This is a large Giant supermarket, and it contains everything you could ask for in a supermarket. With departments for floral, salads, produce, a large organic foods selection, fish, meat, pokey, prepared hot foods, gourmet cheese, bakery, deli, health and beauty, greeting cards, and more, Giant affords everything you'd need. The staff is cordial, helpful, and professional.Other selective reviews based on a holiday ham, or cameras in the parking not being up to par does not explain the sore, not shopping experience. There’s weekly sales. Prices are on par with other stores, and their rewards program offers points for money towards future purchases, or money off each gallon of gas (depending how much you spend) at any of their gas stations.The Giant food stores app precedes approval saving, linked to your phone number and rewards card number. Simply clip digital coupons and the discounts apart at the end of checkout. More favorable pricing is preceded to rewards members, and the registration procedure is rudimentary. I highly recommend this consistently great location.

So I came to this Giant as I was in the area to visit a bar. I was ASTOUNDED at how quickly I got served at the deli!!!! It was soooo much faster than my usual Giant I go to! My number was called right away, and the guy was so friendly. I was super happy with my service, and would love to return to this Giant!

Really want to like this giant, and it is better than most, but something are not intuitive as you walk around, and most of the time at least more than one thing is out of stock.The online ordering/pick up is hit or miss, sometimes it is great, a couple of times it's clear whomever picked up the vegetables or fruits just grabbed the first thing they could reach for. A few times I have gone into the store and found the things that are out of stock, just had to look into the shelf!

I placed an order in the bakery for a choc chip cake with happy birthday. When I arrived to pick it up, there was no cake and they told me I cancelled it. The woman had no empathy what so ever.

I went to Horsham Giant to fulfil a merchandising job on Sunday. This specific Giant is great particularly in regards to me and the job I needed to complete there. When a store has a good solid staff that does their job correctly it makes mine easier. They had product and it was on the shelves correctly and not hiding in the backroom and stuff like that. Staff on duty early evening was friendly and helpful. The young lady behind the service desk was great and I enjoyed conversing with the Assistant manager. Mr Davis. He is so nice! Thank u guys for being great! This is coming from a regular Doylestown Giant shopper 😉IYKYK okay I'll tell u, Doylestown has a brand new Giant it moved to the other side of the shopping center. And it is GORGEOUS!!! So if I say another giant is doing a good job, it is saying a lot.

The Horsham Giant is the one I shop at most often. The store is always extremely clean. The employees always go above and beyond to make your experience great. There is a really great selection of food and drinks here no matter what it is you're looking for. Every time I visit, they have unbeatable sales on certain items. There are always plenty of lanes open for those who don't want to use the self-checkout option. The prices are reasonable, especially compared to the Horsham Acme.

Great store, departments are appealing and lots of variety however I think the prices are on the high end so I don't shop here as much as I might otherwise. But I will tell you this I had a great customer service experience here, I wish I had noticed the associate's name as I would have loved to acknowledge her kind, patient and helpful service publicly. This store definitely got an A+ for their associates!

Unprofessional staff. I was looking for something and went to customer service for help, but the staff member was unsure where it was and guessed, which was wrong. She refused to help me. This was on 10/21/2023 at 09:00. Management should improve customer service, as I left without buying anything from this disappointing store.

Not a fan of self check out. Today was no exception. Our card with the digital coupons did not respond. But thanks to all the staff that helped us at the Horsham Giant, we were able to make it work for us. Thank you all for helping us out 💖

I recently went here to the deli for the first time and was helped by an amazing young gentleman, named Justin Hann. he was very helpful and even answered all the questions I had about which meats are good to grill despite having a long day. great customer service from him!!!

Very disappointed. Bought two packs of bnls steaks. The label said sell by 01/03.On 01/02 today I noticed the meat has turned brown. I noticed the packed on date is missing.Quality meat is not a priority at Giant.

This grocery store is clean and well-maintained. Selection is really great. Service is exceptional, staff is always helpful, polite and professional. Food is always fresh. I am visiting this store every weekend and absolutely love it. Great place for shopping.

They have the worst deli service Ever. The employees are always in a bad mood, huff n puff whenever they are asked for service. And it’s a trickle down effect cause they weren’t all bad until they work with the short round guy with glasses. He should just quit and work from home. He has the worst attitude for dealing with customers. YOU WORK IN THE DELI DO YOUR JOB. Other than that the store is great.

Every employee is AMAZINGLY HELPFUL! I had four tired children and needed to get food to make dinner, the employees helped me find the things we were and get us checked out in a timely fashion. A special thank you to Luke in produce, Cameron and Alexis at the cash registers, Jon helping with carts, and Jackie at the customer service desk. The aisle are clean and orderly. The restrooms were impeccable. Great store.

Not the best experience. Despite the cake being ordered ahead of time it wasn't ready when we arrived, they didn't have the flavors or colors we asked for (and they didn't call to ask what we'd like instead,) the person working in the bakery asked us to come behind the counter to pick out which of the two options they had available from the case (not what we asked for and it was uncomfortable for a non-worker to be asked to come into the bakery area itself,) and then the worker squeezed out the pictured writing real fast and sent us on our way.Please know that I mean no hate or negativity. I was a grocery manager for years and helped out in the bakery. I know how hard it is, especially now with supply chain issues and how stressed and angry many customers have been over the last couple years. I do want, however, to share my honest experience, and while the people there were really nice, the cake process was not.There should be an actual cake decorator (or someone who has had some training, at least) on hand or special orders should not be taken without letting the customer know that professional decorating isn't available at the time. We would have happily decorated with candles ourselves instead of this. Also, if an order is taken and the bakers discover that the requested cake/color/icing/etc isn't available, they should call and ask the customer what they would prefer instead. Supply issues happen all the time and I think most people would be understanding if a simple courtesy call is placed.

Awesome store, they seem to treat their employees well. Most of the employees i've talked to are friendly and helpful. One time i didn't want my apples double bagged but the cashier dismissed me and said she was going to double bag them anyway. She was rude. But all of the other cashiers are friendly and nice and I enjoy going through their lines even if i am a bit antisocial. The shelves are always well stocked, and the produce is always fresh and amazing. I love the produce selection. The dairy section is also nicely laid out, and everything is clearly marked with labels on the aisles. Much better than other Giants I have been to.

I bought a sheet cake from the bakery for my husband's retirement party, and it was delicious. There was not a morsel left soon after it was cut. I sampled other cakes at well known bakeries in the area, and this cake was the best of the bunch. Plus, it cost substantially less than all the others. I will get all my cakes there from now on.

They have the worst deli customer service ever. They don't acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter especially if you are BLACK. I am giving this review as I stand at the counter. A white man walked up after me and was greeted with a welcome hello and smile from them but me NOTHING and this is my experience ever time I come to this place
