In this digital age of e-readers, it's always nice to step inside a physical book store. The feel of a real book in your hands, the smell, the sound of the pages turning, the thrill of literally turning over a new leaf.Oh, this store is also pretty awesome. It's always clean and well staffed. The employees are a joy to interact with, brimming with excitement to share their favorite reads. The shelves are never empty, with plenty to delight your eyes and mind. I love popping in to wander the stacks.

I forgot how good it feels to be in a book store, specially a Barnes and Noble. I’m opposed to big chains, but I also like their structure and the plenty of space they have for people to walk and choose books. The children’s section is amazing, we even let our baby crawl through it for a bit.

Easily my favorite Barnes & Noble. The Starbucks has friendly and helpful batista and make excellent drinks. Store is very clean and inviting. Several places to sit and read a few pages. Staff available to help locate anything if you have problems. But selection of games.

I went in on a whim to get a specific book for my Dad for Christmas, Witness by Whittaker Chambers (great book!) and they didn’t have it, but! Kate at the info desk asked if I’d like to order it for home delivery, and I said yes, it was either order it there with Kate, or via Amazon. She made it easy to do and got me free shipping. Normally I’ve found ordering from a store for home shipment to be a painful process, but this wasn’t. Very pleasant shopping experience, thank you

Barnes and Noble at Waterfront is spectacular and the employees are polite, helpful and welcoming. Anytime we need Pokémon cards or books or anything related to Lego books, we always go to this store!

Cute little place in Homestead. They make you walk all over the place to find a cash register station. Newsflash, it's not in the back. 50% of the store is dedicated to this massive kids area. They have a nice clearance area. I bought some expired moose crunch from the holiday season. Weird stuff. Anyhow, I've only been in B&N like 3 times in my life, this being the 3rd. They tried to sell me a annual membership. Lol

Im from a small town, and just moved to Pittsburgh. I was blown away by the size of the store and happily overwhelmed by how many different things they had. From kids books, adult fiction, graphic novels,dungeons and dragons game books..to Legos and toys. This store is a man child's dream.

What happened to the Big Train in the kids section! I took my Grandson on Saturday & was alittle disappointed on the smaller one! No play area for the smaller kids!!

The products are good they have a great selection of reading material and other stuff , but honestly when I'm shopping by want to know the price of the item there is very little to no price tags on anythingIt was very hard to find the cost of an item so you could do bargain comparisons and save money. When asked why there was no price tags I was told that's just how it is

This B&N has the best staff! I called to see if they had a book in stock and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The atmosphere is awesome too. My kids had a blast looking through the kids section and there were cozy places to "try before you buy." Best find? "Goodnight Lab" based on the "Goodnight Moon" series!

Nice layout to the bookstore and a well-staffed Starbucks. Feels comfortable to browse, and very roomy. I like it. Parking was easy. I would like to see a little more variety in book selections instead of the usual ten volumes of best-selling, "you've seen the movie now read the book" genre leaders. Aren't there like a hundred thousand new books published each year? Maybe give some of these new authors a little shelf space, too.

Barnes and Noble is just a great place to go. Lots of books. Nice food and coffee. Drinks, toys, gifts, music, puzzles, journals. Very nice staff here, always helpful!

One of the best bookstores in town. Granted most of the other ones have gone under in recent years, Barnes has managed to stay open with a cafe and a lovely, informative staff who wear their love of books on their sleeves. I recommend asking them for a book suggestion or two: like librarians, they always have something good to suggest!

Always a great experience at this Barnes and Noble, The store is conveniently located in an awesome shopping center and a visit there can be combined with other tasks, which is real plus. Great selection of books and magazines and helpful staff. The Starbucks section is perfect for making final selections over coffee!

I love this location. The people are super nice, the shelves are stocked, and they are willing to find books for you- both on the sales floor and in the back. The toys are reasonable and the children's section is well stocked with books for all ages. The audio area includes CDs and vinyl music as well as audio books. If you love books, you'll love this place! And you can have a cup of coffee and sit a while when you're done shopping.

A bit smaller than the monroeville one with a limited genre section depending what your looking for; but nice place to grab a coffee from Starbucks and a good book. Atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful for fellow bookworms.

The person that helped me was so friendly. First when I was getting a drink in the café, then after I browsed for a bit, they helped me at the checkout line. There is always such a helpful and friendly atmosphere here.
