Love love this pharmacy! The staff is amazing considering they are understaffed. I get text notifications when my prescription is ready. Yes, they are busy and overwhelmed sometimes but I'm never there more than 5-10 minutes. Thank you to all who work there for being so patient. You all deserve raises for how hard you work!

Today was my last bad experience at CVS. For the last three months I’ve been very patient. I call in a prescription and they say it’ll be ready and not once has it been i usually wait for nearly an hour regardless. There are a few nice ones at the pharmacy but for the most part the women are miserable and rude. I don’t care anymore about them being understaffed. I’m taking my business elsewhere. What a joke

Least professional “pharmacy” imaginable. Avoid at any cost. Will be sitting now for just about 2 hours for a simple prescription.Seriously, how are these your “best” employees lol.

I’d never recommend this pharmacy..I don’t use it personally but I bring a couple people here regularly to pick up their medication and everytime even after they receive notifications their prescriptions are ready they are not. It takes days at times to get a prescription filled and the line itself can have you waiting around for 10+ mins to be told your meds aren’t ready.

This pharmacy always goes “above & beyond”. I never have an issue. Yes, every once in a while something goes wrong. But it is usually my insurance not CVS. My thoughts are always for the staff and how they can work at that pace. The work flow there is literally insane 8-10 hours a day. 7 days a week. 360 days a year. Frank is the new pharmacy manager and is doing a great job. The store also does a great job and is always willing to help you. Again. I give the whole Honesdale CVS operation kudos

all of the women that work here look like they hate their lives and they are SO rude. especially the head pharmacist. anytime you ask a question, she is so bothered. it also takes forever to get your prescription. 10/10 would not recommend

Got there at 1:30 exactly to pick up a script. The pharmacy screen was open. Was told they HAVE to close at 1:30 for a half hour lunch as she closed the screen. I live 45 minutes away and have to sit here fuming for half an hour.

Not worried about myself, very unfair to my mother who is disabled and limited. Walked in and the pharmacist insisted covid shots need to be scheduled. As I stated to her, the signs at the pharmacy, along with the info stated online (pictured) need to be changed to reflect scheduling online only. Your customers directed us to Rite-Aid and Walmart.

We have used this pharmacy for years and it has gone steadily downhill. Wait times for prescriptions are out of control, staff is unconcerned and unhelpful and the store itself is a mess. Will be changing pharmacies after 8 years with CVS.

It's impossible to give a place a good review when they don't have anyone working there. Especially when that place is a pharmacy and after you wait online for 45 minutes they close the pharmacy because allegedly nobody works there. How dare you CVS? I really needed my medication tonight. There's going to be a big snow storm tomorrow. I am extremely disappointed. And hopefully I can survive without the medication

DO NOT USE AS A PHARMACY, understaffed and slow, avoid going there because that'll make the understaffing worse, 20 minute hold on the phone and then I couldn't get my medication covered by my insurance because their computer froze up and couldn't be used, I waited for over 30 minutes before I gave up, awful experience

I have used this CVS for over twenty years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The pharmacy is excellent and go above and beyond to help you. Yes there has been some problems with miscommunication but it is very rare and is expected with how long i have been with them. My son has diabetes so we are there a lot and the little problems i have had was mistakes made because not all employees are perfect. The only thing i can really say is the company is a little greedy with keeping staff low. At times i have felt really bad for them. There will be only two people and they are trying to run the drive thru, the counter, phones, customer service, and putting away prescriptions in there proper place. The run around like chickens with there heads cut off to meet demand. Still this CVS is the best place to go

Spoke on the phone multiple times trying to transfer my prescription. It took a week. I had to keep calling. I finally got everything settled and drove an hour to get my prescription. They gave me some other brand (not a generic of what I had a totally different brand) and assumed that would be okay. Definitely not! They didn't even ask or tell me about it. I've tried other brands and they don't work for me. I almost left the store before I noticed. Then they tell me they have to special order it and I have to come in again in a few days. Why didn't they tell me this one of the times I spoke with them before?!? Very disappointed they assumed I would be okay with the switch. Extreme lack of communication!

The Pine Barn Inn I very clean, quiet, friendlyThe employees are very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone! I definitely would stay again!!! The only thing that was missing was my puppy dog!

The only reason I continue going here is because this is the only pharmacy near my house and I get prescription medication from the pharmacy. But, I would NOT recommend this store. The employees are rude, there's always a technical issue with the registers, and the bathroom is disgusting. Be prepared to wait in line for an average of 10 minutes.

Sat on hold for 21 minutes to talk to the pharmacy for 30 seconds. Maybe they should spend less money on automated phone calls about refilling prescriptions (of which no refill was needed) and hire someone to man the phone calls.

I go here to get my pictures developed and Cheryl is just so nice and helpful every time I walk in ! My pictures always come out so nice and it's done very quickly. Just a nice convenient place to pick up a few things. I love this place because of Cheryl, she is the very BEST ! God Bless, Brooks Estadt

Sent my Son for an over the counter medication and he was told that it has to be called in. Asked him for his DOB and then told him it was incorrect. Pretty sure he knows when he was born. Never asked him for his ID. Thanks CVS. I will be sure to not use your store.

Can crooks be able to work? They wont even tell you that medications without your insurance is cheepr than when you give them a card! Glad I can wear a mask now.

Seems like a pretty good pharmacy to me... generally accurate and courteous and since there is low turnover I have come to recognize several of the faces which gives it a less corporate pharmacy feel and more of a hometown pharmacy personal feeling.

My younger brother had gone into the store looking for a game he could get to bring up to my work, while there a middle aged women continued to follow him around the store and proceeded to tell anoth employ to “keep eyes on him” once he had found a game and went to check out the same woman told him to leave his stuff and “take a hike” and continued to accuse him of stealing. He was very upset about this (being a kid and all) I’m not sure if they decided he was “stealing” (which he has never done, he’s the sweetest boy you’d ever meet) because he was young, or because he was young and assumed he didn’t have money (which I sent him down with) being a resident of Honesdale and having him treated like that was completely unnecessary and wrong. She could have handled it much better then she did and again, he hasn’t stolen anything.

Conveniently located in busy honesdale. Entrance and exit was a breeze. This store is more than I thought it would be. Not just drug store. I get myself in trouble with the isles of candy lol
