When questioned the manager about items being gluten-free and whether or not, he can serve a gluten-free/protein burger he said OK he can make one of that. When he delivered to my table, it had a bun I gave it back and then he came back with chopped up lettuce, like a salad on burger. And then when I asked about the ice cream, and if it was gluten-free or not, nobody can answer that question and I said well probably is not being that you don’t know. Come to find out reading your website that your soft serve is in fact gluten-free I don’t believe this is the fault of the manager or the employees but The franchise, owner or corporate needs to make sure employees know what’s gluten-free and what’s not gluten-free. It is detrimental to some peoples health to know these facts and not just gluten-free other health issues. Step it up or I will not return.Dietary restrictions: Your staff has no clue on what dietary restriction meals include period misinformed people Will make people Sick.

This place is a joke. First they get our order wrong 4 times. Yes 4 times. Then we get faulsly accused of “laughing at the employees”. They had disabled people working their witch is obviously completely fine. We were accused of laughing at them meanwhile we were completely respectful throughout the whole time. Nobody was laughing at them. But we were laughing after the 4th time getting our order messed up.Kid-friendliness: Horrible atmosphere

Had the pleasure of dining in Dairy Queen at this location with my family and it was well worth it. I had the #1 Bacon Cheeseburger meal. It was cooked to perfection. The burger was juicy and very appetizing. The fries were pretty good as well. I topped my meal off with a M&M Blizzard. Everything was very satisfying and My family will certainly be back soon to dine in.

If I think of going to Dairy Queen, I think of the one in Logan Town Center in Altoona. I've never had a bad experience there and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Tonight, I was reminded why I don't go to the DQ in Duncansville. (The only reason we went was to meet friends who live nearby.) The workers seemed bothered by the fact they had customers. When ordering, I asked for a cup of ice water and was told I had to pay for the cup. (The rest of my family bought drinks. I wasn't being cheap, I just wanted water.) I had to ask someone to wipe off a table because most of them were visibly dirty (crumbs, fries, ketchup). Our food was decent, but my "mushroom" swiss burger had like a slice and a half of mushroom, as shown in the picture. There was more, but I feel like at this point it would be nit-picking. I won't return and will certainly recommend others go to Logan Town Center instead.

I am exceptionally impressed. I walked in and they have a handicapped/disabled woman stationed at the front working as a greeter from her motorized chair, this touched me. I am very impressed DQ is giving opportunities such as that to disabled individuals, giving them the opportunity to earn money. Her name is Lisa and she is very friendly. Kudos DQ for doing this.Parking: A lot of spaces, very open, good flow.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a disabled woman in a wheelchair stationed by the front door greeting people. This is absolutely heartwarming and terrific. 👍

While the employees there are friendly, and the food is good, there is one particular person that needs to be fired, the assistant manager Melissa, she is rude and ignorant to her employees, she yells at them, even when there are customers, but when the owners are there she acts all friendly, I don't recommend going there or working there, because of this lady DQ can't keep employees for very long because know one should have to put up with a rude person like her

Don't eat here that often, my wife and I walk in ordered two meals I also ordered two sides of sauce. Got the pool side punch slushie (which for those that never had well ur missing out!) The food was cooked perfect! The slushie was made great which once again if u never had one they have to be made correctly or it doesn't taste quite the same. The associates working the three I spoke to while there were very friendly.. I'll go back again whenever I'm in the mood for some hot eats and cool treats 😋Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp for wheelchairs

This Dairy Queen is getting ready to move into their new location at the Meadows intersection around the end of November. The current store is a little old but the service is great and the food and ice cream are great for the price.

Food quality was not like that of other DQs. Was not up to DQs standers by any means. When manager was confronted about said food quality he just said "would you like another". We declined because it was obvious that it would be just as poor as our last.

OMG I love the ice cream cuz I can get whatever I want, Dairy Queen is definitely where you get whatever you want when it comes to ice cream. Friendly service usually takes a few minutes but they're making you know creating ice cream desserts. But I love the fried food the burgers everything is great, awesome fast food!!

I feel like this Dairy Queen often gets a bad rap for being in a less than ideal location without a drive through. However, the staff is extremely polite and the eating area seems cleaner than most fast food places in the area. The ice cream may take a little longer to mix than other locations, but everything is made well. The meals are well priced and this is a great place to grab ice cream in Duncansville.

Love this place. Food is good and hot. Ice cream is very good. Can't beat the $5.00 meal box every day all day. Friendly staff, clean resturant. My only complaint is the bathrooms need updating. Very out dated, locks on the doors need fixed. The bathroom is like in a broom closet.

This particular Dairy Queen is above average. The interior is a bit dated but I've never had food that hot from a fast food place. The young people working there were incredibly nice well
