Smucker Fencing was professional from the time I stopped in their office to end of installation. There is a nice display of fencing options at their store which inspired me to design a privacy fence for our backyard. We highly recommend Smucker Fencing for all of your fencing needs! We had a 5 foot split rail and wire + 6ft privacy fence installed primarily for our dog so he could enjoy our new backyard unleashed! Customer service is far and few anymore, but from estimate to install, we had such a great experience with Smucker. The crew was prompt, thorough, clean and considerate. Fence install just completed today. From estimate to installation, communication was wonderful. There was a little back and forth with the township in order to secure the proper permit, but John helped update paperwork and drawings without any issue. John and Ben were both professional and great at communicating any updates and trying to get the work scheduled. Once everything was scheduled, the install crew was great. Organized, clean, and fast.

I'm extremely pleased with the work done by Smucker Fencing, specifically Alan and his team. They were so fast, polite, professional, and friendly. They kept me updated on what was going on in the yard and they made sure they had my approval after painting the grass, before they started actually building. The price I was quotes was far better than the competition.Leading up to the actual build, John and Ben were very responsive. I never went more than a day before getting a response from John, and never more than a couple days without a response from Ben. I will say, I felt kind of in the dark at some points - they didn't let me know that they had gotten one call approval, and they scheduling was a little confusing. What a great experience working with Smucker Fencing. We went to their showroom in Honeybrook and met with John, the owner. Enjoyed looking at the myriad of choices they had before finally going with the commercial grade aluminum fencing.Their team kept us informed with prompt scheduling. When the first day of install had to be moved a day, we received a prompt call apologizing and giving us a firm commitment.Matt, the team foreman, and his team arrived promptly at their scheduled time of 7 am. Professional, courteous and hard working. They first removed our old fencing and then installed almost 400 feet of fencing and 3 gates including one double-wide gate.Each post was installed in concrete with meticulous care insuring all was level. Our property has several slopes and elevation changes. Each section was leveled an is pleasing to the eye. Compared to our previous fence the difference is incredible. The self closing hinges on the gates were perfect as we use our yard to keep our dogs when they go outside. No escapes from gates inadvertently left open.In just over 2 days they had completed the fence removal and installation.So glad we went with the commercial grade aluminum fencing. I hired Smucker Fencing to install a fenced in area for my two dogs. Sam came out to measure the area, give me an idea about the type of fencing to use, and what it would look like. He gave me a color brochure that matches the ones on the web site. John gave me a quote the very next day for the 4' high slip-board fencing on three sides with black, coated wire insert, a 5' high dog-eared privacy section, a 4' wide gate and a 6' wide double gate. All posts were installed with concrete. Nate and his partner finished the job in two days. Nate was extremely professional, measuring everything he did 2-3 times. He used all tools in a way that showed me that he knew what he was doing. The fence is SO MUCH stronger than I envisioned it to be. My rottweiler/American Eskimo mix boy and his buddy, a chihuahua mix boy, are SO ENJOYING the freedom of running and playing in a safe "playground". I recommend Smucker Fencing for your fencing needs. Materials are sturdy. Workmanship is awesome. I got a fence to meet my dogs' needs. Oh, and Ben and Monica were also wonderful to work with. Smucker Fencing was very responsive regarding my fence install. I was originally quoted a 6-8 week lead time but ended up finding an opening and installed the very next week of receiving my down payment. They crew that installed the fence did an unbelievable job and took pride in their work. They arrived at 7:30am as discussed and wrapped up the next day. I ordered a custom gate from Smucker Fencing for my deck, which they installed. It fits in seamlessly with the existing railing. The gate is self closing and has a built in keyed lock to keep the kids safe. They did a great job!

Smucker Fencing just finished putting up 200 feet of garden fencing for us. Every step of the way, from providing the quote to completing the fence, they were great. They got to us in a reasonable time frame and arrived early on the day they said they would. DJ and the crew worked hard, showed obvious expertise, and were absolutely meticulous every step of the way. It was honestly impressive to watch, especially because the ground is rocky and far from level. The end result is perfect. We couldn't be happier with the fence or Smucker fencing.

My son who has a deep backyard had installed a one-sided wood fence at the top of his driveway so that his 3 young children ages 2-6 would not run down the driveway towards the front of the house into the busy street. The other sides of his backyard has tall evergreens and somehow the youngest son would find a way to squeeze through the evergreens to the other side. To remedy the situation, I went online to find a fencing company and I loved the reviews on Smucker Fencing website so I called John this fall and made an appointment. Sam came out and discussed the fencing installation with my son. My son gave high praises to the professionalism, work ethics and getting the job done in one day installing the wood fence on the other sides of his backyard. My son said they did an excellent job and he was quite pleased with the installation and commented that Smucker did a much better job on the fence installation than the previous fencing company had done for the one side, and the price was very, very reasonable.With such high praise from my son, I then called Monica to set up an appointment to have John install a 6' Fulton Lattice Top vinyl privacy fence with 2-tone color of white and tan to match the house color of my corner property. They came out in November for the installation and I was concern that it would be too cold for the installation and I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem as they work year round, except for bad weather like snow.I now have peace of mind for my grandchildren' safety when they visits and not to have to chase after them when they run towards the front of the house towards the street. Sam listened to my concerns for my grandchildren's safety and did an excellent job in mapping out the fence layout and the 3 guys that showed up early in the morning to installed the fence did a superb job in a day and a half. They were very professional and discussed with me the layout and even made excellent suggestions to accomplished a job well done. I am very happy and pleased with the the workmanship and the time they so efficiently got it done. The fencing post are set in concrete and overall very sturdy. I received a lot of compliments from my neighbors and how much they love the fence installation. Some of my neighbors even came over to look at the fencing and gave high praises of the installation and the color choices and the sturdiness and thickness of the vinyl material. All in all, my husband and I and my son , plus the neighbors, are very impressed with Smucker Fencing and would recommend them to everyone for fencing installation. They have many fencing options to choose from and the quality and workmanship is excellent. Plus it's a one stop shop whereby you get the fence installers and materials from one place. Other contractors will charge you cost for their labor of the installation and then a separate cost for the material they would have to get from home depot or elsewhere which becomes more expensive.We couldn't be happier with Smucker Fencing and so happy we chose them for our fence installation.
