Friendly, personable welcoming when first arrived and they were both so sweet to Rue!! I have to say we just moved back from Boston and we tried a local groomer first but she looked the best she has ever looked leaving a groomer. Her nails were perfect and she was shiny and smelled amazing!! Absolutely perfect

They cut my dog way too short . I had to take him to the vet due to him acting really lethargic since he was groomed. The vet thinks they cut him too short and may have hurt his neck.

I know that when I leave my dog for grooming - he will return smelling great and looking perfect. He always looks so nice after a grooming by Yvonne. She really takes care of making him look so nice.

My dog is short haired so there isnt much grooming. However, he is 135lbs & I cant give him a bath at home. I had trouble getting him into my suv so i called & asked if it was ok to bring him in late. The lady in grooming was very understanding & helpful. I was very thankful as he needed his bath.

The Waterfront Petco team is always nice and patient with my dog. I have a german shepard and he gets anxious during his visit. They treat him with care and don't push his limits. He does not always like to have his front nails trimmed, they just go with his mood and if needed skip the nail trim. Sarah took good care of him this last visit and she was great.

We just moved, and we used to take our bulldogs to the PetSmart in East Liberty near our old place. Petco at the Waterfront was 1,000x times better from intake to quality of service. Our groomer was meticulous and took extra good care of each wrinkle and toe. We'll be back!
