We recently had to kennel our two young dogs for the first time. Based on other reviews we decided to go with Robbye's for the week long kennel. It was an excellent experience from booking to pickup, and everything in between. The staff is very kind and organized, and with only a few kennels each dog got plenty of attention and care. Our pups came back very happy (and clean thanks to the excellent grooming as well!). Robbye's now has our business for life

I was very disappointed this time. My dog did not look much different than she did when we arrived except her butt was shaved and her nails were clipped. One of her nails was clipped too closely and there was blood on her foot. I believe the groomer rushed to get her done and out at the end of the day. Appointment took 5 hours. UPDATE: Just wanted to say that Robbeye's was kind enough to give me a call and offer to make any adjustments I needed. Thank you!

My dog is very friendly, but very timid and he loves coming to Robbye's for grooming. Cathy, the groomer, always takes time to talk with me before to make sure she understands what my expectations are, and offers very helpful suggestions. My dog runs to greet her and runs to the back with her because he is so happy to be there. It makes me feel good that I am leaving him in a place where he is happy and feels good :)Thank you for always taking time with us!

I don’t usually review businesses but this was just disappointing. Been taking my dog here for years. Recently obtained a collie/golden mix and they don’t accept collie or collie mixes. ( Shellie’s are collies too) It’s a shame how things change even when you just want to have your dog bathed.

I have been bringing my dogs (I've had a toy poodle, 2 golden retrievers, and a maltese at this point) and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always so friendly and really know how to run that place smoothly. My dogs were never traumatized like other places I've been to. Can't recommend them highly enough (Ask for Lynn or Kasey - they are fantastic groomers!)

We're fairly new to Robbye's. We took our dog there based on a recommendation as well as other reviews. We've had a couple horrible experiences with other groomers in the area. We are extremely satisfied with the service we receive at Robbye's. They do a really nice job and treat our dog as if she is one of their own. We are customers for life.

We took our rescue collie, Lady here for her first professional grooming. I was amazed at how much hair Amanda was able to remove! She looks so much smaller and just beautiful. She's soft and silky now. We will definitely be regular customers. Thanks so much!

Robbyes is great for doggie daycare and grooming! Our dog really enjoys playing at daycare and always comes home EXHAUSTED. The staff are extremely friendly and caring to boot. Our dog also had horrible mattes behind her ears that were easily and beautifully removed and she came home looking fabulous. We were not sure it was possible to remove without cutting all her hair off and they did a great job! Thank you Nan! Definitely recommend Robbyes all around!

We brought our dogs here for many years with excellent experiences. We recently rescued a young dog since one of ours passed a few months ago and they refuse to take us as grooming clients anymore. Very disappointed in their indifference for us.

My puppy attends doggie daycare and we both love it there. He gets to play with other dogs and I know that he's being well taken care of. The staff is great and very accommodating. I'm glad we chose Robbye's!

I can't say anything except wonderful things about these guys. A couple of years ago I was in need of a cat groomer and was lucky enough to find Robbye's Gentle Groomers. Each experience has been wonderful – I feel like they are part of my family! Unfortunately their cat groomer recently moved out of the area. I am so sad to have to find a new facility, but when they find a new groomer you better believe I will be coming back right away!

We love this place! My Lab is phobic about getting his nails trimmed. Other groomers have been unwilling to do it without charging extra. Robbye's groomers were able to easily and gently distract him so that he didn't even notice - at no extra charge! Hooray!

I'd suggest trying another groomer. We have been taking our 2 Siberian Husky's there for about 3 years and have had enough. They started off good but service declined over time. The time before last they sent my dogs home still shedding, never told me that they had someone who specializes in long hair, and just recently didn't even trim the hair on the bottom of their paws despite paying more. Not worth it.

Pretty good grooming from the mobile service; a little pricey, but the convenience counts for a lot. When I called to make an appointment (late June 2016), however, I was told there were a number of changes and that the soonest I could schedule an appointment for a mobile groom was **eight months** from now! (Well, pending any possible cancellations that might get me in sooner.) That's just ridiculous. Back to PetSmart: Cheaper, friendly groomers, terrific work, and the ability to schedule an appointment a few days out.

These guys are great! We have pet that needs special attention (herniated neck injury, seizures, and getting feeble) and they treat him with the greatest care. He loves going to the groomer and is always gorgeous when they’re finished.

Beth is great! I was having trouble finding someone to tackle grooming and de-matting my 19 year old cat, and she agreed to have a look at him. Three hours later I picked up a happy, matt-less, clean cat! Yes, he was completely shaved, but he took it in stride, and feel soooo much better! Thank you Beth and Kim at the front desk, who was so helpful and friendly every time I called.

Hands down the best place we've taken our dogs to to get their nails trimmed.Our dogs are VERY AFRAID of getting their nails clipped. The staff is patient & friendly. Simply wonderful.
