Spoke to bob from hermitage on the phone a couple of minutes ago. I simply asked him to look for a pink dogwood tree and hold it for me. He was extremely rude and argued on the phone with me saying they wouldn’t hold it. He said he put a hold sign on it but didn’t even ask for my name. Bob is lucky I need these trees for my elderly grandfather or I would never shop at hermitage Tsc because bob needs a attitude adjustment.

From the second I walked into the door I was treated very rudely by the the guy at the door with the red vest obviously thinks he's something never have I experienced such ignorant and rudeness in my life word of mouth is the best for Michelle's and I can guarantee you I will be letting everyone know the experience I got there the second I walked through that door and was confronted by this man who seemed to be full of himself and shouldn't be interacting with public especially the first person at the door right when you walk in I can't even think of any time I've ever had anyone or think of anyone that could have even been possibly like that I know I'm a nice and a great person and I just don't even know where that even came from.

I really do like this Tractor Supply. The employees are really knowledge and able to help anyone who comes in. They've got a good selection of parts for my outdoor power equipment that other stores don't have. I've got a lot of tools from this store that I couldn't have afforded anywhere else but TSC had for the right price. I can't say enough good things about this store.

My husband and I are setting up an electric fence around our garden and the staff at the Hermitage store have been very helpful. Today we were trying to finish and were unsure about hooking up the gate latch to the final insulator. Lacy was so helpful and even let me film her on method for hooking everything together with the wire so I could show my husband. Thank you so much Lacy. My meditation today was on watching for kindness in my day and being grateful for it. So thanks again. It was very appreciated

This is a great store for farm supplies or country living. They carry a wide range of items for DIYers for repair or installing. They also carry an assortment of clothes, work and casual, plus shoes, boots and hats.I happened to go in today looking for a lawn roller only to find out that they didn't have the one in stock. I asked the gentleman that waited on me if he could check to see if others stores might have them as the roller I was looking for was in their recent flier. He told me that none of the stores in the PA/OH area had any which saved me a lot of calling or driving.

Doesn't carry quality locks, files, or any of the other hardware I have tried to get there. Beyond that it is great, staff are helpful, store is clean. They use higher quality locks to secure their outdoor merchandise than you can buy in the store, which seems a bit hypocritical. Master Lock: Good enough to sell, not good enough to use. (Don't buy Masterlock)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I purchased a battery and forgot the old one at home. Then I got the wrong battery. In the end they were able to get me the right battery I needed and on my way quickly.

Good place to shop but if you buy with a debit card & need to return it you must wait days to get your cash back on the card. So if you think you may need to return anything pay with cash

They stand behind their products. I had purchased a Cub Cadet lawn mower that within a year was literally falling apart piece by piece. Well yesterday it died completely. I contacted the store without the receipt hoping that it could be fixed or exchanged. End result I ended up with a better model brand new cutting my lawn was a breeze. I really appreciate the customer service shown.

Always helpful and friendly. They carry many products that are hard to find elsewhere. From clothes to animal food, they offer high quality at lower prices. Best bird seed prices. Pet items, clothing, seeds, etc.

The staff at this store has been very rude and combative on several occasions. One they refused to honor there own advertized price on an item another time I purchased a large item and they didn't want to get it out of the back with only 45 minutes till closing and asked me to come back the next day. When I arrived I had to argue with the same lazy employee about weather the item would fit in my car. Eventually a manager can and helped me load it. Very disappointed in this TSC staff.

Absolutely, love tractor supply. You could find absolutely anything and everything you may need. They have everything from animal supplies, to home decor, clothing, boots, in the spring they have ducks and chickens and the staff is willing to help at all times. They have a pet clinic every Saturday, it is only an hour and a half which makes for a tight schedule, but it is very convenient if needing to get your animal updated on their shots.Highly recommend this store!

Great selection of food for wild animals such as rabbits, squirrels and birds. Supplies to distribute the food as well. Nice selection of bird feeders and yard ornaments. Tools are also sold. Their clothes selection is quite large from shorts to jeans to big durable coveralls for winter. They sell everything from soup to nuts-soil to rock salt!

I generally shop here for all the nuts and bolts I use on various projects around my house, their pricing on these types of items is set up to pay by the pound which provides an enormous savings over paying by the piece. The staff is always friendly and courteous and their sales prices can't be beat.

Friendly people but inadequate help to provide informed advice. When manager finally arrived, was told they did not stock the connection hose to use the heater with the fuel tank. Help is usually scarce there and not readily identified by any uniform, so they are strictly undercover.

Went to your location to refill my propane and it was frozen no where on your site was there saying it was not operational. I drove 15 miles to find out its frozen.

Recently purchased a trailer here and the total experience was terrible. All in all I made 6 trips to Hermitage to get the trailer and title, TSC did discount it in the longer run, but I will NOT be purchasing anything from them that requires a title EVER AGAIN

I can find all the things I want in one place. Dog food, cat food, clothing for summer and for winter, also hardware items, and candles and also they have a pet clinic every Saturday to update your animals on all of there shots; or to just get them looked at if they're sick.

Dissatisfied with this visit. Needed a bushing ASAP, walked in an found only ONE bushing out of all the 5 or 6 tags for various size bushings. Now who out there thinks this was the one I needed? Of course not. Went to the Hermitage and Greenville stores with no luck. At least Greenville had a few more choices and the Greenville Customer Service rep took the time to see what was available at other stores to save me from wasting time!! She also offered two other solutions that would be closer and that I could make it to before they closed at 5!! Talk about a life saver!! Now talk about great Customer Service at the Greenville store!!! This did not happen at the Hermitage store, at 4th his store she simply answered all the bushings they had were out on the shelves, nothing about shipments, no looking at other stores, and definitely did not go out of her way to offer other possible solutions. Still great on the Greenville store and THANK YOU!!

Tractor Supply is one of the most important stores in the area to me . I have found over the years that this store has most anything you could need . If you have any needs from farm to home you should check here first . You can get pet supplies , a mailbox or a 0 tern lawn mower . Maybe you need new boots or some rope to tie up your pants , they have it . Most of all they have VERY helpful staff .

Went in for dogs shots at their Saturday clinic. They were very nice, gentle and knowledgeable. A bit more costly than I expected but they got all their shots updated.
