I am currently considered what is a snowbird. Which means I come up in the summer sometimes I’ll stay a little longer sometimes I don’t, but then I go back to Florida. Sometimes I have very hard time with my handicap sisters prescriptions being transferred! If I could give 25 stars to this young man Malik and at store 01191 this young man has done nothing but gone out of his way to help me. Everything has been done smooth and thus far no problems at all, but this man definitely gets a 25 star review from me would highly recommend this store because of this gentleman

Only awarding 2 stars because the pharmacy staff is always lovely and usually accommodating. However, the staff on the floor are a different story entirely. Today I went in to get covid tests. Normally, they are on the shelves so I spent almost 15 minutes looking for them. After seeing nothing, I tried to find a staff member to help me but no one, and I mean NO ONE was on the floor. The poor cashier had a longer line so I didn’t want to bother her and decided to press one of the help buttons on the displays instead. Nobody came. I finally waited in line only to find out the tests were being held behind the register now. While that’s fine, the whole 20 something minute ordeal could’ve been avoided by some adequate staff!!! To top it all off, I heard multiple staff members talking through the open backroom door which indicated to me that they were there, just not on the floor. Disappointing.

Walked up to the Pharmacy as it was turning 1:30 with my physically sick Fiancé, and they locked the doors and made her sit for half an hour with the flu. No words for this compassion-less staff who could have given her her meds and rang her out within seconds. Instead leave someone with a contagious virus sit and wait in the building.

CVS can be a hit or miss for me and this time it was a hit!! The team member who helped me was Gianna. I am going to say, the sweetest CVS employee I’ve ever had an experience with. I came in for passport photos and was helped right away. She talked me through everything and was patient as we took the photos then picked the best one. She was friendly, conversational and personable. The photos came out great and it was a painless process thanks to her.

I see that there are some reviews of people having horrible experiences here.. I’ve been coming here for years, and I never had a frustrating experience. Especially with the pharmacy. On multiple occasions Shinji has always been gracious and kind to me. I feel like some people have lost sight of patience. Especially for those that deal with the public and medicine. In my opinion, CVS is lucky to have an employee like him. Today, he assisted me with updating my insurance information. He was kind, helpful, informative and proficient. I was able to order my prescription, and I was on my way in no time. Thank you! 😊

Not sure if this store or CVS in general....Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for Covid booster and flu shot. This was the closest one that had a somewhat convenient time slot, even though I had to leave work an hour early and it's a 20+ minute drive to get here.Check in - no one says anything. Sit down and wait. Pharmacist comes in with one vaccine and said this is for both. "Oh, we don't have any Covid boosters" What?!?! No email and no text message from CVS said this was the case. Even the text message one hour prior with the link to check in (which doesn't work). Pharmacist made it seem like they never had it and that it was an issue with the web site and said "it should have never allowed you to schedule it...but it's run by another company so there's nothing we can do.". What a HUGE waste of my time. This seems like the whole Seinfeld rental car skit - I don't think CVS understands exactly what an appoint is. Never again.

Every person who "helped" me at this CVS gave me different answers. I waited 3 weeks for a prescription to be processed through insurance. They repeatedly blamed my doctor's office for the delay. I filled the same prescription at Horsham Square Pharmacy and it was ready and processed in less than 24 hours. CVS does not care about customers, it just wants money. They also repeatedly filled old prescriptions on my file and insisted I pick them up because I get free prescriptions through my insurance. When I said I didn't need that RX, they tried to make me feel guilty about them having to put the medicine back on the shelf. Horrible. Save yourself time and stress and go to literally any other pharmacy in the area.

