I was a little wary to have ordered from here given some of the reviews, but all-in-all I’ve had a great experience with this place. I received an email to confirm and approve my order the morning after I ordered my background and I emailed back approving it. It was shipped out a few days later and I received it today - took about a week to get here. The background is very nice quality and it fits my tank perfectly. I would definitely order from here again.

I just received my background and it looks great on great quality material. The whole process took about 2 weeks and was worth it. I'll be ordering another background or two in the future. The goo to adhere the background to the aquarium was a simple process and really let's the image pop. With a light behind the aquarium the image illuminates without lighting up the tank. It's pretty knarly.

Order at your own risk. I ordered a fish tank background 10 days before Christmas. I knew it was tight to get my order before the holidays, but I emailed the company to ask if it had a chance in arriving in time. Mark replied to my email and said he would have it shipped within 3 business days (Lie). After waiting the 3 days, I emailed Mark to get an update. No response. I emailed the next day. No response. Finally, a week later I got a response saying that the order had shipped (Lie). At the same time, I received a UPS tracking email saying that a shipping label had been printed, but UPS had not received the package. More emails to Mark, and more promises that he had shipped it (Lies, Lies, and more Lies), but the tracking still showed that UPS had not received it. Mark even tried to convince me that UPS's tracking system is just slow during the holidays (Lie). I finally had to dispute the charge through my credit card company, and wouldn't you know it, UPS received the package the very next day. That day, Mark emailed saying that he shipped it from Hamlin, PA (Lie) even though the tracking shows that it was received in Taylor, PA. He said that since it was in Taylor, that showed that he had started the shipping earlier. Sure, Mark, UPS tracking just left out an entire leg of the shipping process. After all of Mark's delays and lies, I did finally get my product - three weeks after Christmas and about a month of total time. To be honest, the product is quite nice. There's simply no way I would do business with someone again who knowingly has such low integrity in his dealings with his customers.

Ordered on March 28th. It's now May 5th. Listen to all the reviews. This seller does not care about you, and seems to think a month to print and ship is acceptable. Then you have to deal with the fact that the seller must live in bumblefuk because he finally mailed it on April 24. These dates are real and disturbing. Especially to see he responds to folks and blaming on not approving a proof. The buyer picks an image and size. Why the need for proof. Exactly there is no reason except to buy the seller more time to be incredibly lazy and unprofessional. The proof is merely a scheme. When you place the order, you're sent an email stating it has been sent to design for printing and will be shipped in about 10 days.Yea right. It's been two and a half months and still nothing. And the seller could care less. So unprofessional and seems to be a huge headache for basically every buyer. Read reviews on google. Go anywhere but here. They also go by Skinny's Webworks.

There’s a high probability the residents of your aquarium will be dead before you receive your order from deepbluethemes. I’ve been waiting a month in spite of the 7 days advertised. If you contact them you’ll get a “checks in the mail” line.
