Best supermarket here. Shop by delivery as I don’t drive. Everything I ask for is always delivered with no substitutions. Great local people working there and I know most of them. Can’t praise them enough. 👍👍👍👍👍

A go to place for certain items. Two gallons of water for the same price as one at Walmart. Decent prices on most meat items vs. the other markets in the area. Eggs always cheaper and if your an ice cream lover deals can be found. Never an issue with service..good staff who can be helpful. Redbox, lottery machines, and spirits on premise. Weekly specials.

Very sad..I like to support local smaller store..but every time I go and get stuff mostly frozen it's freezer brunt.. and I gave throw it out idk? If their freezer broken or food just so old?So I go back out and get food..so inconvenientEven other things are so close to expirations date I just toss 2 days later because nothing last

Excellent smaller grocery store. Has all the necessities, yet more selection on things than walmart. Deli inside as well, with a beer store in the building. Family owned, has been a part of Honesdale for many years. Sure to have what you need!!

Everything about Dave's super duper is fantastic! Everybody from the cashiers to the people that take in the carts to the stockers to the food pickers to the all-around employees and of course management and the owners! 🤗 Mike has always taken care of me especially during my personal physical hard times. You can't beat their prices and the store just keeps getting better and better each time I visit! They're the go-to place for everything first! I don't know where I'd be if Dave's Super Duper was not around. I'm so glad they hung in there when times were tough and now with inflation they're doing the best for all their customers! They're the best place to shop if you're in the Honesdale PA area!

I love this little store. Only grocery in town where owner/manager greets you with a smile and actually is grateful for your business. Nice little deli too. Will custom cut meat without acting as though they hate being there and it's a chore. Cashiers are all super nice and will carry on a conversation with you. It isn't perfect of course, no place is, but the friendly service out weighs any bad side.

Great place to shop, never a zoo like Weis or wallyworld. Owner Mike remembers you and says hello and is only too happy to help you find something or look into getting something into the place to help me avoid aforementioned establishments. Senior discount and cash back on different days of the week, and always a real live cashier to ring you out and pack your groceries. Great prices without having to deal with loyalty cards, and a weekly sale flyer and double coupons. My go to grocery store.

Dave's super Duper was super friendly. Most of the people working the both working the store seem to be very plesant and helpful. Currently as of 07/12/2020 They're meat prices can't be beat. I also like the options to purchase milk and other products from local farms. I will definitely be back.

Great store if you shop the sales. Other items tend to be priced a bit high so just pay attention to prices. The meats are fantastic, we always get the chicken, steaks and ground beef.

I love Dave's Foodtown not only for the great specials they have every week. Their produce meat dairy & deli depts have good quality items. And the $5 coupon off $25 every Wednesday but more so for the employees they are always friendly & eager to assist !

Love the store, love the staff. They keep me coming. Since Foodtown took over, prices are WAY higher. Meats have improved. Unfortunately now I'm forced to spread my shopping over several stores. Dave's is still my first stop. Miss SuperDuper days.

The one cashier Emily was insanely rude and unsanitary. She was picking her nose while bagging my stuff, threw cleaning products in the same bags as my food and it leaked on the way home, and she was very disrespectful to the elderly woman in front of me in line. Great store, but that girl’s gotta go.

This store has the absolute best meat sale in the area! We love shopping here when they are running the sale because you seriously can't beat the prices! Staff is very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this store.

Well, on Wednesday they take $5 off an order over $25 So I shop there virtually every Wednesday. Sometimes I'll buy something as a treat cause it's like I'm getting it for free.They also employ a bunch of local younger people and I believe that is great to do in a small town grocery store.

I shop here regularly & it's getting really aggravating that the teens have no clue or care how groceries are bagged. Raw dripping packages on meat on top of lunch meat, delicate produce with cans drop on top of.... list can go on.

The staff is always FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. And I like that's Dave's stocks RAW MILK and other CRAFT FOODS from our FARMERS and SMALL BUSINESSES. It's also EXCELLENT that they DELIVER GROCERIES to Pleasant Mount every Thursday (and other areas throughout the weekdays). What I truly commend Dave's Super Duper on is how they served the community during the CoVid-19 Pandemic. They got in truckloads of supplies and kept the community well-stocked, continuing to deliver groceries and having curbside pickup, along with in-store shopping. This is MORE than any other store in the area did. And I am so GRATEFUL for their SERVICE. I hope the community continues to support Dave's Super Duper once the crisis has passed. Let's repay their hard work by continuing to purchase our groceries from them now and forever. If you were the beneficiary of their services during this crisis then you owe it to them. I know I do!

They had some great prices on meats, but it seems like it's reverting back to the old Dave's... Center Cut chops on sale in circular @$1.99 lb. Get there and all you find is mixed at that sale price and they look as if meat cutter was blindfolded when cutting. Horrible cuts. Many packages off color in meat dept. Still don't have fried chicken as advertised in circulars. Meats are looking grayish once more. I'll drive the extra miles to Wegman's once again. NOTE: Just learned it has reverted back to Dave's Super Duper. That alone speaks volumes. No more Foodtown? No more me stopping there. Revisited: Needed pork chops. Top one looked decent in package, horrible cuts hidden beneath. When I opened the package, the odor nearly knocked me down! The smell was so bad that I had to seal the chops in a plastic sealed bag before throwing out in the garbage. I guess the health department never visits this place. One would think they purchase outdated meats at a discount to sell. Never, ever again! Not worth getting sick. Steaks and roasts are like chewing on rawhide no matter how well cooked or marinated.

At Dave's Foodtown you save sooo much money on their weekly meat sales... And we can all appreciate that when funds are tight. Today I went in with $65 and only spent $47.33 ! That happens often at Foodtown!

Sad. Another case of milking the public in their time of trouble. Existing items with dust on them, prices are doubled. Customers are made up of those who don't know any better and those who use food stamps who don't care about prices, They don't pay for it. Times have changed David & Michael and, so are the customers in the know who you have lost forever! May you choke on your profits.,
