I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience here. Matt is a phenomenal artist and worth every penny. My former artist had started my right arm sleeve 2 years ago and moved to Pittsburgh. I didn’t know who to turn to because of the level of realism I expect in this oceanic sleeve. I stumbled on 5 Pound’s page and for a long time I watched his artistry grow and evolve. I finally booked an appt and gave him a glimpse of my vision for this arm. Today was my first session and I’m blown away. The quality and level of realism this has is beyond words. I’m so happy I found him and I love his personality. We had really fun day getting to know one another and I’ll be going to him and him only for the rest of my tattoos. 1000/10*these are his pictures he took at the end of session*

About 2 years ago I got a tattoo that i immediately regretted & wanted to find someone who had good tattoo work. Browsed around my area & was not satisfied with the work i then searched for places in different towns & came across 5lb gummy, seen the artwork & knew this will be a place where i would be satisfied just based of how the portraits even looked. Amazing experience ever! Got My first tattoo the other day and it was a great time. Mehmet welcomed us and was really nice when setting up for the first time. I'll definitely come back in the future for more tattoos from him! Also definitely recommend going to them for tattoos, they're very skill artists. 😁✨️

I got my first tattoo here not too long ago and was the best decision I made. They were very friendly, professional, and quick. Mehmet did my tattoo and he just needed a basic idea of what I wanted and he made a better design than what I could think of. Definitely coming back here for another tattoo at some point.

I just got my first tattoo today and it was nothing but the best experience. When we got there , Dab (the sweetest pitty you will ever meet) and Matt (the artist) greeted us at the door.Matt listened to my ideas for my first tattoo and came up with this amazing idea.I was always worried about what to put on my body that is going to be there for the rest of my life. But man, he nailed it.He was very professional, made sure I was comfortable and years of experience showed on every little detail of my new tat.I highly recommend this place. Good atmosphere and vibes . We were treated like VIPs, and can't wait to go back for more additions.

I had Mehmet do some work on my leg. First off this artist is very respectful and courteous. He was precise and his work was incredible. He understood what I wanted and brought my vision to life. The location and office itself was very clean and organized. Mehmet offered refreshments and made sure I was comfortable. Awesome artist! Went to get a tattoo, not expecting much. Left with a tattoo artist for life. Was supposed to take 3 hours and took longer than expected. After spending 4 hours with Mehmet, you can do the math, He was worth every penny. Amazing tattooer and even more amazing energy. If Mehmet ever leaves I will too I don't know where I'll be going but let's keep him. I'll be back. PS I don't have a picture. It was 3 Ravens, just trust me, bro.

Got a beautiful strip of pictures of my husband and I from here and it came out perfect!! Looks exactly like the photo I have, the artist even flipped the image so the emblem on my husband’s hat wasn’t backwards. All the artists are super friendly and incredible at what they do!

I have gone here now for about 1 year and have been blown away each time I come out with a new tattoo. Today I met Mehmet the newest artist in the studio. Saying he is a great guy is an understatement I saw him handle a client who was getting their first tattoo and he was great walking him through the process being very nice and making his first experience great. I was shown some of his work and watched him practice his craft on some fake skin as I was in the shop and his work is incredible. Highly recommend to go get a tattoo from Mehmet?

I got my first tattoo 40+ years ago so I’m no stranger to tattoos, in fact, I have tattoos on top of tattoos. Recently 5 Pound Gummy Tattoo was recommended to me by a friend. I first checked out his work on his Facebook page. I liked what I saw so I set up a consult with him. At the consult I shared my vision of what I was looking for in my new tattoo. He agreed to do the work and we set up a date and time. On the day of my appointment I couldn’t have been more pleased with the design. He tweaked it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and then he went to work. I’ve been tattooed by several different artists from coast to coast and points in between. I can say with confidence that Gummy has mad skills; he’s a great artist and an exceptional tattooist. The shop was clean and the energy and vibe was cool as hell. I’d recommend him without reservation.

I cannot recommend this place enough! He does AMAZING work and I am just slightly obsessed with the 3 tattoos he has done for me....they look fucking awesome and were all I wanted them to be and more. If you are looking to have a tattoo done go to 5lb Gummy...you will not be disappointed.I will definitely be going back to 5lb Gummy to have more tattoos done in the future.