I stopped going to this pharmacy after one too many encounters with the Asian male pharmacy tech. He has a lousy attitude and makes snide comments when you ask him a question. I switched to Horsham Square pharmacy and they are great. Unfortunately I need a diabetes drug that has become popular with celebrities for weight loss. The only pharmacy that has it in stock is Horsham CVS, unfortunately. I went to pick up my prescription and was told that I owed $1200. I explained to the Asian male tech referenced above, I have new insurance which he entered when I dropped off the prescription in person, I got the pre approval taken care of and I should only be charged $40. In his snarky tone he said "you call the insurance company, I don't have time for this."I really hope my new pharmacy can get this drug soon so I never have to deal with CVS again.

Cvs Horsham has been my choice for a very long time going back to when they were next to Giant. I've never had a bad experience everyone is Profesional and accommodating. From immunizations to prescription pick ups they've been great. Shinji is on the ball and always warns me of any drug interactions I should be aware of. I really appreciate the Pharmacy Staff!

Make us wait 30 min out there , finally said ohhh we are sorry that we don't have 600ml antibiotic they wanted me to go back to my doctor and get a new prescription for 400 mg . Doctor's office was wondering why wouldn't the pharmacy call them instead of sending me over to my doctor's office never got a call from them . When I get back they said they called but they they are lying . Still had to wait cauz of new prescription wasn't in the system yet and had to wait another 30 min . I canceled all the order and called my doctor's office to send my prescription to wallgreens. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Needed an antibiotic for my neice they didnt have in stock which is common however they have another strength, its their job to call the doctors to get a new script but instead they are made my sister/brother in law go back and forth between the doctor and when the script was sent in they said it will be an 1-2 hours for it to be ready. Im a pharmacist and i prioritize antibiotics for my patients especially pediatrics. It does not take 1 hr to fill a suspension. Horrible customer service.

Tonight I went to have scripts filled. I was in line at 7:55. The pharmacist was waiting on another customer. That customer left and the pharmacy tech told me that they were closed, it was exactly 8pm. I thought they were open until 9 and the tech said no we start at 8 and close at 8. Didn’t even bother to direct me to the 24 hour CVS in Warminster. I have been with CVS for the past 20 years now I’ll will be taking these scripts and all of my other scripts from CVS.

This was my first time visiting this CVS. I came to pick up a canvas print order. My print was scheduled for pick up the next morning so I was pleasantly surprised that it was ready for pick up within an hour after ordering online. My canvas photo turned out great, Tiffany did a wonderful job. I plan on ordering prints here again.

I have an issue with the pharmacy every time I'm due to pick up a prescription. Though my script was renewed a few months ago, they claim it hasn't been processed when it is on automatic refill. I also filled a prescription with this CVS for my boyfriend last month when he had his wisdom teeth out and the doctor ordered him to take his medication within one hour of leaving their office. The pharmacy took hours to fill the prescription as he waited in agony. I switched to a new CVS and will not visit this location again.

Showed up at the drive thru at 501pm today, Sunday. Apparently, the pharmacy closes at 500pm ON THE DOT! What pharmacy closes exactly on the dot?!? So I ran inside, a minute later, and the pharmacy gate is closed!! I stood there in front of the woman cleaning up at the register. She looked up at me standing there with wallet in hand, then turned her back to me and walked away!!! I guess when the gates close, they can never be opened again until morning?!? Luckily another CVS that is open later is able to access my husband's Rx info, so I'll be getting it filled there! Never been so insulted as a customer at this location before!!!

The Asian Male pharmacist refused to use my Goodrx discount. That would have brought the price from 38 to $17. He acted like it was a complete inconvenience to put it the computer.

I was there today (2/1/2022) around 10:15am, and the front cashier was rude. It was an elderly woman; I didn’t get her name. I did the self-checkout, and the register informed me that there was an age requirement for one of the products I purchased. The front cashier came to the register and asked for my date of birth. I was being honest with my date of birth, and she put in the wrong year. Sure, I would still be considered old enough with the wrong year, but I corrected her anyway because I wanted to be honest. She rudely said, “they don’t know the difference anyway,” and walked away.

