They are cheaper than most groomers but I don't like the way they work. I've been to them several times and my dog comes back limping. She has really bad arthritis in her hips and I feel like maybe they pull her around too much or something. My dog is old and I don't think she should come home limping like that.

They are very professional and very friendly to both animals and people alike! They have 3 shop cats that roam around inside the shop. The kitties are very friendly but only on their terms lol...typical kitties!

Horrible job on dog and overcharged me a couple of months ago. Buddy just had his dog done today and said the woman did a bad job on his dog then closed the register without giving him change, assuming a tip and jacking the price up on him again. He said the hair on one of his dogs' legs was longer than the other and was just brushed down. He won't be back either. AVOID this place!!!

I have a older lab and she's very weary of people and can be hard to handle but the lady at Cheryl's my lab goes in and does fantastic for the lady she's really well with my lab love it there
