The store itself is decently clean and organized, good selection/variety. But don’t sign up for their rewards, it advertises $2 off that day when you sign up, but the “Manager” of the store doesn’t understand how it works and will literally argue with you when you tell her what the screen is saying. She will not try to help you whatsoever. When I asked for someone else to speak to, she first told me just no, and then that she was the manager. I didn’t see anything identifying on her like a name tag, but honestly based off the interaction/how she acted I am unsure if she is the actual manager or just wanted me to leave, and if she IS the actual Manager she needs training in how her store runs and customer interactions.

Give you the run around ALL the time with when your meds will be filled. They don’t go off date they filled the previous month, they wait days later sometimes a week or more!!. They will tell you different days each time you call and ask. They can’t do their jobs. Don’t even bother using them.

Drive up window is never open. They send texts that your prescription is ready and when you go to pick it up it isn't. They have people working in the pharmacy that don't know what they are doing. NEVER had these problems when it was Kopp Drug. I will be changing pharmacies.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I am so glad I don't deal with them for my children's prescriptions! Giant eagle all the way! My sister's vehicle has been in the shop for months so I do all of her running for her, including running her to this pharmacy or even picking up her prescription every month when she can't. 99% of the people working at the counter are rude and careless. Every interaction She or I have with these people is disgraceful. My sister actually called the other day, 25 minutes before their lunch break, just to ask a question. The grumpy lady who answered the phone put her on hold and KEPT HER ON HOLD until their lunch break, just so she didn't have to do her job! 25 minutes on hold just to have to hang up because they went on lunch. Do these people not know that they work in customer service? Find a different job if you hate the general public so much! This place needs an entire team of new employees if they want to continue business.Do not go to this pharmacy, unless you like to be treated like dirt!

This place is a hot mess. The drive thru is always closed, they often take days to fill prescriptions and don't communicate when they can't fill something or its going to take longer. There has been a problem with nearly every medication I've tried to fill here in the 3 months I've been using this pharmacy. They often fail to answer the phone and some of the staff are rude. The new pharmacist is very nice and helpful but she is only one person and there are clearly more issues here than one good pharmacist can fix. If Rite Aid wasn't one of the only options in network for my insurance, I'd have switched to another pharmacy by now. Very disappointing and unprofessional.If you're reading this review and looking for a good pharmacy, Martin's in Duncansville is amazing. Unfortunately UPMC chose not to contract with them.Rite Aid: Do Better.

I went today to pick a couple things up. If today was a indication of what's to come since Jill left, I will be moving to a different pharmacy. I have heard several times that the pharmacy hasn't been opening till 3pm. It was a complete disaster. The drive thru line had at least 10 cars in it. The window inside has around 15 people waiting in line. I love this pharmacy and most of the people that work there. But one of my main reasons of staying was Jill and Jaycee.

I switched to this pharmacy because I thought it would be more convenient..but after dealing with the rude workers multiple times, I’ve switched pharmacies..they have a rude staff & that is the number one reason that I switched (haven’t even been with them for more than a year) the line is always very long inside and at the drive thru. I personally wouldn’t recommend using this pharmacy to anyone.

Bad floor manager. Their website say you can be 16 to work there. My daughter turned in her resume, she had an appointment and the manager wasn't there the second time we went there only to be told you have to be 18 and all positions are filled. Thank you, rite-aid for wasting our time. And fix your website.

Rite aid will not be getting another red cent from me ever again period! About a month ago I called in to refill my prescription for eye drops. Went to pickup lady said it's too early I can't give them to you. I was almost out. I went back up two days later as I was completely out. Different lady this time she told me they made a mistake and only gave me one bottle the last time I picked up. Today I go in with a workers comp injury. I was told either I pay for the prescription or wait till staff calls workers comp. Not problem I'll come back. Almost 3 hours later I go back. I ended up paying for the prescription. Every time I go there I get attitude from them. I will be switching pharmacy.

They could not be any slower at getting you your prescriptions! There is always a line here inside or drive through no matter the time of day. Literally the slowest pharmacy I've been to. There needs to be more people or better training or both... whichever fixes this recurring issue.

Yesterday I was in line n my kids asked me to look at something n when I turned back around they had closed the window for lunch break I had no choice I had to leave n come back next day then I go in today(Sunday) n I looked at the hrs before I went in n the pharmacy part was closed for the day. I'm on meds I nd everyday n now I'm out needless to say I'll be getting my meds at a different pharmacy from now on

I will have to personally say that this pharmacy is one of the nicest ones we have ever been in . The entire staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful with whatever you need . I highly recommend anyone to go here and we are so happy to be at this pharmacy .
