I drove all the way out to this tractor supply for a woodstove kit that online said there was 4 instock in store. When i got there the guy at the customer service desk said they were in the back and they wouldnt go back there to get them out. I feel like this was totally unacceptable. And a waste of a 40 mile trip. Its not like the store was busy i would have waited for them to get it but they didnt want to do there job and go find it in the back for me.

I was there Monday, A Kid Name Preston, went out of his way to help us with a couple of bolts and help scan to see if a local TSC had more of what we needed. He was very pleasant and helpful Thank You Preston R.

It’s a nice store with amazing staff, but the merchandise is usually through the roof expensive. A $5 bottle of dewormer was being sold for $16.99!! I checked, it’s only $5 every where else. A pair of cross ties that are $19.99 everywhere else was $59.99 here. That’s just a few examples. It is the best place around for horse supplements though.

Getting really sick of the rising prices. Tired of them not having what I need and making up lame excuses for all of it. Employees are mostly really nice, but are working for a bad company. I have to go elsewhere for my chicken feed because they have raised the price so much I literally can't afford it anymore. Used to be my go to place for everything "yard" . Not anymore. It's a shame.

Love my TSC store in Honesdale. Always nice people. Use to shop at the Milford store all the time because of the back area that has all sorts of kennels, tons of extra food ready for the grabbing etc etc but lately they hired people who really don't care about the customers at all. Can't even be bothered to come out and scan something heavy from a cart so I started going back to Honesdale again. There's a really nice young lady there who always engages in stories of her chickens and other farm creatures. The people at the check out are always nice, plenty of variety of pet foods and farm products so you really can't ask for more. The only fault I have is the flipping website is a nightmare to navigate. Pages don't open. Don't really explain to you what it's doing and navigates you away from the page leaving you scratching your head in wonder. 1 order on line and I wont do it again...sigh. Thank goodness the store isn't chaotic. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE. Oh and PS. I love my chickens I adopted from you about 8 weeks ago. They are now all running around happily with the others in my flock gobbling grubs and foraging over our property.

I love this store and the wonderful & helpful personnel. I get my dog their 4 Health brand of food and she thrives on it. Great store!Revision: Every time I went to get the food for my dog, they were out of the Small Breed food. They can't seem to stock properly, so now I go to Wegmans for their brand of food.

Great store to shop at. Has a wide selection of products for the home & farm. My only complaint is that they don't know very much about the breeds of chicks that they get during their chick days. There have been numerous times that they had the bins labeled as a certain breed and they were not the breed marked.

Brought my dogs in for vaccines because I was out of state when due. I had to make 2 trips because I have 3 dogs. The first day vet was rude and not very friendly to the animals. I dreaded going back for my last one. I was pleasantly surprised when a different vet was there and was wonderful. The whole atmosphere in the store was different. It all depends on the vet. I wish I had names but again I was out of town for emergency

Terrible place, nobody seems to know anything about what they are doing and the manager is extremely rude and unattentive. They used to have many good workers, and a good manager, but over the last year or two all good the workers have gone (as of this week, not a single one of them is left) and the manager they have now is absolutely horrendous. The place is a mess and it's impossible to get good service. All the workers here seem to be new and I feel bad for them being stuck here like this. Service isn't very good and the manager seems to treat the workers somewhat abusively. At least when customers are around. I can't imagine how much worse it gets when there's none. Don't try to work here, don't try to shop here unless you really have to. There's other places in town to get what you need for the most part.

Excellent service I was looking to switch dog foods and need an opinion. The man who helped me John Burke was very nice, courteous,polite and the 4 health bag he suggested was a hit with my dog I will definitely be returning for more!!!

Watch your prices, most feed is 30% higher than the local feed mills to which there are 3 mills within 20 minutes of the store. Employees are helpful with questions. Over all a clean store with a wide variety of selections

staff is very nice and actually very helpful and whats even better is they are willing to speak to you. and that is unheard of for a chain store. and the traveling vet clinic on sundays is outstanding

It use to be if you got in a bind you could go there on Sunday and get what you need to get fixed up. Now you go there and a lot of things they you it's online. Unless you need some bird feeders. Still a good store but not as dependable.

Good service, and everything you can expect from a tractor supply store. When shopping for boots, gloves, etc, it seems they "have what they have". XXL this and that, they only have what's on display, so perhaps find out when they receive shipments to get things in your size. Also making a left turn out to honesdale can be frustrating at the wrong time of day. Consider turning right, and taking the next right at the traffic light. Then another right at 191. Less potholes as well.

On monday, shelves are lacking food in the eynon tractor supplies so I asked for help from the cashier. She called back five times to get help from the associate to no prevail.. the cashier was very apologetic but I explained to her that it certainly was not her fault. She was on her own with a long line down the aisle with out help.On tuesday I went to the honesdale tractor supplies and the shelves were stocked with everything available to purchase.. will probably make out better doing fulture purchases in honesdale even though traffic can be hectic getting in and out

Quick check out, friendly. Seems to always have items in stock except clothing. There has been a huge reduction of clothing availability and types(eg no more NRA items)

A great and very interesting variety of things for sale, plus they have all my animal needs (meds, food, litter etc) at great process and I'm in and out quickly with great service. Oh and they fill propane too!

Provided my mother with long gloves that will keep her from getting poison ivy on her arms. She got these because recently she was out setting up our garden outside. There she touched a bunch of Poison Ivy by accident! So that was awful. She got gloves that were long to cover her lower arms while outside gardening

Best place to go for chicken feed and everything in between! They have the best clothes the best foods anything that you need to be working on a farm they have it! Friendly atmosphere and great prices! This is the place to go!
