Isles of where the carpet is are blocked off every single week that we come, we’ve been here the past 7 weeks in a row and they don’t seem to move, I spoke with a manager there and he informed me they would be moved but he hasn’t seem to stick up to his word, we are extremely disappointed because all we’ve been trying to do is get remnant carpet and have found 2 rolls of the same color we are interested in but can’t ever get to it to purchase it due to the lack of organization this store has

I can always find great deals here. Much cheaper even than Wal-mart and of better quality because of who they buy inventory from. Very large selection of books for kids and toys when you're on a budget or have a large family. Houseware is good when moving into your new place on a budget. And socks, work socks, work overalls, auto, sheets/comforter sets (under $50 b/c now most places have them for $69.99 to $100: I'm not used to these prices- ha ha), bath, flowers for decorating, very large clay/ceramic planters, rugs, pots n pans, and more. They do need better, more updated computers so they the cashiers can work more efficiently and not have to over ride almost every transaction due to the computer not scanning or reading an item correctly and charging a different price and/or item number. Just make sure to watch the numbers come up on the screen or your receipt before you leave if the cashier doesn't catch on to it. Most times they do. The lines do back up but they do try to get all hands on deck to get the line down when that happens. Most people are nice and civilized so it's not (whiny and uncomfortable for everyone) to stand in line. Before I left out of state I made sure I stopped here. That's how good it is. Please don't let this Ollie's go anywhere!

Some very very unhappy workers who take smoke breaks right out front makes for a lovely smell greeting you at the door. Check-out registers at their point of sale are archaic and crash. If you are desperate this place will do...good for children's books...maybe an odd carpet area rug...but 90% of the stuff in here is dollar store or below dollar store quality.

A little shabby right now as they could use more employees (as does everywhere right now). There is more poking through and stepping over things than I'm used to.But its still filled with good bargains on books, clothes, toiletries, household items, toys, and snacks!Parking is easy peasy and plentiful.

if i could give 0 stars i would…. very disappointed i wanted to come shopping for carpet and they have pallets through the entrie Isles couldn’t even look at the carpet super unprofessional and unorganized - this is why your going to loose business if i could see the carpet maybe i would of bought it. horrible don’t come here

I like Ollie's for the bargains but this store was a mess. Only one cashier with 10 people in line, cashier wanted to talk to everyone about her personal life which made the line so long. Finally called up another person to help and wasn't very friendly. Went again, a little better!

I used to come here a lot with my ex. He put me on to this store. He loved lotions and soaps and they had the best prices. When we lived together and he learn how much my skin absorbed lotions he took me here to get all the lotion I could ask for. And we got alot. They also have nice secret finds, if you look through every aisle. Happy hunting :)

Ollies is a warehouse of slashed prices! They have everything toiletries (Dove body wash), pantry items, full sized carpets and padding, toys, clothes, and often, you'll find random weekly items like these recliners.

They have a lot of stuff here that is generally priced well. If you are trying to find something they have advertised in their circular you’d better get there the first day of the sale or else forget it and even that isn’t a guarantee that they will have it. The employees here are the only reason they get 3 stars. From the check out chick to the floor people all of these employees are awesome. I can never find what i am looking for and it’s usually because they either didnt get any or are sold out. Every employee i have asked for help were extremely helpful. No one gave me a general area to look, they took me to spots where the things should have been or actually were! The last 2 times i was here i got the same checkout woman and both times she was friendly and helpful and if i go there again and she is working i will try my best to be in her line. When i told her what i came in for and the store did’t have she had a few ideas on where i could go to get a good deal or an alternative idea for what i needed and was a very thoughtful person. Every employee i interacted with was genuinely thoughtful and helpful! Ollie needs to give these folks a raise!

The stores are dumpy and the clientele is worse, yet I find myself there from time to time! Bargains to be had, I tend to go when we need a bunch of things tips expect not to have to pay alot for, and really don't care about. Garden hoses and such. My wife likes to load up on gift wrap every few years lol. Recommend!

Really bad ollies. Shelves arent stocked well, place is dirty and stuff is everywhere. Have to climb over pallets to traverse aisles. Manager was insanely rude at checkout, treated us like children for standing 2 feet too close to the register for her liking. Would go to another one if one was closer, or just go to OS Job Lot

the team lead (supervisor) could have been more pleasant when dealing with people with disabilities who maybe cannot see or read the sign which tells you to wait to be called to go up to the register. My daughter did not notice this sign and sorta got yelled at. The other staff people were helpful and nice though. Good prices however.

I love this place. It looks like a war zone sometimes, and you really have to dig through it to find your items, if you see something you like, BUY IT because it might not be there next time. They don't have the same stock all the time. I have bought curtains, towels, rugs and carpets, outdoor entertaining stuff, a room heater.. You'll find brand names and off brand names. There's a little bit of EVERYTHING there. Even a little impulse-buy chocolate near the checkout lines. 😋

Robert, the Manager went above and beyond with customer service. I was looking for a rug cleaner that was out of stock in several other stores. Robert located the last one left and put it aside for me until I could get there. Robert had a great attitude and was friendly and knowledgeable. Merly the cashier was also outstanding. Great job! So rare these days!

Satisfactory discount store. The place was a little messy looking, as if people had rummaged through most of the stuff and had not taken care when returning it to the shelves... Or piles as the case may be. The checkout clerks were very friendly.
