As you know, Prices are soring and sometimes getting everything you need for your family can be extremely difficult. I walked into the store this morning And went food shopping and when I got to my car I realized I had forgotten my receipt And also realized that I overspent by over 20. I turned around and went back into the store And explain to them that I Had forgotten Take my receipt out of the machine But I needed to return two items. I had paid cash and was immediately dismissed and told that they refused to help me. I'm probably at that store 3 or 4 times a week. I was horrified that as a community the grocery store refused to help one of its regular patrons in a time of need. Absolutely no empathy at all. Also I found the counter person to be extremely rude about the entire ordeal. I always try to support local businesses and Shop local. I could easily go to Walmart or any other store and quite honestly if I had gone to Walmart they would have given me no problems at all about it. I know that because I had just been there less than 5 minutes ago she could have gone over to the register and pulled up my order. They did not even attempt to help me

I would give 5 stars but I have an issue with the deli. I understand you got rid of the deli & have everything pre-sliced.... I noticed that with the Cooper cheese they layer the slices with plastic... but this last trip I bought Land O Lakes & I got it home & it was a brick of slices all stuck together & I couldn't do anything with them, couldn't get them apart. Can we please separate all cheeses with plastic & layer them? I spent $7 on cheese that I can't use. Thank you

I have to give 3 stars as the deli counter was removed. All the cold cuts are no longer freshly cut. They ate pre sliced and packaged into half pound or more packages. So if you like a quarter pound of something you'll have to go somewhere else.

I really enjoy shopping here. The store is neat and clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and they have better product and prices than the Walmart across the road. Four point five stars.

Weis over Walmart any day. Usually best if you buy Weis brand and in bulk. Save a lot on cereal and soup as well.

If you have to check yourself out, please organize, so people aren't cutting in line. Very disappointed in the removal of the deli. Like to have cold cuts sliced fresh and exact amount that I want.

Today's visit I picked up all the necessities. Like milk, bread, eggs, butter, cold cuts, potatoes, etc. great store, shelves filled except for French fries and onion rings. Guess a lot of people bought them out.

Absolutely stressful there needs to be less self checkouts and more live people checkers. I was so stressed out they had to be helping everybody at the self-checkouts, if you had people running registers you wouldn't have that problem and you wouldn't have the lines.

This store gave up way to much groceries to fit the Alcoholics Corner. Could have expanded their small meat department. Also not as clean as it used to be. Looking like a low budget overpriced city dump..sorry to say.

It’s a shame that this great store is getting rid of all their customer service. You have to check yourself out if you don’t want to wait in long line and know taking away deli services They are trying to get you to buy precut deli meat.😞

It suck to check out there. Everything is self check out except for two lanes. It takes 30 minutes to check out a large grocery order. Weis staff are great, items in the store are wonderful, they have a great selection of international food, but check out SUCKS!! Figure out a better way Weis.

That was Wonderful!!! 😃😍😃😍We had a great time! In a beginning I think will die to pedaling 2 h. But the car runs sou smoothly and light, and 2 h passed as 2 minutes...If you like biking, hiking and in love to nature that the things which you should try...Many Thanks for that fun!!!

I actually prefer this weis market to the hamlin one I usually use. The main reason being that Hamlin closed down their deli during covid and for some reason has made the decision to never reopen it. In Hamlin your only option for cold cuts are presliced and they are almost always out of something with no option to have it fresh sliced. Honesdale weis has an actual deli where you can get fresh sliced cold cuts packaged to order.

I go to self checkout almost every day. I have to tell you all the girls are wonderful especially the one with white hair and pink highlights. She goes above and beyond to assist me when I need help.

We chose a large piece of salmon for dinner. I did not see much of a vegetarian selection. The croissants were very tempting to purchase, but I refrained.I was surprised with the large selection of ice cream.

I like coming here for some of their deals. But something is wrong with how they treat their workers here. Some worker had a wrist injury and a few of us watched what appeared to be very heavy items getting tossed at this person. Definitely saw her in tears later... Anyways, not the first time I've seen such incidents here, which is really unfortunate

It was great really like the store, I am from Florida and it's best beats Public or Winn Dixie. Very big and clean and the customer service was great.Will shop there again before I go home.

Love Weis market! So much selection and variety. Staff is super friendly and super welcoming! Highly recommend doing your groceries at Weis! Prices are fairly a little on the higher side compared to other markets but the quality of groceries and food is just simply the best. Best market in the Hawley area!

There are too many self checkout lines. If we got a 5% discount for being a temp employee then I'd be ok with that. Produce , Breads, and meats are some of the items that I have to bring back for being bad one day after purchase. Several years ago they did a major change to the store and it's not been the same. I have reduced my visits and only get items that I use and know they won't go bad.

I shopped yesterday in this store for the first time and was impressed by the nice staff, cleanliness, selection and overall layout. However, I when I got home, I noticed that the meat I bought was packed on February 4 with a Sell By date of February 9. Yesterday was February 11! I looked online, and it appears the meat is safe to eat, but BE SURE TO CHECK THE SELL-BY DATES because the store is NOT CHECKING. Yes, I should have checked the dates myself, but the overall look of the store told me I could trust them.

Wonderful staff!!!!! Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. CLEAN environment. Many great sales. Points offered. Tuesday discounts for seniors. Large variety of international foods. Easy shopping experience compared to Walmart with comparable prices. I’m glad I finally ventured into this food store!

We have had to use the pickup service for the past couple of years due to surgeries and have never had a problem. They always call for substitutions and any questions. They even do EBT!

Keep going to get sale items such as K-Cups and the shelves are empty. It's a 38 mile drive for me, round trip to return empty handed. Then add the fact that only one register is open and they want you to self-check-out... They are working hard to put themselves out of business. I'll do the 50 mile round trip to Wegmans, where there are plenty of staffed registers and sale items always in stock.