Since they forced Christine to another Cvs, then moved to a new location, this pharmacy is TERRIBLE. DR call in my order and they always say they never got it. Dr offices now keep track how often Cvs does this, and it's often. I go today to pick up Rx and they tell me nothing is waiting for me. But I called last night and they told me this was ready and waiting to be picked up. I'm changing pharmacy'sI

The worst I have ever had in my life. My doctor called in 3 times to change my prescription, yet they haven’t updated my profile in their system and they are claiming that nobody called in. I have been paying for my meds out of pocket for a month because they can’t get it right. On top of that, the two female pharmacists were absolutely rude, you would expect more from someone who is in the customer service business, at least greet me before asking for my last name with your poker face. I am so done with this CVS location and will be switching to a different pharmacy. I would give it 1/2 a star if I could.

My doctor send a refill authorization on Friday. Since they did not return my phone call on Friday, on Saturday after I called them, I was told they did not get it. After calling again my doctor's office I decided to call CVS again and since the lady on the phone could not find my profile, she asked me how long I have been with CVS. I have been with the same pharmacy for more than 10 years....ahhh that is the reason I can not find you in the system. What does it mean? By the end, I could not get my medication since they did not have it in stock.I think it is time for me to move to another pharmacy. My husband is also upset since his medication for his Diabetes is not usually ready even though they called to let us know to pick it up.The waiting in line for pick up is getting crazy. Chatting with clients picking up prescriptions about family or pets, took around 15 minutes; is it nice to have a little chat but please keep in mind that there are other people waiting while the line is getting longer and longer.

I have been trying to get Medicare covered equipment since last Monday and all I get from CVS is the run around. I would go elsewhere but Aetna insists I use CVS. Worst customer service!

i just stopped in to see new makeup and my friend was going to get balloons for their god sons birthday but as i was exiting the makeup isle and finding my friend, a lady who worked there stopped me and blanty said i couldn't afford what was in my shopping cart. when i explained i was going to buy things in my shopping cart, she gave a not so nice face and said she didnt want me to ruin any makeup. i never disrespect any shops or work place or been accused of doing it, so when she came up to me and was not too nice accusing me and saying i couldnt afford it. it’s disrespectful and ruined my quick visit.

Third time trying to get my rx from here and they never seem to “receive the order” even my doctor couldn’t understand why they didn’t get it. The lady was so rude and kept telling me I probably had the wrong pharmacy. She didn’t even try to help or offer to call the dr to get the order. Instead I had to stand outside in the wind and the cold with a fever and call them myself since there was no service in the building! I had them send the order to giant pharmacy who were incredibly sweet, I will not be returning to cvs

Every member of the pharmacy team, from check-in to vaccine delivery was professional, kind, courteous, friendly, and efficient. I also arrived early for my appointment and was taken early. A smooth, efficient, professional operation--can't ask for more.

This location will be moving to the newer larger center on Easton and Blair Mill. I'm hoping that with the drive thru there will be more staff that are friendly and efficient. This is currently lacking from 314 Horsham Road. Getting prescriptions filled is very inconvenient and always lines. The front cashiers always seem helpful.UPDATE 11/29. The new location has been open for over a month. Still dont have a quick turnaround time. Pharmacy looks confused and lost. The convenient drive thru which is why I switched to them is already broken, so need to track thru the store while not feeling well to pick up prescriptions. Not good

Went into the store yesterday 6/15/20 to pick up scripts the Pharmacy tech as well as all other store employees I saw were wearing their masks below their nose! In a pharmacy????! I had hoped the store would improve when it moved to this site sadly it did not.

The pharmacist I talked to was inexperienced and obviously didn’t know much about what he could help a customer with. I called to ask if they had my medicine in stock so I wouldn’t have to drive there and find out they have it. The pharmacist said he couldn’t give me that information, which is not illegal and does go against and privacy act. Every other pharmacy told me that they did or didn’t have it with no problem.
