Tails of Hope, more like Tails of Nope. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend just picked up our two young male cats. Somehow they mixed up our one cat and chopped off half of his ear and all they did was say "the doctor said sorry". We got him home and find a clothes pin on his nuts that has his blood on it. I have no clue what they did to our cat, but we will never be going back again and recommend that you all go at your own risk knowing your cats may end up like mine. Also, they still made us pay after knowingly messing him up. The photo of the two cats was him and his sister before they messed up my kitty.

Diann and crew do an amazing service for the community and the animals entrusted into their care. The stray kitten showed up on my porch they were able to spay her and provide her excellent care on short notice. They are a valuable resource and have a passion for animals.

Great staff. The tock care of both of my new kittens. They were timely, kept me well informed of all procedures, and answered any additional questions in a kind and professional manner. The follow up procedures were handled extremely well and they showed genuine interest in my pets well being. The fees where very low and they even provide discounts to veterans, disabled, and low income families. They've gained a client and friend for life!

Very unprofessional, have been trying to get 2 animals in for vaccinations and to get them fixed for the past 8 weeks!! It seems like no one is ever working whenever we call, after reading several reviews I’ll be going elsewhere

Please go somewhere else. My poor baby spay ended up opening up and I had to rush her to a hospital in the middle of the night. She almost died, the hospital said they did a horrible job on her spay. They didn’t even offer me a cone for ether of my cats. They mite be affordable here but it’s not worth the cost of another visit somewhere else to save their life .

I have had 6+ of my animals fixed and referred multiple people to get their animals fixed here. Unfortunately, their 72 hour cancellation policy is completely unfair. I went into labor with my son and had him on a day I had two of my animals scheduled to get fixed (obviously could not take them). I called the staff at 7:00 right as soon as they open to explain I won’t be able to take them. As if I could’ve called 72 hours in advance to say “I won’t be able to get my animals fixed I’m going into labor that day”. Now they won’t service me unless I pay a $50 fee. Will be taking my animals elsewhere from now on.

Very happy we chose to have our lab dog neutered at tails of hope. The staff were very friendly and updated regularly through email for upcoming appointment and everything that we needed. They would also call with Reminders. Biscuit was well taken care of. They even called the morning after the surgery to check in and see how he was doing. Biscuit also got his ears cleaned and his nails clipped for free while he was there. Would highly recommend for any service at Tails of hope .

Great experience. From the first call to the surgery to the recovery. I live in Pittsburgh and have had no luck with places down here ! Been calling for over a year and most places wont even answer their phones. One place answered their phone, but told me to call back next week , over and over again. This happened for months! Other places didnt have appointments for 3 months and they wanted $300 per spay surgery! So I finally just called the vet my parents used, Tails Of Hope. They promptly answered their phone and set me up with an appointment in 5 weeks. It was a pain to drive an hour and a half but it was worth it. Dropped off at 730 am. They were done before noon. The incision is so small. 1.5 inches long. They have recovered so quickly. It has been 10 days and they are completely back to themselves. So happy its finally taken care of. Wish i had just called Tails of Hope sooner.

This clinic was highly efficient! They were very precise with emails and preoperative texts. The day of surgery two women were in the parking area checking everyone in and taking payments. They called after the procedure to let me know she was okay and everything had gone great.She was released with clearly written instructions and medications to follow up with for the next couple day for pain control. The girls even called on Saturday to check on her! I’m genuinely thrilled by the care we had and would recommend this clinic over and over.

I dropped off my little Suzi to have her spayed and they are wonderful!! They took such good care of our baby!! It was a wonderful experience. I'm not going to lie I was very nervous bringing my boy Bingo (boxer) here to be neutered. But let me make myself clear, I couldn't have been more wrong about being nervous. They went above and beyond making the entire process easy and comforting. All instructions are clear. If you have questions or concerns ask, they gladly help you understand. They even called the next day on a Saturday to check on him. I'm taking our two kittens next month and couldn't feel less at ease about it. I highly recommend them.

The staff were very good with our Piper. We were late getting to her to pick her up, and they stayed and cared for her after hours until we could make it! She had a rough time recovering, and they were very prompt in answering all of our questions and made sure our dog was ok!

They are reasonable priced and have your pet in mind. They took care of my boy from start to finish. I would have rated them 10/5 stars if I could. I highly recommend them if you are looking to get your pet altered! Which as Bob Barker says please spay and neuter your pets!

I took our little fur baby Harley to get spayed today and could not be happier with the service. Professional and caring, they truly did their best to make this an easy, stress free experience. Scheduling an appointment for my Springer Spaniel Max to be neutered was very easy. Communication was excellent. Upon arriving the staff was friendly and personable and frankly my dog adored them immediately. I was provided with thorough explanations of care and procedures on intake and for pick up. They even made sure I had a prescription for medication to help my hyper puppy relax to properly heal. My dog has healed up very well with minimal scarring. I couldn't be more happy with my experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

I was very happy with my experience at Tails of Hope. My pup was very well taken care of throughout spay surgery and had no issues at all post surgery. The staff were very friendly and explained every step of process very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this agency to others as they will take good care of your pet.
