I had a wonderful experience with the CVS Staff. Christine the Pharmacist went out of her way to help me. I was short on my medicine and didn’t realize I was refilling too early and she had advised that I should call my insurance and they should be able to override the early refill. Surely enough they did. I would have never known. This saved me so much when I thought I was screwed! And this isn’t the only experience. She always goes above and beyond!!

There is nothing more to add at this time. Our experience has been superb, with prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable personnel, particularly in the pharmacy department and throughout the store. It is a very clean, organized and welcoming environment in which to obtain our needed goods and services.

Shinji is a model employee through their customer interactions. I am always pleased with my experience when they have assisted me. My advice would be to have more of the team be like him. Thanks for being great at your job!
