very much appreciated!My wife loves the couch and my daughter won't stop jumping on it, so it meets with her approval as well.

Stopped at Hershey location today.. Great variety of items, very reasonable pricing, lots of sale prices too. Store very clean, bright and easy to maneuver through. Cashiers very pleasant. Will definitely shop here again.

Went today for the grand opening days. Very clean, new and nice. Kind of tight but I understand they have a lot of product in a medium sized space. Good pricing and workers were nice. Parking lot is wonderful, big and clean. The line was very very long but that's to be expected.

Went in looking for cold medicine and snacks, found a few after Christmas sales that I didn't get the right discount on so had to go through 2 more transactions to be reimbursed but cashier was fine about it. Just saying if you're going to put a sign up for your after Christmas items atleast give the right discounts at the register. How many people don't catch that and say it isn't worth going back to deal with and are out 3 or $4 or more. Prices are no cheaper than grocery store down the block, some even higher.

What a great store, you walk in and are greeted by a clean tidy store.The store has everything you’d expect plus more. Staff were polite and helpful, can’t ask for anything more. Keep up the good work Big Lots
