Hours say 8am-10pm. I get it, life happens. But then ….. Cashier wasn’t ready until 8:16. Card reader wouldn’t work, after waiting there in line for 10 minutes. She reeked of weed and was stoned and high as kite on a windy day. Do better. We all know retail sucks, still no excuse.

They have it posted that they are open until 10:00, but I just walked up to go inside at 9:37 and they already locked their doors. The girl was standing at the register and acted like she didn't hear me..

Been standing outside for over 30mins with an older gentleman who has been outside longer than IIt says they open at 8am, doors are locked rang the buzzer as well… it’s now 9:17am

Houston PA location is by far the best I've been to. Clean, well stocked, even in the pandemic. Always busy, and short staffed but the workers are pleasant and helpful, which I'm sure is a challenge with b*tchey customers who don't get it. Other local area stores have been adjusting hours due to staffing problems, but I haven't run across it yet here, and they added a self checkout to help. The only issue I've IDd is the parking lot. As busy as it is, it really should be better designed, but they can't do much about that, with this physical location.

Wish you could give a zero the staff there is horrible Noone ever working 90 percent of time card only the stores not clean seen thr same red bull open on shelf sat there so long it grew mold on itThe floor is a mess dirty employees outside smoking employees close store down to run personal errands this store has went to hell

THe employees of the store were nice and treated us well, you could tell that there wasnt enough of them. They had to run both cash drawers then entire time to keep the lines moving, so for the employees its 5 star for the store making them work that hard, 4 star!

McDonald location. Was so happy to hear they were remodeling, but they should have stayed closed till they were completely done and restocked. You can't get through the aisles and there is merchandise sitting everywhere to be stocked... Have workers come in after closing to stock and get the store in order. It's a disgrace.

The Dollar General on Pike St. Houston Pa. Is the best dollar general that I have been in the Barb, Nancy, Dan ,ect will help you find what you need the store is clean and has just been remodeled I would suggest if you need anything that you don't have to pay an arm and a leg for check out Houston Pa. Dollar General on Pike St. Beside Shelly's Pike restaurant

Was in the need of some cleaning supplies was able to go to Dollar General get the supplies I needed. They had all the supplies that I needed the disinfectant, paper towels,and lysol cleaning spray. I am glad that they are able to keep the cleaning supplies in stock.

The staff is very friendly. It first seemed a bit of a mesand s but it was restocking time. But quick to attend to the register and was very pleasant. Good for a few quick things or a shopping list.

It is a victim of its own success. Tremendous sales plus staff shortages and constant deliveries have overwhelmed this store. Somedays they close at 4PM due to staff shortages. I now go to the Houston Pa Dollar General. It is better organized.

I get all my cleaning and paper supplies here for a great price. Unfortunately, the shelves have not been stocked recently and many items are not there.

I can always find what I am looking for at Dollar General. Their greeting cards are very nice. The staff is so helpful and polite.

The staff is friendly but this one needs remodeling and it's always busy so there's almost always a line at checkout but it's convenient as far as location and picking up little things.
