I love coming here, everyone is extremely nice. My dog, Toby, does not do well around other dogs and people. Julia always does an amazing job and is extremely patient with him. I highly recommend you come here, you won’t be disappointed!

Very crooked. New employee ruined the cut. Was rude when I asked her why one side looks different then the other. Told me to come back. I figured that means when I needed it. When I called back. Put me on hold for 5 minutes hoping I would hang up. Then offered me a follow up appointment more than 30 days away. Just bad service lately. Been going to this place for years and the owner was great. To bad the new employees are rude and lack skills to do the job

Went here a few times. This time was the last! Apparently, they don't know how to handle certain dog breeds! My beagle always barks, that's what they do. They claimed that she had separation anxiety, which she doesn't. I dropped her off for a wash and nail trim. They said when she is done they need her picked up immediately, because she too much to handle and they are a small place. I said I would. When I got back, the lady basically berated me, for not coming in 2.9 seconds. It was a 20 mins because I was picking up my elderly mother from an appointment! I told her that I don't understand the rush and didn't know why the were having such difficulties with her. My dog is a pleasant loveable dog, never any issues! If you need a groomer, do not use these people, very unprofessional! They did a terrible job on my dog, thankfully my normal groomer is back in business after a brief illness. I will be using them from now own! If I could give no stars I would!

The staff at the Paw Spa were amazing,we brought all 5 of our dogs to have their nails done and each dog was treated with kindness and professionalism it was a success from beginning to the end!

I bring my cat Flash for nail trimming. He hates to go but the staff are very good with him, always respond to messages left. I would highly recommend.

My dog started going here because the lady I loved to groom her moved away. She followed another lady to this place from her previous grooming place. I always had a weird vibe from this lady Angie but I took my dog anyway. My dogs last appointment I made was changed by someone who works there because I got a text confirmation of it. When I called to verify they had the wrong appointment I was told they couldn’t take my dog that day anyway so I rescheduled again to Tuesday when they text me the same day after I changed my work schedule about a few hours before my appointment that my dog couldn’t be seen again because her groomer was sick. Now, i understand sickness couldn’t be avoided but you knew before two hours before if you are not feeling well. Also when I asked if someone else there could take her they told me no because they are already taking her other dogs. Well how do you pick which dogs make the cut of still being able to go in ? Anyway, the young lady who answers the phone must’ve been offended because I said I was annoyed and my dog would find another place to go, thanks and I ended the call. I get a text from Angie the groomer that she is not “comfortable”, taking my dog as I hung up on her associate. The funny part is I said thanks and ended the call and she wasn’t speaking so that’s not the definition of hanging up on someone. Also, I have to admit I am a person of color so not sure what makes Angie uncomfortable by me but I’m just putting that out there. I usually don’t post bad reviews but I had to tell my story of my experience here. Oh and not to mention last time my dog was there I picked her up she was shaking and anxious for 2 days. This post is not to influence if anyone chooses to take their pet to the Paw Spa. Go off or your own experience with these people but mine has not been good and when I said thanks I will find Remi someplace else to go that means she is no longer coming there so the text I got from Angie was quite petty. Anyway found Remi a mobile groomer as a recommendation and I’m so happy now! Side note: I have never made any one feel uncomfortable. I don’t even carry myself in that way. Remi and I both deserve better treatment!

Staff was very friendly & proper safety precautions were in place. Our little Yorkie got a bath, haircut, & nail trim, and looked especially adorable! They did such a great job & gave him a little bandana to wear ( too cute!) He will absolutely be a repeat customer!

The staff there is the best and always excited to see our puppy, and our puppy is always excited to see them. They do a great job on cavaliers! They also have nail caps which we found to be very beneficial for those times that she likes to jump on people or scratch at the treat drawers :-)

I can't say enough wonderful things about our first experience with a groomer today. I've been grooming my mini schnauzer for 4 and half years. But, with schedule changes and increasing stress levels (on both parts), we decided it was time to look for a groomer. I researched and contacted several groomers in the area over the course of a couple of week.Ashley wrote me back on FB and I instantly got a good feeling about this place. After asking friends and coworkers, I found out that several friends take their beloved pets here. And have nothing but great things to say.My dog is a rescue and came from a hard life before we adopted him. He's always fearful and skittish. I relayed this information to Ashley and she assured me it wouldn't be a problem. It sure wasn't! Sheldon was very scared when we arrived but was happy and wagging his tail when I picked him up. He was well taken care of and he looked so handsome with his new cut afterwards.The Paw Spa listened to what I wanted for him and delivered exactly what I asked. We couldn't have had a better first groomer experience. We'll be back! If you're looking for a new groomer, look no further than The Paw Spa. I highly recommend them!

The shop owners are very friendly and take great care if our dog while he's in their care. They do a great job deshedding, cleaning, and trimming nails. Prices are fair.

Our regular groomer broke her hand. Since I work in the Briatcrest complex... decided to give The Paw Spa a try with our beloved Imperial Shih-tzu Gracie, who is tiny and doesn't always enjoy grooming. I was one-part worried for them and one-part worried for her. Worries be gone!!! Gracie looked and smelled wonderful and maybe... she even enjoyed it just a little! I would not hesitate to use their services again!! Thank you beyond!!!

These ladies are wonderful with my puppers! Very gentle with the nail clipping and they are nice and clean after a bath. They're my go to local small business to keep my pups in great shape!
