I love shopping here, it's convenient, good prices, etc, but seriously, could staff not be cursing loudly around customers? Perhaps a little more professionalism is hoped for? 4 employees, just talking up a storm like no one else is around, "f" word flying. I mean come on, family's, children. We aren't in a bar, so please just be aware of your surroundings. Thanks!

Love shopping here for 15 years--close, convenient, clean, good deals, good staff. Walking in the isles today, I found myself almost tripping, trying to avoid "stuff" on the floor. Turns out that the "stuff" on the floor were advertisements. Others shoppers told me the same. Advertisements on the floor are dangerous--they are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Please remove them.

I'm a regular shopper here and I have got to say the best most helpful employee is Kayla. She made my last trip in the easiest one I've ever had. She was so sweet and so helpful. I love this acme!

Kayla is the best! Every time I’m there she’s doing another job! She knows where everything is and is always on top of helping customers! I’ve seen her in produce, bakery, register, the customer service desk, getting carts etc. I recently found out she’s not a manager and I was floored! She should be! I’ve worked in retail/customer service in management for 15+ years, I know manager material when I see it!

10 stars to the deli so nice and fast on 1/26/24 at 10 am, self checkout o stars man waiting for help across from me as I was waiting for help, shows up sand there looking at me then say help you, no the man first 15 mins for her to wake up. Man in cust. Service was worse looked like he wanted to kill someone (black older man) not going to that store again.

Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the cashier was so nice this time.I live near this store and I can’t buy anything here because their pos system does not take Apple Pay.Every other acme it works.This is a problem for at least 6 months.Everytime I try to save time and go there I have to go to warminster giant.Makes no sense they must like losing money!

I love acme idk why but out of all the places I have shopped I just feel like they have the best deals! Between the digital app and the weekly adds, im always saving money here!!

Atlas Peiffer at Acme on Blair Mill Rd in Horsham PA. was the friendliest and most helpful young cashier I have seen in a long time. She was polite and friendly. It was refreshing to see a young person with a great attitude.

Nice beer prices but the groceries are overpriced compared to Giant or Walmart. Still a good store if paying a little more cause it's convenient works for you. But I get the mama Celeste pizzas for a little over a dollar at Walmart, and here they cost $3. I was going to buy a bertolli meal bag and it was $12. At Walmart, giant, and target they are like $8. I understand it's a smaller company nowadays and they gotta pay the bills but going forward I will only use them for their great beer prices. The actual groceries are a little steep for me.

Acme has great sales you just need to pay attention if you get things not on sale. For eg. Mayo is $7.49 which is 30% higher than competitors

I went shopping on a Thursday 9/28 night, I wanted to purchase some jimmy dean sausage the first 5 packed of patties expired 9/29 the I proceeded to the fresh meat section every package of meat I picked up had an expiration date of 9/29 I went to the dairy section. I did not check the date for some reason, but 2 of the five I purchased had expired 2 day agoperhaps I picked the wrong time to shopCHECK THE DATEs before buying or just go to another store

Acme is always a pleasant store to shop in. I enjoy their selection especially their in store made products. But what I can't understand and absolutely HATE is their self checkout. WHY IS IT SO LOUD? Why can't I mute it? Why do you need to announce to everyone the price of my products? IT IS ANXIETY INDUCING! It's so bad and uncomfortable that it stops me from shopping their sometimes. Please fix this.

Great place good sales and great customer service Mark is absolutely amazing same with Denise I come in to see them both all the time plus get groceries they always have a good deal on Fancy feast cat food now it's 88 cents a piece as long as you buy 20 or 24 which is fantasti everything's always good to acme I go there for many things

Produce department has really taken it up a notch. Produce looks good, good selection and area is clean. Deli people are always nice and so are the cashiers, self checkout is always helpful. If I can’t find it at my local Acme, I probably don’t need it.

Look, it's an okay store. It's got a good selection of groceries and products. The root beer is fantastic. The store is clean. However, the store is very dark. The aisles are cramped. Customer service is not clearly marked at all...even when I asked someone where it was I had to go on a hunt to find it. I really only go here to get root beer. It definitely needs some work.

Employees are knowledgeable about their job. They are also efficient and display excellent customer service skills. The shelves are generally well stocked. I've been shopping here for over 30 years and will continue to. Their deli is fantastic!

Clean and well stocked. Customer service pleasant. Went for prime rib roast (on sale with digital coupon $4.76 lb) and didn't have much. Asked butcher and he put out about 30 more! They are beautiful. Got a 6.5 lb was originally $71.11 reg sale $45.23 I got for $30.80 with digital coupon. 4lb. Jumbo shrimp $20. Well worth the trip.

Clean. Friendly, helpful employees. Not overly crowded except around dinner time (46pm). 10/$10 sales on many items weekly. With the Rewards card additional savings can be found. After X points one can earn free items.

I shop at this Acme at least once or twice a month. The store is very nice, and the staff is friendly. This Acme offers an excellent selection of beer and wine, which I know many of us love. I gave Acme only four stars as I'd like to see them try to be a bit more competitive in a wider variety of the prices of their products. Overall I would recommend this Acme.

My bride and i use to enjoy our experience at this store. We've shopped here for over 30 years. Ginny was the best. The customer service counter is never a good experience. Every single attendee is rude. It seems most of these folks dislike their jobs.Needless to say , we are no longer going to use this store as our grocer

I don’t have any luck here whatsoever! Every single time I come here I have an issue. Last time it was 15 minutes just for a six pack of beer on a Saturday night. Last night, as I approached the register, I saw the cashier leaving to go to the bathroom. The only cashier other than the self check out cashier who could not help me. After over five minutes of waiting, I left the six pack at the cash register. I come here because it’s right down the street from my house. But I always find it much quicker to drive the 10 minutes to get beer or anything else. My wife has had worse luck. Once in the middle of checking out, the cashier had to go to the bathroom and once while she was in line waiting to check out the cashier had to go to the bathroom. Crazy stuff, the managers just must not care whatsoever about wasting peoples time !!

Everything was neat and clean. Nit a large selection for vegan options but was able to get other items. Very short lines and not crowded. The staff was friendly and they even gave my son stickers at checkout. Very good overall experience.

The staff did a great job sanitizing everything from carts to counters. The store itself needed a little picking up, and one or two more employees working the registers would have been appreciated. Our cashier Terry was very nice nd bagged our groceries for us.

I get the circular in the mail but when I cut green coupons out for sale items they tell me I cant use them there for use on computor oh well I dont have a computer to bad. I left the cart went to giants you have coupon they give it to you. I go to Acme only cause its right around corner. Big stuff. Giants never turns me down a little further but I get what I wantI used to go to Acme just for fresh fish. There cod filled looked like they swam English channel I worked in seafood for many years. I know my fish they may be right it was sent in that it isn't look like it so I went to giants I got a piece of cod was so beautiful I got lg piece had it for 2 meals was delicious was worth the trip

Majority of the products are close to expiration. Prices are a bit higher, but quality is good (exception of expiration date).Feel like half the people working here, have a good head on, the other half (door people, cart people, some inventory people) give me the creeps. They watch as if their store is being robbed 24/7. I only shop here, when I don't want to deal with really busy places and over crowded places.

Horsham acme often doesn't take my phone number. I have learned not to leave the store to find out I didn't get my sale items. Today I picked up shrimp by the sign that read 5.99 a pound. It was more like 10.99 a pound. Partially my mistake for assuming the product was under the sign for 5.99 and did not read the bag. A case of live and learn.
