Recently needed warranty work done on a 2 year old snowblower. The manufacturer sent me to Honey Brook Hardware it was the closest service center to me and I live an hour away in the Lehigh Valley. They're very professional and were absolutely excellent with how they handled things. My next major purchase they'll be top of my list to go to. I'd rather drive an hour one way knowing I'll get excellent service when I need it than buy from the local big box store.

I’d recommend their propane filling station to fill up your small propane tanks since it comes from a good reputable source! The variety, service and dedication displayed here is good! Some items are a bit pricey but a lot of good quality items and good service help make the price worthwhile.

I love Honey Brook Hardware. They have just about everything you need in a pinch. I would compare them to a combination of a True Value store and a mini tractor supply with a friendly staff.

Good and honest workers. Helped me with several issues free of charge. Bought a Cub Cadet and a few other items here. Good place to go. UPDATE: had my tractor serviced here twice since my last review and both times the bill was higher than quoted. Have to take off one star.

I really like the variety at the store, but feel disappointed over a recent propane refill. They have the scale set low and shut off as soon as the beam trips. Today's tanks have automatic shut-off which bases the refill on gallons. Okay, so they don't have to follow that guide, but if you say you are charging me for 20 lbs, then deliver 20 lbs. My tank light weight is 19.1 lbs which is stamped right on the tank. Twenty lbs of propane would take me to 39.1 lbs on the scale. They have it set to 37 and they leave the heavy filler hose attached to contribute to the weight. Pretty sure I got closer to 15 lbs than the 20 I paid for.

Amazing old-fashioned hardware store. An amalgam of all your needs from sporting goods, garden, farm, hardware and general construction needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices.

I liked it. I haven't been there in years. Actually since they were on route 10, 40 years ago my grandfather was friends with the original owners. They have a lot of different things and the prices aren't bad in fact I picked up a kitty and puppy cement statue for $18! People are nice too

Outstanding store. Great selection of quality power tools and equipment. I bought a new weed whacker and the salesman first educated me and then helped me make the best choice. Not pushy at all, just helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely worth driving past Lowes and going here.

Super super friendly staff. As soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed help finding something. Pretty sure it was the owner who asked and he was stocking product while his employees worked the counter. Pretty cool IMO that he gets his hands dirty like that. Very small town feel. Excellent

Love this place! Went today with my $8.99 propane fill coupon to find they are running a $6.99 memorial day special on propane fills. I kept my coupon. I really like their fasteners section as you can try and buy single fasteners for those times where you only need one or two specific items or are not quite sure what you need. They had no problem with me taking a pellet gun into the store and finding the exact screws I needed. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great prices!

The service I received was awesome! Very helpful! Couldn’t get the stain I needed at my usual hardware stores but these guys had it. It was a bit higher price but when I mentioned that, they very obligingly nocked a couple dollars off the price per gallon. Wish it was closer to my town but I’m sure I’ll be back anyway!

What a great store! We visited Honey Brook Hardware because they were the only ones who had what we needed. Mr. Leon King helped us. He was very accommodating and professional. The type of service we received from him is almost unheard of in these times and we are very impressed and delighted to have met him.P.S. I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

One of the workers asked me if I needed any help finding anything. What a pleasant surprise. I can't remember the last time that ever happened at a big chain store. Found everything I needed in minutes and there was zero waiting time at the checkout line. Two thumbs up for these guys.

Called around 1p on a Sat and left a voicemail. They didn’t call back. They close at 3p on Sat. 2 hours and no call back. I guess they don’t really use phones. Was planning to spend about $300 on deck stain. I’ll go somewhere else.

They have arrested variety of stuff problem is so expensive almost 5 dollars for a hose clamp proce is king and they'll sell me every time over that issue I only go there for small things and emergencies

This hardware store has everything that I've ever needed for jobs around the house. They can even special order certain items such as filters for heating systems. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I normally wouldn't give a hardware store five stars but with the staff being so friendly and helpful I had to give them extra credit.

Beautiful, spacious store with excellent customer service! Thy didn't have a part in stock, so instead of making me wait for it to arrive, they gave me the same part off an identical model to mine on the showroom floor. Everyone there was very friendly too. Will definitely be back!

Awesome hardware store with an amazing selection in all departments, from automotive to hardware and everything in between. I went in here looking for a good selection of American made hand tools and found just that. They carry a better selection of Channel Lock than any of the big box, and most TrueValue or Ace stores. I was also pleasantly surprised to find some off-brand, American made stuff.

It's under new management. It's different but still good. I go to breakfast here when I stay with my friends. They go here all the time. They love it.Oh too funny! I bet Whimpy and Dee's got four stars and a cheer for their variety of hardware needs! 😂 I thought this was so funny, I had to leave it.
