All of the staff is compassionate, understanding and very friendly. They are great with both of my dogs whom are very different personalities. Very accommodating to both. The paw plans are very useful as well- never seen another vet offer anything like it.Best veterinarian practice my family has ever seen❤️

They were so professional- I’m a young adult and they didn’t treat me like a child, which a lot of vets will do because of my age. My dog gets scared easily and she was very comfortable with them. My favorite part is that they keep all animals separated- particularly the waiting room; so, if your pet isn’t okay with other animals they do everything they can to keep them safe and comfortable and that is honestly the biggest comfort. We have a follow up appointment soon and I’m not stressed a single bit.

Such a great, wonderful place! I’d give 10 stars if I could! Brought my puppy here for the first time today, and they made her feel so safe and reassured me she was okay! They did such a wonderful job! They actually care for animals, not the money. Such compassion! This will be my vet forever! Thank you Blair Animal Hospital for everything you do! Our first experience with this office was a heart breaking one and also so sudden. They were so accommodating with our 11 year old great dane, who was not even a regular patient of theirs. They got him in the same day and sadly he was old and worn out, so it was a sad day for our family. They were so caring, so kind to us and our dog, that we continued care with them for our new yellow lab puppy. They have been amazing every step of the way!

They were able to get us in and provide such caring quality care. They worked to ensure our pup was not scared and was treated like she was one of theirs. They also made sure I was completely informed about everything they were going to do that day and during the next visit so I would not be surprised. They offered a lot of valuable information.

Everyone at Blair Animal Hospital are truly beautiful! Lead Technician Josh was very knowledgeable and caring during Gretchen’s wellness visit. Dr. Winkler came in and spoke with me about Gretchen’s health and behavior and shows how much she cares for her patients well being. I had so many questions about cost, programs, treatments etc. Diana was great! She took her time with me, explained everything, helped me book my appointments, gave me program information. She was wonderful. I am so glad my animals will be treated by individuals that take the time to explain and help with decisions so nicely. Sometimes you dont get that these days.

They gave excellent care to our overly anxious cat, they didn’t stress her out at all. The team however DID inflate her ego by telling her how beautiful she is and now she demands to be called “Your Meowjesty”. 10/10 would recommend.

Love this vet. Moved to the area in June from Philly area and have had nothing but great experiences. Dog has gone in for a new patient exam, his neutering, and tech appointment. He loves it there so I think that’s a testament to the care and kindness of the staff!

Excellent Service from Dr. Winkler and Josh! Was traveling through the area for the Holidays when my senior dog needed an emergency visit. I orginally chose this vet because the pricing was the mist affordable for me. I was worried on the way there because i had never been to them before, but the staff were so patient & caring while giving them their shots. The vets took their time examining both my dogs for their first time which made me feel relieved that they werent treated as just a number. They went out of their way to cut both of their nails at the end of the visit as well. It was around a comfortable experience for both my pups & myself.

This veterinary hospital is thy best!! My first visit was today my dog hates going… anyhow the staff was so friendly with my dog even though he is aggressive they weren’t not scared! The veterinarian was GREAT 😊 She explained information too me very meticulously! The staff went above and beyond! If I ever do get a dog again THIS place will be my establishment! Again THANK YOU 🙏

TERRIBLE option for anyone on a budget.They do offer a Paw Plan to cover routine visits only, but if they fail to get your get the care they need, they absolutely will continue to charge you after your pet has passed away.I adopted a senior cat recently who started refusing food. She was losing weight rapidly, and because she had an established vet record here from her previous owners, I thought it would be best to bring her back here where she was last seen. Even after consulting her records, the best they could come up with was that it was an issue with her teeth, that it was potentially uncomfortable for her to eat.They convinced me to sign up for their Paw Plan to cover the cost of a cleaning. This seemed to make no difference for her and unfortunately, a week later she passed away.I did receive a condolences card from them after I informed them of her passing. Because of the astronomical charge for cremation, we decided to bury her ourselves and say goodbye the only way we could afford to.Now, after paying for the plan for two months already, they're telling me I'm on the hook for another $630 dollars- for ONE teeth cleaning and nothing else.If you miss a payment on this Paw Plan, they will continue to try to charge your card on file EVERY day until they get their money. Don't have the full amount in your account? They'll take what you do have and continue to fish for the rest every day until it is paid.I understand they are trying to run a business, but this feels borderline predatory.Now I'm reminded, sometimes several times a month, of my pets passing and the experience we had, via bank alerts telling me my account has been drained.Awful experience, I regret bringing her here.

The phone calls are a very long wait in queue but they are very nice, they get you in as soon as possible for pet emergencies. Helped my grandma get her cat checked out, got them in the next morning. Would recommend

We had the pleasure of meeting the kind and intelligent veterinary staff at this animal hospital during our travels through PA. I scheduled a same day appointment for an unexpected veterinary treatment, was treated respectfully and my dog was handled with compassion and practicality. Our interaction was favorable, our appointment was informative and enjoyable. My dog is happy and we are back on the road again. Thank you for being one of the good ones. This place was the Best decision I made. They're extremely nice, clean, and most important very thorough. I read their reviews and it made me feel comfortable to go to this place. Another great thing was they were able to get my son's cat in that day. They accept new pets, no waiting WK/wks, and prices were fair. I 100%recommend them. Thanks Blair Animal Hospital you took great care of my son's cat while hes deployed. I can't let NOTHING happen to his/family cat so now I don't have to worry with having you guys for his vet. He'll be taken great care of and anyone that chooses to see you guys for their fur babies.
