Cherry Ridge is a top notch organization. My pooch needed to be seen by his vet. I called on Monday at 4pm got an appointment at 9am Tuesday. They do just what my Doctor does for me. I like that. They keep track of all his visits.and vaccinations and remind me when it's time for a visit.My dog has only been seen by Cherry Ridge since 2019. I have confidence in them. Nice staff too.

Cherry Ridge Veterinary Clinic is a compassionate caring environment. The Dr's and staff are very friendly and bend over backwards to make sure you feel comfortable. My dog is 14 and I only wish I found them sooner.

I love this vet! I drive over an hour each way when I have to go to them. It’s a beautiful facility, the staff is always friendly and welcoming & the doctor was great as well. I know my dog Annie is in good hands when she’s with them. They’ve done surgery on her eyelids and it went as well as it could. The vet was also thorough and gave me a lot of good information on another issue I was having with her, unlike her usual vet we see for routine vaccines closer to home.

This veterinary office is amazing. I am so glad that we took this trip there. Well worth the hour and a half drive. The office is large and very clean. The waiting room is set up so nicely with the dog waiting area and cat waiting area separate. The staff were all very friendly. Our initial contact was with Jeff the assistant and he was very pleasant. He took all of our information and was very friendly as well. The veterinarian Dr Rutledge was very thorough with the exam of our little Bella explaining everything to us in detail. He answered all of our questions and explained her upcoming surgery completely to us. overall I am extremely satisfied with this office and would recommend everyone to take their fur babies there.

My dog Jax loves going here and our puppy Mya is learning to love the vet.... staff are great, a little pricey at times but worth it with such great cate til the end of life. When had to put beloved pets down the compassion and care is superb.

We have been to dozens of vets across the country for our high maintenance pugs. Cherry ridge is among our favorite, and we feel lucky to have them relatively nearby. The doctors and vet techs all are cordial, knowledgeable, and efficient in helping us with our dogs.We have been here for a spay, tooth removal, eye issues, as well as regular checkups.

We were new to the area, and needed a vet for our 2 dogs and cat. We have met Dr. Diehl, Dr. Rutledge and Dr. Trayes. I have liked and trusted them all. The support staff is amazing, always accommodating, and very friendly. Dr. Diehl we have seen 2x, once for a cat annual and 1x for an emergency appt for my dog, he was so kind, not at all an alarmist, but still respected my concerns and addressed them, never rushed me (and I really like the vet tech that works w him, she always goes the extra mile). Dr. Rutledge is going to preform surgery on my dogs eye, he is extremely knowledgeable and very down to earth (and he keeps treats in his pockets, my dog REALLY LOVED him). Dr. Trayes was great also, he was very patient w my high needs dog (a tripod) who requires a little more medical attention. The most amazing thing besides the excellent care that my animals have received, is they have what they refer to as a "Comfort Room" for reactive dogs (which mine are) and also for euthanasia. It is in the rear of building and the door opens direct to parking lot. This is a HUGE BENEFIT when my dog reactive pup was sick and the last thing we wanted to do was stress her out walking by other animals. And I imagine the privacy of this room for euthanasia would be comforting for pet parents and also animals, the room is set up more like a living room it has a couch, a toddler bed, plants, and it is very quiet. All three of my visits have been impressive and I would highly recommend any of the vets I have seen.

I highly recommend Cherry Ridge. Everyone that works there are compassionate & truly cares about the wellbeing of your pet.My 17 year old dog was dying. Dr. Henry was very understanding & compassionate.She explained everything well. My baby died peacefully & with dignity.The entire building is designed well. Separate entrance for cats & dogs. It is spotless. They sell pet items. I was very impressed. I'm really picky about who treats my pets. I trust them completely & feel comfortable with the care my babies receive.

I first started going to Cherry Ridge when no other vet would accept my female beagle she can be very aggressive at times and hates the vet. Cherry ridge welcomed her in with warm arms. Words can’t explain how much that means to me! I highly recommend Eric Deihl he is great with all of our animals! Unfortunately the last two time we have been there it has taken a turn for the worst. We loved our vets we were getting but the vet techs that first see us for the appointment have not been the best. I do believe that they just didn’t know what they were doing and we’re not listening to my concerns. I will continue to keep using cherry ridge for two reasons though. 1. The front staff is AMAZING they truly are the best. 2. Eric Deihl! He listens to everything you say and takes care of my animals great! I gave the vet 4/5 starts because unfortunately the vet techs have been hit and miss. Some of them are great some of them have no customer service. Also want to mention how quick they have got in my animals when they were in an emergency I truly appreciate that!

Was NOT a fan of Dr. Eric. He was very rough with my already scared fur baby, which made him all the more scared. The nurse, Sera was great. If you come here, and get Dr. Eric, ask for a different doctor. He does not care for your fur baby.

We take have been taking our 3 year old Akita to Cherry Ridge Vets since we got her as a little pup & we have had a great experience. We have also taken our cats to them for their routine checkups & shots.I have no complaints. Big smiles,Good service & happy pets.They closed down during a storm & I had to go to the nearest open Vet & I had the worst experience ever. Made me realize how good we have it with Cherry ridge.

It was my former shelter dog's visit. Sharon reviewed Kessel's previous medical history from our former vet ( we moved). Our doctor was very thorough with Kessel's examination.The room was very clean and dog fur free!Staff was wonderful, which made my dog's visit tolerable. The outer grounds are beautiful.It was an absolute pleasurable experience for my dog, husband, and myself.Bravo!

I bring my entire pack to cherry ridge, they have taken wonderful care of my 4 German Shepherds, bloodhound and my cat. I highly enjoy their approach to my animals and they really work with each dog.When it was time for one of my dogs to cross the rainbow bridge, their entire staff was helpful and kind. It was even nice that Dr Diehl and staff sent our family a condolences card. The reception staff are great and we were met with compassion on the day we went pick up our pup's ashes.

By far the best care my dog ever got. The staff are knowledgeable and very caring. Their focus is on the wellness of your pet and not on the profit they can make off of you by pushing or guilting you into unneeded tests and treatments that you know you can't afford. I will never take my pets to any other place but Cherry Ridge. T-bone and I thank you all so much!

Took my waffles there today for the first time in an emergency situation. The staff was extremely hospitable, helpful, knowledgeable and above all caring to my little guy. Affordable office visit and medication costs as well which just adds on to such a great facility! Highly recommended!!

I've had cats for 63 years. I've had experience with a lot of vets. All of them were ok, but Cherry Ridge Veterinary Clinic is the best so far. My latest cat is called Freckles. She is hyper, but even Freckles was comfortable with Matt, the assistant & Dr. Trayes, the veterinarian. All of the employees are considerate and caring. When I had to put Pixie to sleep, they gave me choices & let me hold her until her heart stopped beating. That comforted me more than I can say. Now they are taking care of Freckles with the same gentleness & understanding of both Freckles & me. This is a special place.
