The experience was not what I had imagined or expected from the few reviews I was able to find. Place looks somewhat run down. That being said, I didn't really see the back of the house, but several rows of crates stacked upon crates left me with a "dog pound" image in my head all day. The woman who greeted me immediately put my dog in a crate and simply left him there...nothing was said or done to sooth him, even with how sad and concerned he looked, being dropped off in a strange place. I had regretted leaving him there, but figured I'd give them a chance. Originally they quoted $48 for a small dog FULL groom, to include ear cleaning, nails, the whole shabang. When we got him back, he was covered in loose hair and some sort of powder was all over the car and our carpet, we had to bathe him again to clean him off. They also raised the price to $58 upon pickup due to the fact he had mats. I would have been fine with the increase, I'd have paid double if it meant him being pampered, but his ears weren't even cleaned AT ALL and we had to rebathe him. If I'm going to have to pay an increased fee, I at least want the bare minimum service promised/quoted. Won't be going back.

Decent price and good groom. A lot chaotic. Our dog was so anxious about being left. Kennels at front of shop, so lots of barking and noise while you're trying to check in. Too many dogs there at one time.
