My favorite place to stop to get ice cream on my motorcycle journeys. I ride all the way from northeast Ohio to get the home made waffle cone and Perry’s ice cream. The scenery around East hickory is beautiful and the Little Store is one of the amazing gems in the area that you have to come visit!

This is a must-stop for bacon lovers! They have great regular and double-smoked bacon, meat sticks in a variety of flavors, and really good sandwiches! They have grocery staples, lots of beverage choices, meats, cheeses, and hand-made waffle cones to go with their hand-dipped ice creams!

A cabin trip tradition and must stop. The best bacon in the state, cut to order. Try the hillbilly bacon it's amazing. Great Perry's ice cream and the home made waffle cones are a must. Marilyn and Luke provide top notch customer service.

This place is what a local "little store" should be. Nice variety of basic groceries with friendly helpful employees. The ice cream in a homemade waffle cone is a nice treat. But the best purchase you can make is BACON. Do not leave without some bacon. Worth the trip

Cool "old" store. Awesome BACON, smoked cheese, and meat sticks. The homemade waffle cone may be the best anywhere! A wide variety of ice cream, various cuts of meat, and lots of jams and pickled items. The owner and her grandson are great to talk too.

The Little Store is such a pleasant place to shop! When at camp, we make a point to pop in to see Marilyn, Val or the grandson (I'm sorry, his name slipped mind). The minute you walk in, the smell of homemade waffle cones slaps you in the face and lures you to the back of the store where an assortment of Perry's Ice Cream awaits. Delicious!! If in the area, stop in. You won't be disappointed!

Friends and relatives told me about this great little shop. They sell their own bacon there, and that alone is worth the trip. They also have a great selection of anything you could need if you're camping or canoeing along the Allegheny.

Used to go there 20-40 years ago when we had a cabin on church hill and had to buy extra bacon always to take back to Cleveland, and we always enjoyed the ice cream cones.

The owner has stayed late when she was closing because we needed items for camp and arrived late. Always pleasant, helpful. Old country family style store. Clean. Supplied well. Been in business for decades. Highly recommend.
